Abstract

For a long period, some students in schools thought that Physics and Mathematics were difficult subjects. These two subjects are a scourge for students in most schools, not only in the NTB area but also in various other regions throughout Indonesia. For this reason, multiple efforts need to be made to overcome these learning difficulties. Learning Physics and Mathematics should emphasize providing direct experience to develop student competencies, directed to "find out" and "do" to help students gain understanding. It will be significantly easier for students if learning Physics and Mathematics invites students to learn to formulate concepts inductively, based on empirical facts, first through the inquiry method. Teachers are faced with the low necessary abilities of students. Not a few teachers have complained about their students' low abilities, especially in understanding the basic concepts of Physics and Mathematics. Many factors influence this, one of which is the input factor (students). Students from different schools have different levels of understanding, both in Physics and Mathematics. It is a fact that, in general, students who graduated from SMP / M.Ts. There are still many basic concepts of Physics and Mathematics which are relatively low. When comparing students who come from the city and out of town schools, public and private schools, they have quite significant differences in graduates' ability. This condition also contributes to the low quality of the input. Based on this condition, we hold community service activities to strengthen understanding of the basic concepts of Physics and Mathematics for students as their initial provision for studying other material in more depth. The approach used is an empirical approach with guided inquiry methods. The results obtained are that the learning method of this model is very popular with students and teachers, and with the help of Guided Inquiry-based worksheets, it is straightforward for students to improve their understanding of the basic concepts of physics and mathematics, because the guidance in the LKS is very structured.

Abstract

Optimization of tofu waste management in Danger Village masbagik kemacatan East Lombok district has been done. Danger village is a village that focuses its economic sector on home indutrsi tofu making. Almost 50% of the total population in the village is involved in this field. Tofu waste, both solid waste and liquid waste, which was initially only disposed of and caused a foul smell, has now been optimally processed into biogas. This new energy source can be used by citizens as fuel for production. The purpose of this activity aims to improve the skills of citizens designing and building household-scale digesters in order to optimize the management of waste tofu into biogas. The method of activity used is focus discussion group to need assement problems that exist in the citizens, and then transfer biogas technology by providing assistance to citizens as partners ranging from digester making to slury management of biogas waste. The result of this activity is the establishment of household-scale digesters in partners and increased understanding of partners related to the use of waste tofu both solid and liquid to become biogas and the realization of the concept of energy independent villages

Abstract

Abstract

Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) are photoelectrochemical, alternative energy source devices that convert light energy into electricity. In this study, DSSC with various concentrations (0.1, 0.5, and 1.0 mM) of N719 dye have been successfully prepared using simple steps. The X-ray diffraction results of the TiO2 film showed that it is polycrystalline with an anatase phase (tetragonal system) having a crystallite size of about 20 nm. The absorbance spectrum of the TiO2 film and N719 dye at various concentrations was recorded by ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectrophotometer. The bandgap energy of the TiO2 film calculated by Tauc’s formula was ~3.1 eV. The DSSC prepared using the N719 dye concentration of 1 mM achieved the highest conversion efficiency (η) of 0.298 %, respectively. Subsequently, the enhancement in efficiency was ~86 % compared with the conversion efficiency of DSSC prepared with an N719 dye concentration of 0.1 and 0.5 mM.

Abstract

The global shift toward sustainable transportation has positioned fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) as a key zero-emission mobility solution. Despite notable technological progress, FCEV adoption faces persistent barriers including high hydrogen production costs, limited infrastructure, and lack of real-world validation. This study employs the Pattern, Advance, Gap, Evidence for Practice, and Research Recommendation (PAGER) framework to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of 200 peer-reviewed publications from 2005 to 2024, focusing on performance trends, technological advancements, research gaps, practical applications, and future research directions. The analysis uses Scopus data and VOSviewer for visualization and thematic mapping to identify three distinct research phases: early exploration, gradual refinement, and rapid technological maturity. Key findings highlight advancements in energy management strategies, hybrid powertrain integration, and hydrogen storage optimization. However, critical gaps remain in economic modeling, behavioral adoption analysis, and infrastructure scalability. This study offers a structured roadmap for future research and practice, emphasizing the need for dynamic total cost of ownership models, interdisciplinary policy interventions, and real-world pilot projects. The findings serve as a strategic reference for academics, industry stakeholders, and policymakers to accelerate the global transition to sustainable FCEV-based transportation systems.
