Abstract

Fenomena yang terjadi ialah kegagalan penerbitan SPB (Surat Persetujuan Berlayar) dipicu karena adanya indikasi kurang ketelitian pemohon dalam mempersiapkan dokumen yang di perlukan sehingga saat pemeriksaan dokumen oleh Otoritas Pelabuhan dilakukan ditemukan dokumen kadaluarsa yang menyebabkan penundaan penerbitan SPB (Surat Persetujuan Berlayar). Jika hal ini tidak di perhatikan akan terus menerus mengalami kegagalan keberangkatan kapal.Penundaan keberangkatan kapal banyak terjadi karena tidak memenuhi persyaratan persyaratan kelayaklautan kapal. Kelayaklautan kapal memiliki hubungan yang kuat dalam keamanan dan keselamatan pelayaran. Oleh karena itu,informasi tentang penerapan aspek persyaratan kapal menjadi sangat penting guna menurunkan resiko kecelakaan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini maka di dapatkan bahwa 1) Fungsi pelaksanaan pengawasan kesyahbandaran dalam meningkatkan keamanan dan keselamatan di kesyahbandaran otoritas pelabuhan kuala tanjung berjalan dengan baik, meskipun dalam pengurusan surat-surat izin sudah di penuhi namun dalam pengawasan lansung di lapangan sangat jarang dilakukan. 2) Pelaksanaan standar pengawasan kesyahbandaran dalam meningkatkan keamanan dan keselamatan masih kurang optimal karena karna kurang ketelitian pengecekan secara lansung dari pihak kesyahbandaran mengenai beberapa pihak yang tidak transparan dalam penggunaan anggaran sehingga tidak terpenuhi standar moneter yang telah di tentukan. 3) Pelaksanaan ketelitian pengawasan syahbandar dalam meningkatkan keamanan dan keselamatan di pelabuhan kuala tanjung terbilang masih kurang baik karena sering terjadi kesalahan kesalahan dalam pengimputan data maupun perubahan tak terduga sehingga membuat pihak kesyahbandaran mengerjakan yang sama berulang ulang.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the top 3 potential regional superior products in Brebes Regency, in addition to salted eggs and shallots. Sirampog sub-district is the most dominant sub-district that produces Arabica type coffee because Sirampog sub-district is at an altitude above 1000 meters above sea level. The lack of post-harvest technology and conventional coffee processing are the main obstacles for partners in maintaining quality and increasing quantity. This has become a problem for partners in meeting the increasing market demand. The process of drying the initial drying of coffee which is done traditionally requires a lot of energy, is impractical, has the potential to reduce the flavor of coffee due to odor absorption and is difficult to do in the rainy season. Based on these conditions, the village empowerment team (PDB) of Universitas Peradaban and Unsoed funded by DRTPM in the first year (2024) conducted community service through various trainings, workshops and appropriate technology grants. In the implementation of appropriate technology, green house technology measuring 7 m x 10 m2 has been granted with a drying capacity of 2 tons. The drying results are efficient because farmers no longer need to lift and dry the coffee in the afternoon or when it rains. Farmers only need to turn it over so that the dryness is evenly distributed. The greenhouse system also dries faster because the heat is stored and trapped, and the capacity increases 3 times because the drying is arranged in 3 layers.

Abstract

Early childhood moral development is an important aspect in character formation from an early age. Morality is not only related to understanding right and wrong, but also includes children's ability to show empathy, caring, and mutual respect. One effective approach to supporting early childhood moral development is through instilling compassionate values in the educational process. This study aims to examine early childhood moral development from a developmental psychology perspective, emphasizing the role of compassionate values in social interactions and learning. The research method used is a literature review by analyzing various literature sources in the form of relevant books and scientific journals. The results of the study indicate that the application of compassionate values through teacher role models, positive behavioral habits, and the creation of a safe and comfortable learning environment can help children internalize moral values gradually. Compassionate values also play a role in increasing prosocial behavior and reducing negative behavior in early childhood.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in shaping the foundation of children’s psychological development, particularly self-concept, which develops through social interactions with the closest environment. Teachers have a strategic role in this process due to the high intensity of their interactions with children in the school setting. This study aims to examine positive teacher parenting practices and their impact on the formation of early childhood self-concept from the perspective of the Love Curriculum (Kurikulum Cinta). This research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study design. The research participants consisted of early childhood education teachers and children selected through purposive sampling at PAUD/TK institutions that implement the values of the Love Curriculum. Data were collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results indicate that positive teacher parenting is manifested through empathetic attitudes, warm communication, positive reinforcement, and guiding discipline. These practices contribute to the development of children’s positive self-concept, such as increased self-confidence, expressive courage, and emotional stability. The values of the Love Curriculum strengthen positive parenting practices by creating a safe and emotionally supportive learning environment. This study concludes that positive teacher parenting grounded in the Love Curriculum contributes significantly to the formation of early childhood self-concept.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of implementing a love-based curriculum in developing emotional intelligence in early childhood. The study uses a library research approach with a descriptive qualitative type through the collection and review of scientific literature, including journal articles and books discussing affective education, emotional intelligence development, and love-based curricula. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis to identify the main themes related to love curriculum implementation strategies, emotional intelligence indicators, and supporting and inhibiting factors. The results showed that the love curriculum contributed significantly to improving children's self-awareness, emotional management skills, empathy, and social skills. The implementation of learning that emphasizes the values of love, affective communication, and warm interpersonal interactions has proven to be effective in building children's emotional intelligence as a whole. The synergy between teachers, learning media, and parental involvement is a key factor in the success of this curriculum. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating affective and spiritual values in early childhood education as the basis for character building and positive social relationships.
