Abstract

Medical records are important documents that record patient information, including examinations, treatments, actions, and services. Article 46 paragraph (1) of the Medical Practice Law defines medical records as files containing patient identity, examination results, treatments, actions, and other services. Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 21 of 2020 concerning the Integration of Health Information Systems, in the Ministry of Health's Strategic Plan 2020-2024, emphasizes the importance of a fast, accurate, integrated, and electronic-based health information system. This study aims to develop an electronic medical record information system for creating web-based medical resumes, using Visual Studio Code, PHP, MySQL, and Laravel. The development method used is agile. The results of the study show that the application of the agile method in developing web-based medical resumes increases effectiveness and efficiency. The problem identified is manual medical resume writing, which is often illegible, making it less efficient. To overcome this, an electronic medical resume design was developed as part of an electronic medical record system, which allows for faster, timelier, and clearer medical resume creation. This medical resume management system is expected to increase efficiency and readability

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology is an important element in national and state life. Information technology has become the main facility for activities in various sectors of life, which has contributed greatly to fundamental changes in the operational structure and management of education, health and research. An application is a program that is ready to be used which is created to carry out a function for the user in solving problems using of this research is to dig up information on using the Touch YoPick Application, to find out how to brush your teeth using the Touch YoPick Application, to find out how to use the Touch YoPick Application properly. The design used in this research is a sequential exploratory mixed methods design. The first stage with qualitative research was to explore user needs for the YoPick Touch Application. The second stage is the application development stage so that a viable application is produced that meets user needs. Sampling used purposive sampling. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula as 52 people. The results of the Touch YoPick Application make it easier for elementary school students to receive education about how to brush their teeth. It is hoped that the Touch YoPick application can also be used by other elementary schools. Measuring the level of technology readiness can be done using applications that function to develop the role of technology in the current digital era so that students can easily receive information.

Abstract

This research was conducted simulatively on an MSME business called Warmindo X which was used as a case study to test the application of OLAP in a Business Intelligence system. The purpose of this research is to develop a data warehouse and information dashboard system based on Tableau technology, by utilizing the utilizing the OLAP method to support strategic decision making and increase sales effectiveness at Warmindo X. improve sales effectiveness at Warmindo X. BI implementation implementation is carried out using Pentaho Data Integration for the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and Tableau for dashboard visualization. The ETL process is used to collect, process, and integrate sales data obtained from the Point of Sales (POS) system. obtained from the Point of Sales (POS) system in Excel format. The data is data is then processed into the data warehouse using a star schema that makes it easier to process the data. (star schema) which facilitates multidimensional analysis. Through the OLAP method, sales data sales data is analyzed based on various dimensions such as product, time, and sales. Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the way companies build relationships with their consumers. One innovation that is increasingly popular in the world of digital marketing is the use of Augmented Reality (AR) technology. This study aims to analyze how AR can be used to optimize customer engagement through interactive and immersive experiences. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study methods, observation of IKEA Place app features, and semi-structured interviews with a number of active app users. IKEA Place was chosen as a case study because it is one of the pioneers in the application of AR in marketing furniture products. The results showed that AR technology in the application was able to increase consumer confidence in the product, facilitate visualization before purchase, and create a fun and personalized experience. In addition, the emotional engagement built through AR interactions also encourages long-term consumer loyalty. This finding indicates that AR is not only a visual aid, but also an effective experiential marketing strategy. The contribution of this research lies in the focus of analyzing consumer emotional engagement through AR interaction, which has not been widely reviewed in previous studies. The main difference from other studies is the specific selection of the IKEA Place case study, as well as the data triangulation approach (literature, observation, and interviews) to describe the user experience holistically. This research not only highlights the technology, but emphasizes the role of AR in building long-term relationships with consumers through meaningful and personalized experiences. This research provides recommendations for digital businesses to adopt AR to create added value and competitive differentiation in the digital economy era.

Abstract

Advances in technology that are increasingly developing can be a benefit for hospitals to support the effectiveness of officer performance. Methods for collecting research data used include literature studies, interviews, and observations with descriptive analysis. System developmenlt using the agile method. The reporting is made into an application that uses visual programming and a Microsoft Access database. The resultsl of thel information systeml design carried out using the selectedl method can increase the efficiency of reporting carried out by medicall record officers to produce accurate data to be sent to the Health Office.In addition, this information is able to maximize services for patients and the quality of service in the hospital can increase. Studies conducted at Hospital X Bandung City, one of which is in the medical recordsinstallation for Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) reports that have not been computerized, show that technology improves the performance of hospital staff. There are several problems in the medical record installation, namely the delay in the process of making reports that still use a paper-based manual system (paperbase). By evaluating the information system electronically, it can help medical record officers makeDengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) reports quickly, accurately, and completely.

Abstract

The hospital is now in the process of transitioning to the application of electronic medical records, so the production of neonatal registration forms at the hospital is still paper-based. The aim of this program is to make it easier for officers to make neonatal records at the Kebonjati Hospital so that they can use the electronic system more quickly. Thel research method thatl will ble used bly the rlesearchers isl qualitative. The process of data collection through the observation and interview results techniques and in the design techniques the author uses Agile Development Methods. The author also designed an information system through the Visual Studio Application in the system designer that the author would develop. With this design, the system gets more accurate data and can minimize errors or incompleteness of baby data. Of course there is a reason the author has that underpins this research, the author raises this title based on observations during the Field Work Practice, the writer identifies a common problem where neonate registration letters are still not electronically available and a lot of incomplete data in the Neonate Registration Forms. Therefore, the author concluded that "Implementation of Newborn Baby Reporting Information System Development using Agile Methods to Support the Publication of Neonate Reporting Letters" would be the main title and topic of this study.
