Abstract

AbstractIn the creative industry, the relationship between employee empowerment and employee engagement has a very important role. Employees who feel empowered to contribute with creative ideas and participate in the decision-making process will feel more connected to the company's vision and values. The main aim of the research is to analyze the influence of employee empowerment, flexible work arrangements, and career development on employee engagement. The sample in this research consisted of 190 employees who worked in the creative industries in Indonesia who were determined using a convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument which is then distributed online. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying the results of data processing through validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is stated that employee empowerment, flexible work arrangements, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. The theoretical implications of the research explain that implementing policies and practices that support employees in terms of work flexibility and career development can significantly increase employee engagement and performance. Meanwhile, practically, organizations in the creative industries need to pay attention to the importance of creating a work environment that supports employee flexibility and career growth. This can be done through implementing policies that allow remote work, flexible work schedules, and support for skills and career development

Abstract

In the Indonesian context, it is important to consider work culture and local values that might influence organizational citizenship behavior. The main aim of the research is to analyze perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample in this research consisted of 150 employees working in the government sector in Indonesia who were determined using a purposive sampling technique approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument which is then distributed online. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying the results of data processing through validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is stated that perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and organizational justice have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The findings from this study will provide an important contribution in understanding the dynamics of the relationship between organizational support, commitment, and justice on employee proactive behavior, as well as offering recommendations for the development of policies and managerial practices that can increase OCB in the government sectors. Data analysis will be carried out using statistical techniques such as multiple regression to evaluate the influence of these variables simultaneously.

Abstract

In the golden age of Sriwijaya, Palembang was a center for learning Buddhism. After being destroyed, the era of the sultanate emerged and became the center of Islamic intellectualism. This is marked by the presence of scholars who have authority in the field of religion. Therefore, in Palembang, a religious tourism object was established, namely the Cheng Hoo Mosque which is famous for its combination of Malay and Chinese nuances. However, the mosque has not fully become one of the superior tourist attractions even though efforts have been made through da'wah strategies and improving mosque facilities. This study aims to determine the role of the community in developing the Cheng Hoo Mosque religious tourism object in Palembang. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach using secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies and documentation. The results obtained include the establishment of the Cheng Hoo Mosque in Palembang cannot be separated from the role of Chinese Muslims in Palembang through PITI organization. In addition, the community has so far tried to participate in the development of this tourist attraction by maintaining cleanliness and cooperation with various agencies.

Abstract

Birokrasi  sebagai suatu organisasi yang digunakan pemerintah  untuk dapat mengantisipasi  terhadap tuntutan perubahan dan pekembangan lingkungan yang terjadi didalam masyarakat, di mana proses perubahan tersebut sangat  memberikan pengaruh terhadap birokrasi pemerintah.Dalam proses kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara yang telah dilaksanakan sebagaimana terermin di dalam pembangunan  selama ini dan dianggap sebagai suatu nilai yang benar oleh pemerintah, tetapi didalam pejalanannya kerap terjadi berbagai penyimpangan di dalam implementasi kebijakan atau program.Implementasi Program yang ditujukan untuk membangun masyarakat dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan akan dapat mencapai sasaran apabila pemerintah dalam hal ini birokrasi pemerintah  sebagai pelaku utama  dalam pembangunan dapat menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik. Untuk dapat melaksanakan misinya dengan baik, maka birokrasi dituntut sampai sejauh mana ia memiliki karekteristik yang mempengaruhi kapabilitas, mengetahui perannya sebagai pelaku utama dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan, serta bagaimana bentuk  komunikasi yang terjadi di dalam birokrasi itu sendiri. Kata Kunci:  Birokrasi, Implementasi, Program.
