Abstract

The ongoing global pandemic has precipitated the rapid adoption of telemedicine as an alternative means of delivering healthcare, particularly with a view to reducing direct contact between patients and medical personnel. The objective of this study is to examine the influence of telemedicine on patient health outcomes during the ongoing pandemic through a comprehensive review and meta-analysis of pertinent literature. A qualitative research methodology was employed to analyse 20 articles selected based on pre-established inclusion and exclusion criteria. The findings indicate that telemedicine has a favourable impact on enhancing healthcare accessibility, time efficiency and cost reduction, despite challenges pertaining to technological constraints and patient digital proficiency. This research offers valuable insights for policymakers in optimising the future implementation of telemedicine.

Abstract

Stunting is a serious health problem that is still high in Indonesia, with a prevalence reaching 27.6% in 2021. This condition is caused by chronic malnutrition and repeated infections that affect children's physical, cognitive, and motor growth. The Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT) has been implemented as one of the interventions to improve the nutritional status of toddlers and reduce stunting rates. Studies show that PMT based on fortification and local food can significantly increase children's weight and height. However, the effectiveness of this program still faces various challenges, including limited resources, coordination between stakeholders, and social and cultural factors that influence the acceptance of the program in the community. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to evaluate the effectiveness of PMT in reducing stunting rates. The results show that the success of the program is highly dependent on nutrition education, the quality of additional food, and the involvement of health workers and the community. To increase the effectiveness of PMT, budget optimization, health worker training, and adaptive strategies based on local needs are needed. With a more comprehensive approach, this program is expected to run more optimally, reduce stunting rates, and improve the quality of life of children in Indonesia in a sustainable manner

Abstract

Menulis artikel ilmiah seringkali menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi mahasiswa. Beberapa kesulitan yang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam menulis diantaranya membuat parafrase kalimat, menyajikan dan menjelaskan data hasil penelitian, terbatasnya referensi, hingga rendahnya motivasi dalam menulis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kegiatan pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah bagi mahasiswa dengan tujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman (edukasi) serta melatih keterampilan  menulis artikel ilmiah dengan baik agar menghasilkan publikasi ilmiah yang berkualitas serta bermanfaat. Kegiatan pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah bagi mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Politeknik Yakpermas Banyumas diselenggarakan dalam 2 hari. Hari pertama yaitu penyampaian materi tentang artikel ilmiah, kemudian dilanjutkan hari kedua yaitu asistensi penulisan artikel ilmiah. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 85 mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang berasal dari tiga program studi yaitu D-III Keperawatan, D-III Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan, dan D-IV Teknologi Laboratorium Medis. Sebanyak 5 orang peserta dengan artikel ilmiah terbaik diberikan apresiasi berupa penerbitan artikel pada Journal of Nursing and Health.

Abstract

Mutu pelayanan kesehatan merupakan aspek krusial dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang menentukan keberhasilan pencapaian outcome kesehatan yang optimal bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh inovasi manajemen mutu pelayanan berbasis digital terhadap kepuasan pasien generasi milenial dan Z di Puskesmas di Kabupaten Banyumas. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif cross-sectional dengan 250 responden pasien rawat jalan yang telah menggunakan layanan digital minimal dua kali. Instrumen kuesioner SERVQUAL dimodifikasi untuk mengukur lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan digital, yaitu keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik digital, serta kepuasan pasien. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keandalan (β=0,312), daya tanggap (β=0,275), empati (β=0,198), dan bukti fisik digital (β=0,223) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien, sedangkan jaminan tidak signifikan. Model menjelaskan 62,7% variasi kepuasan pasien. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya keandalan dan responsivitas sistem digital serta perhatian personal dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pasien di layanan kesehatan primer. Temuan tambahan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital SDM dan ketersediaan infrastruktur teknologi menjadi kunci keberhasilan. Hambatan utama berupa resistensi perubahan dan keterbatasan literasi digital pasien perlu mendapat perhatian serius. Rekomendasi strategis meliputi pelatihan SDM, penyuluhan literasi digital bagi pasien, serta penguatan kebijakan keamanan data untuk mendukung keberlanjutan inovasi pelayanan kesehatan primer berbasis digital. Pendekatan holistik ini diharapkan memperkuat daya saing Puskesmas serta mendukung pencapaian mutu layanan optimal bagi generasi milenial dan Z
