Abstract

Peran teknologi informasi (TI) dalam mendukung akreditasi rumah sakit sangat krusial. Implementasi sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit (SIMRS) dan perangkat TI lainnya, seperti Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, dan kualitas layanan medis. Studi menunjukkan bahwa integrasi TI dalam rumah sakit tidak hanya membantu dalam pengumpulan, penyimpanan, dan pengelolaan data yang lebih efisien, tetapi juga memastikan keakuratan dan konsistensi informasi yang diperlukan untuk proses akreditasi. Namun, implementasi TI menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk biaya tinggi, resistensi dari pengguna, dan masalah interoperabilitas sistem. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya dukungan manajemen dan pelatihan pengguna untuk mengatasi tantangan ini dan memaksimalkan manfaat TI. Dengan perencanaan strategis yang baik dan dukungan yang kuat, rumah sakit dapat memanfaatkan TI untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar akreditasi.

Abstract

Accreditation, which is defined as the process of quality evaluation by an independent institution based on a set of established standards, is granted to Mubarak Clinic by the Indonesia Healthcare Facility Accreditation Agency or Lembaga Akreditasi Fasilitas Kesehatan Indonesia (LAFKI). The research method used is a case study, as a form of qualitative research, not focusing on the quantity of acquired data but based on the quality of the obtained data. Mubarak Clinic has demonstrated excellence in several areas, but there is room for improvement, especially in human resource management, facility management, and patient safety procedures. By focusing efforts on areas that need improvement, Mubarak Clinic can continue to enhance the quality and safety of patient care.

Abstract

Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) play an important role in this context, as part of primary health care facilities. Community health centers must be able to provide quality basic health services and maintain the quality of these services. One strategy that can be used by Community Health Centers to achieve this goal is through the accreditation process. The aim of Puskesmas accreditation is to foster and improve the quality of service and safety for patients and the community on an ongoing basis. Accreditation is not just about getting a certificate, but more about a commitment to continuously improve the quality of health services provided to the community. The accreditation survey at the Pelambuan Community Health Center is an important effort to improve the quality of health services. This process involves surveyors conducting document checks and field searches to ensure that management, programs and clinical services comply with accreditation standards.

Abstract

GPM Sumber Hidup Hospital has undergone an accreditation process that reaffirms its commitment to high-quality standards in healthcare services. This process demands compliance with established requirements for the provision of healthcare services. Accreditation from LAFKI (Lembaga Akreditasi Fasilitas Kesehatan Indonesia) is important as it signifies the hospital's alignment with established quality and patient safety standards. The aims of this article is to present findings from a case report study on the accreditation of GPM Sumber Hidup Hospital in the context of improving quality and patient safety. It is hoped that this article can make a significant contribution to the understanding of enhancing the quality and safety of patients within the context of hospital accreditation. By presenting comprehensive and relevant research findings, this article aims to provide valuable insights for healthcare practitioners and researchers in their efforts to improve healthcare service standards.

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of the Indonesian Healthcare Facility Accreditation Agency (LAFKI)'s Person-Centred Care (PCC) principles in healthcare settings. Focusing on patient experiences, the research addresses the effectiveness of PCC practices in enhancing health outcomes and patient satisfaction. The methodology employed involves a quantitative descriptive design, gathering data through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms to participants selected through purposive sampling from hospitals, clinics, and puskesmas. Findings indicate that while a majority of patients felt treated as unique individuals, a significant gap exists in respecting cultural values and beliefs during the decision-making process. The study highlights the need for healthcare providers to improve cultural sensitivity and patient engagement to bridge the ideological and practical implementation of PCC. The research contributes to the empirical literature by identifying barriers to effective PCC implementation and offering evidence-based recommendations for healthcare facilities to enhance their services. This aligns with LAFKI's goal of not just meeting but exceeding standards in providing holistic, person-centred care.

Abstract

Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) telah mencapai cakupan hampir universal di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan, dengan tingkat kepesertaan mendekati 100 persen. Namun, capaian Universal Health Coverage (UHC) tersebut tidak secara otomatis mencerminkan kematangan tata kelola JKN secara substantif. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis secara kritis tata kelola JKN di Kalimantan Selatan dengan menempatkan capaian UHC sebagai titik awal evaluasi, bukan tujuan akhir kebijakan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain analisis kebijakan, berbasis telaah regulasi, laporan Monitoring dan Evaluasi (Monev) DJSN, dokumen kinerja daerah, serta literatur ilmiah terkait good public governance dan jaminan kesehatan. Analisis difokuskan pada enam dimensi tata kelola JKN, yaitu regulasi, kelembagaan, pembiayaan, pelayanan, data dan teknologi, serta pengawasan dan akuntabilitas. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan signifikan antara keberhasilan administratif dan perlindungan layanan yang efektif, yang tercermin dalam fragmentasi kelembagaan, ketidakpastian pembiayaan, variasi mutu pelayanan, integrasi data yang lemah, serta pengawasan yang masih dominan administratif. Artikel ini menawarkan kebaruan konseptual dengan menggeser paradigma evaluasi JKN dari pendekatan berbasis cakupan menuju tata kelola berbasis perlindungan efektif. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya reposisi peran pemerintah daerah sebagai arsitek tata kelola JKN lokal guna menjamin keberlanjutan, keadilan, dan legitimasi sistem jaminan kesehatan di tingkat layanan.
