Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to improve student learning outcomes through the concept map method in learning activities. The type of research in this thesis is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were third grade students of SDN 65/II Sungai Bangsat Bungo, totaling 24 students, 12 male students and 12 female students. This research includes 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages in its implementation, namely planning, implementing actions and observations, and reflection. For data collection techniques in the form of observation sheets, interviews, and learning outcomes tests. And the data analysis technique in the form of an assessment scale includes 4 categories of learning achievement achievement. The results of the study obtained an increase in student learning outcomes in Cycle I by 58% which was in the fairly good category and increased again in Cycle II to 88% in the very good category of the total number of third grade students at SDN 65/II Sungai Bungo bastard. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the concept map method carried out during learning activities had been proven to improve the learning outcomes of third grade students at SDN 65/II Sungai Bangsat Bungo.

Abstract

The digital transformation in education is essential for enhancing learning quality, particularly at the elementary school level. This community engagement program aims to enhance teachers' digital skills through Canva-based learning training for Teachers at SDN 65/II Sungai Bangsat, conducted on January 31–February 1, 2025. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method was implemented, involving 18 teachers and one school principal as active participants. The training results indicate that 80% of participants were able to create digital teaching materials independently, and 90% agreed that Canva helped enhance learning engagement. Challenges included limited internet access and varying levels of digital proficiency among teachers. Thus, follow-up mentoring, technological infrastructure improvements, and periodic evaluations are necessary to ensure the sustainable use of Canva in teaching. This program enhances teachers' digital literacy and serves as a training model applicable to other elementary schools, particularly in areas with limited technological resources.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KUKERTA) di Dusun Senamat, Kecamatan Pelepat, Kabupaten Bungo, Provinsi Jambi, bertujuan untuk memperkuat peranan masyarakat dalam pengembangan pendidikan Agama Islam dan menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman serta membekali generasi muda dengan keterampilan yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Program utama yang dilaksanakan adalah kaderisasi pemulasaran jenazah, yang meliputi pelatihan memandikan, mengkafani, dan menyolati jenazah bagi remaja di Dusun Senamat. Program ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang mana dalam pelaksanaannya mahasiswa dan masyarakat berperan aktif. Peserta kaderisasi menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap program ini. Mereka menyadari pentingnya ilmu pemulasaran jenazah dalam kehidupan sosial keagamaan. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya perubahan persepsi di kalangan remaja, yang sebelumnya kurang memperhatikan aspek keagamaan, kini lebih peduli dan berkeinginan untuk mendalami ilmu agama. Dengan adanya kaderisasi ini, diharapkan keberlanjutan edukasi keagamaan di Dusun Senamat semakin meningkat serta dapat menciptakan generasi yang lebih religius dan siap berkontribusi dalam masyarakat.
