Abstract

The high rate of stunting in Indonesia has a negative impact on children’s health. This suggests the need for effective interventions. The purpose of this study is to determine the anti-stunting education strategy in daycare by analysing the role of caregivers and families towards early childhood. This research discusses the pattern of anti-stunting education implemented in Rumah Pelita Daycare, the role of parents and caregivers in reducing stunting, and the implications of anti-stunting education on child development. This research uses a qualitative case study method through observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman approach through the stages of reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The results showed that Rumah Pelita Daycare is committed to reducing stunting rates through comprehensive efforts, namely providing nutritional intake, clean and healthy living behaviour, routine examinations, learning activities, implementing naps. Parents are also involved in parenting classes and counselling. This research provides practical and theoretical understanding of the role of caregivers and families towards early childhood in anti-stunting education.

Abstract

This research explores the opportunities and challenges of developing artificial intelligence (AI) for teacher education programs from the perspective of international students in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Japan. This study uses a narrative inquiry approach through in-depth interviews with 15 students. The results reveal differing dynamics in AI implementation across these three archipelagic countries. In Indonesia, information technology and the drive to improve educational quality motivate AI adoption, although infrastructure limitations pose a barrier. Filipino students support AI adoption due to the importance of technology in education, but financial and training aspects remain obstacles. Meanwhile, Japanese students are driven by technological advancement and an innovative culture but express concerns about human workforce replacement and the ethical aspects of AI. These findings highlight the need for effective policies tailored to each country's unique characteristics to optimize AI in teacher trainings AbstrakPenelitian ini mengeksplorasi peluang dan tantangan pengembangan teknologi informasi berbantantun kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk program pendidikan guru dari perspektif mahasiswa internasional di Indonesia, Filipina, dan Jepang.
