Abstract

Background : The current economic uncertainty also impacts business stability. Amid these pressures, the rise in workplace accidents and decline in employee performance highlight the importance of improving compensation, workplace safety, and health programs to maintain employee well-being and productivity. Objective : This study is to ascertain how paralon company employees' performance is affected by compensation, workplace safety, and occupational health. Design / Methodology / Approach : Multiple linear regression analysis is the research technique employed. To guarantee the accuracy and dependability of the data and model, testing methods such as validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and hypothesis tests were used. Findings : The study results indicate that compensation, workplace safety, and occupational health variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Validity and reliability tests confirmed that the research instruments are valid and reliable. The normality test showed that the data distribution is normal, while multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests indicate no major issues in the regression model. The coefficient of determination shows that the three independent variables can explain 91.9% of the variation in employee performance. Research Implication : The results of this study indicate that the three variables have a significant impact on employee performance. Therefore, companies should prioritize these three aspects to improve employee performance. Limitation : This study only examines three independent variables (compensation, occupational safety, and occupational health), therefore the results may not fully explain the factors that influence employee performance

Abstract

Abstract Background – Timely drug availability is an important element in health care, especially in primary care facilities such as clinics. Objective – This study aims to identify the factors that cause delays in drug stock and formulate an effective handling strategy at GKB Clinic. Design / Methodology / Approach – The research method used is descriptive quantitative research with a survey approach and correlational data analysis. Findings – The results showed that delays in drug stocks were caused by several main factors, namely a slow procurement process, lack of drug needs planning, limited logistics information systems, and delivery constraints from central distributors. To overcome this, it is recommended to implement an integrated e-logistics system, increase the capacity of human resources in planning drug needs, and periodically evaluate the procurement and distribution process. Proper handling is expected to improve the efficiency of the drug supply chain and the quality of health services at the clinic. Research Implication – This study demonstrates the importance of improving the logistics and drug procurement systems at GKB Clinic. Practically, the findings may encourage management to implement an integrated logistics information system and improve staff competency in stock planning. Theoretically, these results enrich the study of pharmaceutical supply chain management in primary care facilities. In addition, these findings can also be taken into consideration in formulating more efficient drug distribution policies, especially in remote areas. Limitations – The study was limited to one location, Klinik GKB, so the results cannot be generalized. The data used is qualitative and dependent on respondents' perceptions, and does not include a comprehensive cost or logistics efficiency analysis. Keyword: Drug Stock Delay, Logistics Management, Drug Procurement, Pharmaceutical Supply Chain.

Abstract

ackground: Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are believed to have many benefits for rural communities. Village economic development has become a major concern for the government, especially in developing countries, including Indonesia. Aim: This research discusses Knowledge Management, Entrepreneurial Orientation, and Innovation on the Performance of Village-Owned Enterprises. Method: A sample of 42 Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Bojonegoro Regency, including the Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer who are directly involved in strategic decision making in the organization. Based on these data, SmartPLS 4.0 Software processes structural parameter estimates according to the relationship model as described in the conceptual framework of the study. Findings: The results showed that Entrepreneurship and Innovation Orientation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Performance, but Knowledge Management does not have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Performance. Meanwhile, Innovation becomes the Full Mediation of Knowledge Management to Organizational Performance. Then Innovation becomes a Partial Mediation of Entrepreneurial Orientation towards Organizational Performance.

Abstract

Local food security is a strategic issue in sustainable development, especially amidst challenges in food distribution, unequal access, and increasing nutritional needs of the community. Strengthening community-based food systems has encouraged the emergence of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative (KDMP) as a village economic aggregator and the Free Nutritional Meal Program (MBG) through public kitchens as food providers for vulnerable groups. The collaboration between these two institutions is seen as capable of shortening the supply chain, increasing the absorption of local products, and strengthening the people's economy. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, documentation studies, and focus group discussions, then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to obtain a comprehensive contextual understanding. The research findings indicate that collaboration between KDMP and public kitchens has significant potential to build a more organized food distribution chain, provide a stable market for village products, and create economic opportunities for local communities. However, institutional fragmentation, technological limitations, varying procurement mechanisms, and the lack of quality standards remain key obstacles. This study concludes that collaborative business models can be an effective strategy for building an inclusive and resilient local food ecosystem if supported by strengthened governance, supply chain digitalization, and cross-sector partnerships. Theoretically, this research contributes to the development of collaborative governance and community-based business models by demonstrating that synergy between local organizations can increase food system resilience while expanding the role of cooperatives as community economic institutions. Consequently, local governments and program managers need to promote collaborative regulation, institutional capacity building, and investment in logistics infrastructure to ensure the sustainability of village-based food systems.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the institutional performance of the Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (KDMP), identify factors influencing its performance, and formulate implications for institutional strengthening towards modern cooperative governance. The study uses a descriptive-evaluative approach. Data were collected through a multi-dimensional survey of six institutional aspects supplemented by in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed descriptively using quantitative and thematic qualitative methods. The results indicate that KDMP has a strong formal institutional foundation, including legality, organizational structure, and standard operating procedures. However, weaknesses remain in the aspects of services, infrastructure, human resource capacity, and economic impact on members. The novelty of this study lies in the multi-dimensional approach to institutional performance assessment integrated with the principles of modern cooperative governance. Theoretically, this study shows that formal institutional readiness is not necessarily directly proportional to the operational performance and economic impact of the cooperative.
