Abstract

This research analyzes the public relations communication strategy implemented by Pratama Bina Medika Clinic in building brand awareness as a new health facility. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach with data collection techniques using interviews and literature studies to determine the effectiveness of direct marketing strategies (direct selling), word of mouth communication (WOM), and digital marketing in introducing health services (clinics) to the public. The research results show that the direct selling strategy through visits to posyandu is effective in building personal relationships with the community, increasing trust, and expanding brand awareness. WOM communication, both directly and via social media, supports the dissemination of wider and more reliable information. The use of digital marketing through social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram expands the reach of information and facilitates interaction with the public. This holistic approach has succeeded in creating a positive image of the clinic as a provider of quality and affordable health services, while increasing public trust in the services offered.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the legal protection of intellectual property in Indonesia. In this digital era, intellectual property, such as copyrights, patents and brands, has become more vulnerable to infringement and misuse. This article reviews Indonesia's efforts to face these challenges by exploring the policies and regulations implemented to strengthen legal protection of intellectual property in the digital era. The Indonesian government has adopted various regulations that accommodate digital dynamics, such as revisions to copyright and patent laws. However, there are still challenges in effective implementation and enforcement of the law. This article also highlights collaboration between government, the private sector, and society in developing innovative solutions to improve intellectual property protection. By reviewing the latest legal and policy developments, this article provides a comprehensive picture of Indonesia's efforts to mitigate risks and increase protection of intellectual property in the digital era. In conclusion, strong and adaptive legal protection is very important to encourage innovation, investment and economic growth amidst the dynamics of the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi komunikasiBPJS Kesehatan Cabang Serang dalammensosialisasikan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) dengan pendekatan Teori Integrasi Informasi. Fokusnya pada empat elemen strategi: penetapan komunikator, penentuan target audiens, penyusunan pesan, dan pemilihan media, sertatantangan yang dihadapi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilansosialisasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitaskomunikator—termasuk kompetensi, kredibilitas, dan kemampuan komunikasi publik. Penyampaian pesandisesuaikan dengan karakteristik audiens agar lebihmudah dipahami. BPJS memanfaatkan media digital dan konvensional untuk menjangkau masyarakatsecara luas. Tantangan utama meliputi rendahnyaminat baca dan kesadaran masyarakat akanpentingnya jaminan kesehatan. Untuk itu, BPJS mengadopsi pendekatan digital yang ringan dan informatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatifmelalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, serta dianalisis berdasarkan prinsip Teori Integrasi Informasi dalam membentuk sikap dan keputusanpublik terhadap informasi yang diterima.
