Abstract

Permasalahannya yang terjadi saat ini adalah pencatatan, perhitungan absensi secara manual dapat menimbulkan kesalahan dalam rekapulasi absensi, sehingga tidak akurat dan lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah penggunaan sistem informasi absensi siswa berbasis web di SMA Negeri 7 Kabupaten Sorong Papua Barat Daya dan sistem informasi absensi siswa berbasis web di SMA Negeri 7 Kabupaten Sorong Papua Barat Daya yang valid. penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan tahapan : Mencari Potensi dan Masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi produk, ujicoba pemakaian, revisi produk, ujicoba produk, revisi desain, revisi produk, dan produksi masal. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi subjek adalah siswa dan guru SMA Negeri 7 Kabupaten Sorong. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil berupa sistem informasi absensi dan perancangan buku panduan sistem absensi siswa berbasis online yang telah di lakukan ujicoba Black Box yang diujicobakan oleh validator ahli dan ujicoba kelompok besar. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi absensi siswa berbasis web di SMA Negeri 7 Kabupaten Sorong Papua Barat Daya.

Abstract

Effective learning requires teachers to be able to select and apply innovative learning strategies so that the learning process becomes more meaningful for students. Innovation in learning strategies is important because it can increase student engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes through approaches that are tailored to their needs and characteristics. This study aims to describe the role of innovation in learning strategies as the key to encouraging improved student learning outcomes. The method used is a qualitative literature study by collecting and analyzing various literature sources in the form of books, journals, and relevant scientific documents. The findings show that innovative learning strategies, such as problem-based, collaborative, contextual learning, and the use of technology, can improve students' critical thinking, creativity, and active participation. In addition, strategies creatively designed by teachers can create a more engaging learning atmosphere and motivate students to achieve learning objectives. This study implies the importance of improving teacher competence in developing innovative learning strategies as an effort to achieve optimal learning outcomes.

Abstract

The digital divide has become an increasingly relevant issue in the last five years, with significant impacts on the global education system. Differences in access to information and communication technology (ICT) in different regions, especially between urban and rural areas, affect the quality and equity of education. This research explores the impact of the digital divide on educational access, including limitations in the use of digital-based learning tools, students' low digital skills and lack of adequate infrastructure. This gap not only hinders teaching and learning but also exacerbates socio-economic inequality. This research also discusses mitigation efforts that have been made by governments, educational institutions and international organizations, as well as recommendations to reduce the gap in the future. Thus, the digital divide needs to be the focus of attention in education reform to create a more inclusive and sustainable education system.
