Abstract

The rapid development of technology, especially in gadgets, has influenced various aspects of life,including among students. Excessive use of gadgets can hurt students' physical and mental health. This research aims to provide education about the negative impacts of excessive use of gadgets on students at school. The method used is counseling through seminars and interactive discussions to increase students' understanding of potential health risks and psychological disorders due to dependence on gadgets. The research results show that this counseling can increase students' awareness of the importance of using gadgets wisely and healthily, as well as its impact on their lives. Therefore, it is hoped that this counseling can make a positive contribution to forming healthy habits among students in using gadgets.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara signifikan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai sebanyak 40 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengujian dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan beban kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the significant influence of organizational culture and workload on employee performance. The sample in this research was 40 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated samples, and the data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The testing technique in this research is validity and reliability testing, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this research show that organizational culture and workload together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Self-diagnosis adalah upaya individu dalam mengenali kondisi psikologis tanpamelibatkan tenaga profesional seperti psikolog. Isu ini berfokus pada proses pencarian danpemahaman diri penulis dalam menghadapi suatu fobia yakni fobia berlebihan terhadapkeramaian (enochlophobia) melalui perspektif yang mendalam terhadap representasi yangdikembangkan. Penulis berusaha menginterpretasikan pengalaman pribadi dalam bingkai yanglebih luas, dengan mengeksplorasi dan merepresentasikan konsep self-diagnosis mengenaifobia terhadap keramaian melalui eksplorasi medium karya sculpture mix media. Melaluipendekatan personal, karya tugas akhir ini hadir sebagai bentuk ekspresi atas isu kesehatanmental yang sering luput dalam ruang sosial. Hasil tugas akhir ini diharapkan dapatmemberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemahaman tentang peran seni dalam menanggapiisu-isu psikologis dan sebagai refleksi atas pengalaman personal.Kata kunci: diagnosis diri, fobia terhadap keramaian, mix media.

Abstract

This study analyzes the technical efficiency and sustainable productivity dynamics of the Tjoekir Sugar Factory under PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara during the 2021–2025 period. The Indonesian sugar industry continues to face structural challenges, including low productivity, aging production assets, and increasing dependency on sugar imports, making operational efficiency a critical issue for industrial sustainability. This research employed a quantitative approach using the output-oriented Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) CCR model to measure relative technical efficiency and the Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI) to evaluate changes in Total Factor Productivity (TFP) through efficiency change and technological change decomposition. The findings reveal that the factory achieved efficient frontier performance in 2023 and 2025, while inefficiencies in other periods were associated with input slack and operational instability. The MPI results indicate that productivity growth was primarily driven by technological change rather than managerial efficiency improvement, suggesting that asset optimization through maintenance and overhaul played a significant role in enhancing operational performance. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that improved efficiency contributes to sustainability objectives by reducing production losses, optimizing by-product utilization, and supporting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices within the company’s operations. This research highlights the importance of integrating technological reliability, operational management, and sustainability principles to strengthen the long-term competitiveness and resilience of Indonesia’s sugar industry.
