Abstract

Kegiatan arisan merupakan salah satu kegiatan dalam masyarakat yang sering kali dilaksanakan secara tatap muka, pada masa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini arisan menjadi sulit dilaksanakan karena adanya pembatasan kegiatan dalam masyarakat yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pembuatan Web Kebun Emasku berbasis web menggunakan Codeigniter dan MySql. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model waterfall dalam systems development life cycle (SDLC). Aplikasi web yang dibuat diharapkan dapatmenjadi media untuk penyimpanan data informasi calon pelanggan dan promosi jual beli serta arisan emas.

Abstract

Turnover intention, or the intention to leave an organization, has become a significant issue in the modern era, especially among the millennial generation, which has different work preferences from those of previous generations. This generation tends to value balance between personal and professional life and wants a work environment that supports personal development and well-being. This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work-life balance and perceived organizational support on turnover intention in the millennial generation. This research uses a literature and field research design with a causal associative approach to see the relationship between several uncertain variables. The sample studied consisted of 150 respondents who were selected using purposive sampling. The results of the data analysis confirm that transformational leadership, work-life balance, and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. This research will provide insight for organizations in designing effective management strategies to retain millennial employees. By understanding the influence of transformational leadership, work-life balance, and perceived organizational support on turnover intention, organizations can develop more adaptive and responsive policies to the millennial generation's needs, thereby reducing turnover rates and increasing team member retention.

Abstract

In the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the existence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of millennial employees is becoming increasingly relevant, and understanding of this phenomenon can be broadened by considering two important aspects: servant leadership and work-life balance. Servant leadership, emphasizing service and individual empowerment, motivates millennial employees to play an active role in positively contributing to the organization. The research aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample in this study consisted of 160 millennial employee respondents who worked in the creative industry sector, determined using a convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument, which is then distributed online. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying data processing results through testing research instruments with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is stated that servant leadership and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The research implications stated by reviewing it from the perspective of servant leadership and work-life balance significantly impact human resource management practices and organizational development.

Abstract

AbstractIn the creative industry, the relationship between employee empowerment and employee engagement has a very important role. Employees who feel empowered to contribute with creative ideas and participate in the decision-making process will feel more connected to the company's vision and values. The main aim of the research is to analyze the influence of employee empowerment, flexible work arrangements, and career development on employee engagement. The sample in this research consisted of 190 employees who worked in the creative industries in Indonesia who were determined using a convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument which is then distributed online. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying the results of data processing through validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is stated that employee empowerment, flexible work arrangements, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. The theoretical implications of the research explain that implementing policies and practices that support employees in terms of work flexibility and career development can significantly increase employee engagement and performance. Meanwhile, practically, organizations in the creative industries need to pay attention to the importance of creating a work environment that supports employee flexibility and career growth. This can be done through implementing policies that allow remote work, flexible work schedules, and support for skills and career development

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of public facilities and services periodically using the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) as an assessment instrument. The evaluation refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN/RB) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 on the Framework for Conducting Public Service Satisfaction Surveys. A quantitative approach was employed, with samples selected randomly. The survey results in Cijawura Subdistrict indicate that the expected conversion interval score reached 84.35 (Very Good category), while the actual score obtained was 80.16 (Good category), resulting in a gap of 4.19. Further analysis of the indicators shows that the average expectation score was 25.46, whereas the actual condition scored 24.19, creating a gap of 1.26. These findings suggest that public services in Cijawura Subdistrict are approaching community expectations. However, aspects such as Service Schedule Certainty still require improvement to enhance service quality and better meet public expectations.

Abstract

Land acquisition for infrastructure development is a strategic step that must be taken by the government to fulfill the basic needs of society. This paper examines the dynamics of land acquisition implementation by focusing on the procedures and policies stipulated in Government Regulation (PP) No. 19 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Land Acquisition for the Public Interest. Along with the issuance of PP No. 39 of 2023, it is necessary to adjust the existing policies so that they remain relevant and effective. This study applies a descriptive qualitative approach in exploring the crucial stages of the land acquisition process, which includes the planning phase, the preparation stage, the implementation of activities, and the final handover process. In addition, the study also explores the application of the policy in the context of infrastructure projects, particularly in terms of managing the public interest, handling operational obstacles, This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze the stages of land acquisition, from planning to handover. The study results show that proper implementation of land acquisition policies can accelerate the infrastructure development process. Therefore, a review of the Land Acqusition Planning Document Dokumen Perencanaan Pengadaan Tanah/ DPPT) is needed as mandated by Government Regulation No. 39 of 2023. In addition, solid inter-agency coordination and in-depth understanding of applicable regulations are key to successful implementation. The recommendations from this study are expected to strengthen the government's role in the provision of land for the public interest and support sustainable development for the welfare of the community.
