Abstract

Members and leaders are still necessary in organizations today. Leaders are essential in the operation of an organization as they are responsible for creating the vision, mission, and goals of the organization as well as organizing and directing staff members to work according to the leader's direction. However, leadership is not always easy. Leaders face many challenges, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic era ended. Due to such events, employees or members of the organization are unstructured. Therefore, in order for an organization to survive, transformational leadership is needed, especially those in companies. In addition, this transformational leadership role can increase employee engagement and encourage them to continue working hard. This research was conducted with a literature study research methodology, with five journals and theoretical books as reference data. The author found from the analysis of the reference journals that employee performance and their work engagement can be influenced by the transformational leadership style applied by each organization. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive impact on the performance of company organizational members. In addition, transformational leadership allows employees to be more innovative, creative, and loyal to the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian Intern, Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan pada PDAM Tirtanadi cabang Tuasan Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada PDAM Tirtanadi cabang Tuasan Medan. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampel jenuh. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner sebanyak 32 berbentuk GForm yang dibagikan kepada seluruh responden pada PDAM Tirtanadi cabang Tuasan Medan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa sistem pengendalian intern, kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah pada PDAM Tirtanadi cabang Tuasan Medan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi digital di berbagai bidang, termasuk manajemen aset. Pengelolaan aset yang efektif menjadi krusial bagi perusahaan dan individu untuk memastikan akurasi data, optimalisasi sumber daya, dan pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Namun, PT. Sinar Sosro masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan aset secara optimal. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian ini mengembangkan Aplikasi Asset Management berbasis Android menggunakan metode Waterfall. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk menyimpan data aset perusahaan, memudahkan staf dalam mengakses informasi aset, serta mendukung pengelolaan yang efisien melalui perangkat mobile. Dengan antarmuka yang intuitif dan berbasis cloud, sistem ini dapat diakses secara fleksibel melalui smartphone, menjadikannya solusi praktis untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan kecepatan dalam manajemen aset.

Abstract

Environmental changes and the development of science and technology demand improvements in the quality of education, including the achievement of students’ academic performance. As the young intellectual generation, university students play a vital role in shaping the nation's future; therefore, the factors influencing learning outcomes need to be examined. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting athletic learning outcomes among students of the Physical Education and Health Study Program (Porkes) at Jambi University, class of 2024.The research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method through surveys and data collection using questionnaires. The study sample consisted of 35 randomly selected students from a total population of 170. The results indicate that physical condition factors (69%), psychological factors (65%), environmental factors (66%), lecturer-student interaction (67%), as well as facilities and infrastructure (70%) fall into the high category in influencing athletic learning outcomes. Overall, these factors contribute 67% to the learning outcomes, indicating a significant impact. The implication of this study is the importance of paying attention to physical, psychological, learning environment, educational interaction, and supporting facilities aspects in order to enhance students’ academic achievement.
