Abstract

Pesatnya penyebaran pendidikan inklusif di Kalimantan Selatan secara tidak langsung menyebabkan peserta didik reguler menjalin pertemanan dan berinteraksi langsung dengan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. Permasalahan yang terjadi di SMAN 1 Banjarbaru ialah minimnya kesadaran peserta didik reguler terhadap Peserta Didik Berkebutuhan Khusus (PDBK), kesulitan bersosialisasi dengan teman sebaya serta adanya kecemasan dan stress yang di alami peserta didik sehingga berpengaruh pada self-esteem mereka. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menguatkan budaya inklusi melalui psikoedukasi guna meningkatkan self-esteem, penerimaan teman sebaya, pemahaman serta pengelolaan stress dan kecemasan yang baik pada peserta didik reguler di sekolah inklusi SMAN 1 Banjarbaru. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian pre test dan post test menggunakan instrumen Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) dan kuesioner pengetahuan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan metode ceramah secara langsung mengenai self-esteem, pendidikan inklusi dan pemahaman teman sebaya, manajemen kecemasan dan tata laksana pengobatan non farmakologi. Evaluasi kegiatan dan tingkat kepuasaan mitra sebagai tahap akhir pelaksanaan kegiatan.

Abstract

Every couple wants offspring that are expected to be able to provide benefits, both for the family and the wider community. However, not all of the couple's wishes can be realized by having normal children, some are conferred to care for children with special needs, namely autism. Caring for autistic children certainly requires greater ability and patience, which also affects parents' self-esteem when caring for autistic children. This study aims to determine the effect of social support on the self-esteem of parents who have autistic children in the city of Banjarmasin. The subjects of this study were 70 parents who had autistic children. The sample data collection technique in this study used a saturated sample, and the data collection tool used a social support scale and a self-esteem scale. From the results of the data analysis carried out, there was a significant influence on social support (X) on self-esteem (Y). Abstract

Psychological disorder in women is one of the most common health problems in women worldwide. When not addressed properly, anxiety can affect maternal and neonatal health. In the biopsychosocial model, mental health is influenced by biological, psychological, and social factors, so a comprehensive approach to mental health services for women during pregnancy is needed. This study aims to analyze anxiety in pregnant women using the biopsychosocial model approach. This study used a mixed-methods research design using a qualitative cross-sectional approach using the Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale (PASS) instrument and a generic exploratory approach. In this qualitative research stage, in-depth interviews were conducted to explore biological, psychological, and social factors. The collected data was subjected to analysis using the Braun & Clarke approach. Responses were obtained from 385 pregnant women. 62.1% women had anxiety in pregnancy and reporting feeling anxiety caused by body changes, psychological changes and social adaptation during their pregnancy. In multivariate logistic regression, the incidence of anxiety during pregnancy was strongly associated with age (OR = 2.53; 95% CI = 1.57 – 4.09), parity (OR = 2.51; 95% CI = 1.61 – 3.92), and employment status (OR = 1.74; 95% CI = 1.09 – 2.77). The existence of physical, emotional, and social changes during pregnancy has an impact on the emergence of anxiety during pregnancy. The importance of support during pregnancy from health professionals, the environment and cross-sectoral collaboration is expected to reduce the incidence of anxiety during pregnancy.
