This study aimed to improve 60-meter Sprint performance through the implementation of plyometric exercises for fifth-grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 1 Tambah Subur. The study was motivated by the low Sprint learning outcomes caused by monotonous learning methods and the lack of explosive lower limb training. This research employed a quantitative approach using Classroom Action Research based on the Kurt Lewin model conducted in two cycles. The participants were 29 students. Data were collected through 60-meter Sprint tests, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive quantitative techniques through percentages of learning mastery. The results showed that learning mastery improved from 10.34% in the pre-cycle stage to 51.72% in Cycle I and increased to 75.86% in Cycle II. In addition, the fastest Sprint time improved from 12.35 seconds to 11.51 seconds. The findings indicate that plyometric exercises effectively improved acceleration, movement coordination, and lower limb explosive power in elementary school students. Keywords: 60-meter Sprint, plyometric exercises, athletics ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil Sprint 60 meter melalui penerapan metode plyometric exercises pada siswa kelas V UPTD SD Negeri 1 Tambah Subur. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar Sprint siswa akibat pembelajaran yang monoton dan belum optimalnya latihan daya ledak otot tungkai. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model Kurt Lewin yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 29 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes Sprint 60 meter, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif melalui persentase ketuntasan belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 10,34% pada tahap prasiklus menjadi 51,72% pada Siklus I dan meningkat kembali menjadi 75,86% pada Siklus II. Selain itu, waktu tercepat Sprint siswa meningkat dari 12,35 detik menjadi 11,51 detik. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode plyometric exercises efektif meningkatkan akselerasi, koordinasi gerak, dan daya ledak otot tungkai siswa sekolah dasar.
