Abstract

The community service activity titled "Human Resource Management Assistance for Optimizing Teacher and Staff Performance" aims to improve the management of human resources (HR) at the Islamic Integrated Elementary School (SDIT) in Kencong District, Jember Regency. This assistance focused on enhancing skills in planning, performance evaluation, and the use of technology for administration. The measurement results obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and observations show significant positive impacts. The questionnaire indicated an increase in scores regarding HR management understanding, the application of performance evaluations, and administrative efficiency, which improved by up to 90%. Interviews with teachers, staff, and the principal highlighted that the activity helped improve coordination and the use of technology in administration. Observations also noted improvements in the organization and efficiency of work planning structures. Overall, this activity successfully enhanced the performance of teachers and staff by introducing more structured and technology-based HR management. These improvements are expected to have long-term impacts, both on the quality of education and HR management at the school. The success of this initiative not only affects the effectiveness of work at the school but also serves as a model that other schools can adopt to improve HR management and overall educational quality.

Abstract

The rapid integration of social media platforms—particularly TikTok and its e-commerce feature, TikTokShop—has significantly shaped the consumption patterns of university students, fostering both new opportunities and financial challenges. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of TikTokShop usage and financial management ability on the consumptive behavior of first-year students at Universitas PGRI Argopuro Jember. Employing a quantitative, cross-sectional survey design, data were collected from 95 purposively selected students using validated questionnaires, with analysis conducted via multiple linear regression. The results indicate that while financial management ability has a significant positive effect on consumptive behavior (p < 0.05), TikTokShop usage does not have a significant direct impact. Nonetheless, when combined, both variables account for nearly 70% of the variance in consumptive behavior, underscoring the crucial moderating role of financial management skills in the digital consumption context. The findings highlight that developing financial competence is more effective in promoting responsible spending than merely limiting digital platform use. This research contributes to the literature by isolating TikTokShop as a unique influence and emphasizing applied financial skills over general literacy. The study's practical value lies in its recommendations for higher education to integrate targeted financial management programs within curricula. Future research should examine additional moderating variables such as peer influence and socioeconomic status, and extend the analysis to diverse institutional and demographic contexts.

Abstract

Kajian ini membahas mengenai pemahaman literasi keuangan bagi individu penyandang disabilitas, yang menekanan pada hambatan dan cara untuk memperbaiki akses terhadap informasi keuangan. Pemahaman literasi keuangan sangat penting bagi penyandang disabilitas dalam mengatur keuangan mereka dengan baik dan mencapai tujuan keuangan yang diinginkan. Sayangnya, tingkat pemahaman keuangan di antara kelompok ini masih tergolong rendah, hal ini disebabkan oleh sulitnya akses informasi dan layanan keuangan yang tidak dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan spesifik mereka. Penelitian ini menemukan sejumlah tantangan yang mereka hadapi, antara lain keterbatasan fisik, sensorik, dan kognitif yang menghalangi pemahaman tentang perencanaan keuangan, manajemen utang, serta investasi. Strategi yang disarankan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman keuangan mencakup penciptaan sumber daya keuangan yang ramah disabilitas, penyediaan pelatihan khusus, serta penggunaan teknologi yang dapat disesuaikan untuk mempermudah akses informasi. Peran pemerintah dan lembaga keuangan juga sangat krusial dalam membangun sistem pendidikan keuangan yang lebih inklusif. Dengan mengoptimalkan pemahaman keuangan, diharapkan penyandang disabilitas dapat mencapai kemandirian ekonomi dan berpartisipasi lebih aktif dalam kehidupan sosial.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum was introduced as an educational reform effort to provide teachers with the flexibility to design contextual and relevant learning, including the integration of religious values into Social Studies subjects, particularly Economics. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah Darun Najah, focusing on the alignment between economic education and Islamic values. This qualitative research adopts a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observations involving the principal, vice principal of curriculum affairs, and social studies teachers. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at this madrasah has not yet been optimal due to limited teacher understanding, lack of training, and the low academic qualifications of some educators. The learning process remains dominated by one-way lecture methods, which hinder teacher-student interaction and student engagement, and has yet to fully integrate Islamic values into economic education. Therefore, continuous training is needed, not only focusing on the technical aspects of the curriculum but also on pedagogical competence to combine economic education with Islamic principles. Strategies such as role modeling, habituation, and moral guidance are recommended to support the internalization of religious values in the learning process. ABSTRAKKurikulum Merdeka hadir sebagai upaya pendidikan dengan memberikan kebebasan kepada guru dalam merancang pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan relevan, termasuk integrasi nilai-nilai agama dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS), khususnya Ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Madrasah Aliyah Darun Najah, dengan fokus pada keselarasan antara pendidikan ekonomi dan nilai-nilai agama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif terhadap kepala madrasah, waka kurikulum, dan guru IPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di madrasah ini belum berjalan optimal karena keterbatasan pemahaman guru, kurangnya pelatihan, dan rendahnya kualifikasi akademik beberapa pengajar. Pembelajaran masih didominasi metode ceramah satu arah, yang menghambat interaksi dan keaktifan siswa serta belum sepenuhnya mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam materi ekonomi. Untuk itu, diperlukan pelatihan berkelanjutan yang tidak hanya menekankan aspek teknis kurikulum, tetapi juga kemampuan pedagogis dalam menyatukan pendidikan ekonomi dengan prinsip-prinsip ajaran Islam. Strategi seperti keteladanan, pembiasaan, dan pemberian nasihat direkomendasikan untuk mendukung internalisasi nilai-nilai agama dalam proses pembelajaran.
