Abstract

Indonesia, salah satu dari sembilan negara yang menyumbang setengah dari pertumbuhan populasi global dari tahun 2019 hingga 2050, juga mengalami peningkatan jumlah penduduk yang konsisten, dengan ratarata pertumbuhan tahunan sebesar 1,13%. Peningkatan populasi ini mendorong pemerintah untuk menyediakan layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas melalui berbagai program.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi masyarakatterhadap upaya branding yang dilakukan oleh rumah sakit di wilayahGrogol Petamburan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatankuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian cross sectional. Sampel yangdigunakan adalah masyarakat yang tinggal di wilayah GrogolPetamburan sebanyak 100 responden, dengan menggunakan teknikpengumpulan data kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwavariabel branding yang berpengaruh pada persepsi masyarakat adalahcorporate identity (p value=0,001) dan physical environment (pvalue=0,001). Sedangkan variabel service offering tidak berpengaruhpada persepsi masyarakat dengan nilai (p value=0,791).

Abstract

Background: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) poses a significant global health issue, with Indonesia ranking seventh in the world for the number of DM cases and an increasing prevalence. Objective: This community service initiative aims to enhance knowledge and skills related to early detection of diabetes in children through a community-based educational program in Bojong Baru Village, Bogor City. Methods: The implementation involved preparation, delivery of education to parents, and health assessments of children. Results: Evaluation revealed a significant increase in parental knowledge about diabetes mellitus following the educational intervention, with 70% of parents demonstrating good knowledge post-intervention compared to 30% pre-intervention. Health assessments and random blood glucose tests of children indicated that the majority were within normal ranges and had good nutritional status. These findings underscore the importance of health education for early diabetes detection and management of diabetes risk in children, as well as the effectiveness of community involvement in preventive health programs.

Abstract

Administrative services are a crucial component of the healthcare system, especially for patients using Indonesia’s National Health Insurance (BPJS). Despite the implementation of digital tools such as the Mobile JKN application, many patients still report complaints related to long waiting times, unclear procedures, and a lack of empathy and responsiveness from administrative staff. This study aims to explore the experiences of BPJS patients regarding administrative services at Jakarta Islamic Hospital Sukapura, Kelapa Gading. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive phenomenological method. Participants were selected using purposive sampling based on inclusion criteria such as age (20–60 years), being a current inpatient or outpatient, and being able to communicate effectively. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The study identified two main themes: responsiveness of administrative staff and empathy during service delivery. Most participants perceived administrative services as inefficient, citing long waiting times, insufficient information, and unresponsive staff when addressing patient concerns. Additionally, the level of empathy demonstrated by staff was considered inadequate, as some patients felt misunderstood or unheard. The study recommends enhancing staff training, improving the hospital’s information systems, and conducting regular evaluations of service quality. Increasing responsiveness and empathy is expected to foster a more positive experience for BPJS patients and contribute to greater patient satisfaction

Abstract

In the increasingly digital era, the use of social media has become an important strategy in hospital marketing communications. Instagram, as a popular platform, is used by various hospitals to build a presence online and reach a wider audience. This study examines the influence of social media marketing dimensions through Instagram on patient decisions in choosing Husada Hospital as a healthcare provider, especially amidst the dynamics of post-pandemic visits and the digital transformation of hospital services. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social media marketing dimensions on Instagram and patient decisions in choosing a hospital. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design involving 67 respondents. Data analysis was conducted univariately and used the Spearman test to examine the correlation between variables. The results showed a significant relationship between social media marketing dimensions and patient decisions. Husada Hospital has been actively using Instagram since 2018. Based on data, the number of followers in January-February reached 8,069 followers. And in March, followers increased to 8,161 followers. The social media marketing dimensions that most influence purchasing decisions are collaboration (r = 0.694), connection (r = 0.654), communication (r = 0.575), and context (r = 0.536). The most influential social media marketing dimension is collaboration. Active collaboration between Husada Hospital and influencers or medical personnel through Instagram has been proven to strengthen the hospital's image and encourage patient decisions. Therefore, it is recommended that Husada Hospital can further introduce and develop its official Instagram account @rs_husada strategically, through collaborative, educational, and interactive content to increase patient engagement and expand the hospital's digital marketing reach.

Abstract

Abstrak   Pelatihan adalah bagian dari pendidikan yang merupakan sarana pembinaan dan pengembangan karir serta salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk terbentuknya kesadaran dan pengetahuan keluarga atau orang tua betapa pentingnya Bahasa inggris bagi anak-anak mereka demi masa depan yang lebih baik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode menggunakan metode action research. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 33 anak-anak Sekolah Dasar. Setelah penelitian, pengetahuan tentang pengetahuan anak-anak terhadap nama-nama binatang di pre-test memiliki pengetahuan yang baik sebanyak 15 orang (45,5%) dan hasil post-test memiliki pengetahuan yang baik sebanyak 25 orang (75,7%). Pengetahuan tentang nama-nama binatang hasil pre-test memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup sebanyak 6 orang (18,1%) dan hasil post-test memiliki pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 8 orang (24,3%) sedangkan Pengetahuan tentang anak-anak tentang binatang dari hasil pre-test memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang sebanyak 12 orang (36,4%) dan hasil post-test dengan indikator kurang tidak ada. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan anak-anak sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan Bahasa Inggris dengan menggunakan flashcard. Kegiatan pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat dan menambah wawasan peserta dalam belajar Bahasa Inggris. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Bahasa Inggris, Flashcard Abstract   Training is part of education which is a means of coaching and career development as well as one of the efforts to improve the quality of human resources according to job requirements. This community service activity aims to form awareness and knowledge of families or parents how important English is for their children for a better future. This type of research is quantitative with the method of using the action research method. This activity was attended by around 33 elementary school children. After the research, the knowledge of children's knowledge of animal names in the pre-test had good knowledge of 15 people (45.5%) and the results of the post-test had good knowledge of 25 people (75.7%). Knowledge of the names of animals from the pre-test had sufficient knowledge of 6 people (18.1%) and the results of the post-test had sufficient knowledge of 8 people (24.3%) while the knowledge of children about animals from the results the pre-test had less knowledge as many as 12 people (36.4%) and the results of the post-test with less indicators did not exist. These results indicate an increase in children's knowledge before and after English training activities using flashcards. This training activity was very useful and broadened the participants' insight into learning English. Keywords : English Training, Flashcard

Abstract

Bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) ialah bagian penting yang dibutuhkan perusahaan/organisasi dalam berbisnis guna menghasilkan pangsa pasar yang tetap sesuai dengan apa yang di harapkan perusahaan/organisasi. Bauran pemasaran terdiri dari “7P” ialah : produk, harga, tempat, serta promosi, orang, bukti fisik, dan proses. Upaya pemasaran rumah sakit akan membuat konsumen/pasien yang berkunjung ke rumah sakit memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai informasi pelayanan di rumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui hubungan strategi pemasaran dengan upaya peningkatan pasien di poliklinik Rumah Sakit X. Metode penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pasien rawat jalan yang datang ke Rumah Sakit X dengan sampel 150 responden. Teknik yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu produk p value = 0.001, harga p value = 0.001, tempat p value = 0.013, promosi p value = 0.013, orang p value = 0.013, bukti fisik p value 0.013, proses p value = 0.001, maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara 7p dengan upaya peningkatan pasien.
