Abstract

Penelitian Kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kebijakan proram beasiswa wawonii cerdas, untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi Siswa Lulusan SMA di Wawonii untuk melanjutkan studi di Perguruan Tinggi, mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan beasiswa wawonii cerdas terhadap motivasi melanjutkan Studi di Perguruan Tinggi. Data dikumpulkan melalui Angket dengan skala likert. Lalu data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif presentase untuk melihat gambaran Umum lalu menggunakan analisis Uji prasyaratan untuk melihat persmaan regresinya kemudian di uji menggunakan analisis Regresi linear berganda dan terkahir di analisis dengan menggunakan Uji determinasi (Uji R) untuk melihat sumbangan variable X terhadap Y. Kebijakan Program Beasiswa dikategorikan cukup dan penting dapat dilihat dari 86 responden kategori sangat baik 0%, kategori baik 3,5%, kategori cukup 96,5%, kategori tidak cukup 0% ini menunjukkan siswa mehamami sangat membantu kebijakan program beasiswa namun dukungan orang tua, dukungan teman mempengaruhi motivasinya. Motivas melanjutkan pendidikan siswa kategori sangat tinggi dengan presentase kategori sangat baik 15%, kategori baik 85% yang dipengaruhi dari naik turunnya Kebijakan program beasiswa, semakin tinggi biaya pendidikan yang disalurkan akan semakin tinggi motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kebijakan program beasiswa dan motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan siswa dengan pengujian hipotesis ditemukan T hitung sign 0.444 < T tabel sign 0,05 sedangkan untuk untuk pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan persamaan regresinya Y=66,984+0,048+e yang menunjukkan sangat linear yang berarti Ho ditolak sedangkan H1 diterima dengan sumbangan X terhadap Y sebesar 0,2% tersisa 99,8 dipengaruhi oleh variable lain.

Abstract

Waqf is crucial in the improvement of community welfare and the resolution of socio-economic challenges.  Nevertheless, its implementation in Indonesia is beset by various legal, institutional, and managerial obstacles, such as insufficient regulations, a lack of public awareness, and inefficient governance.  This research aims to evaluate the legal framework for the effective integration of the Islamic socio-economic model into the waqf process.  This normative legal study employs a regulatory-legislative approach, conceptualization, and Lawrence M. Friedman's legal system theory to evaluate the efficacy of regulations concerning waqf.  The research's findings suggest that Indonesia's waqf regulations continue to encounter legal challenges, particularly in conjunction with the discordant regulations in settlement and the lax rules regarding productive waqf.  The effectiveness of the waqf administration is impeded by the lack of professionalism of the nazhir and the weaknesses in the supervision of the Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) regarding legal structure.  In the meantime, the legal culture demonstrates that the community's low legal awareness results in the inadequate documentation of numerous waqf assets, rendering them susceptible to protection and underutilization.  Consequently, it is imperative to enhance the professionalism of nazhir, revise regulations, and digitize waqf management to improve transparency and efficiency.  Community participation and more stringent supervision are also necessary for optimizing waqf as an economic and social instrument.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of professional competence on teacher performance in Konawe Islands Regency. This research is quantitative research with correlational techniques, the sample size is 69 people. The data analysis used is simple regression analysis. The research results show that there is a significant influence between professional competence and the performance of high school teachers in Konawe Islands Regency. This means that the professional competence and performance of high school teachers in the Konawe Islands Regency are getting better. These results are also strengthened by the correlation test which shows that there is a significant relationship between professional competence and the performance of high school teachers in Konawe Islands Regency. The professional competence of high school teachers in Konawe Islands Regency is included in the good category. This means that high school teachers have high teaching quality and carry out their duties with full responsibility. The performance of high school teachers based on research results is also classified as good, which means that the performance of high school teachers in planning, implementing and assessing and evaluating learning activities has been carried out well.Keywords:     Professional Competence, High School, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Governor as the budget executor in influencing the performance of members of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, using a literature/media documentation approach, in-depth interviews, and budget document analysis. Data were collected from local government financial reports, as well as the perspectives of DPRD members and executive officials. The findings indicate that: (1) the performance of DPRD members of Southeast Sulawesi Province in budget-related matters is influenced by the timeliness of discussions in accordance with the schedule, the quality of oversight, responsiveness, accountability, and coordination with the Governor as the budget executor; (2) there is a lack of technical capacity among council members in “reading” complex financial reports; and (3) the executive branch still tends to play a dominant role as a governmental partner.
