Abstract

Indonesian has a special function in the midst of national and state life Indonesia which is marked with the function of the Indonesian language as language country and language national. On the basis of this function, the Indonesian language is used in the preparation of manuscripts script service in various institution country. Variety Language Indonesia Which should used in the preparation of the official document is standard Indonesian. As language Indonesian national language is used by all levels of society in Indonesia. However, these two functions have not been fully implemented, causing problems for language Indonesia. Problems that occur in the Indonesian language are marked by errors language, especially written language. The problems discussed in this article are problems with the structure of the text, language errors are the use of language both orally and in writing that offends the factors or rules of grammar that are good and correct according to the spelling rules perfected by EYD.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Pesantren, Kecamatan Mijen, Semarang, dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran digital. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, mayoritas pelaku UMKM belum optimal dalam menggunakan platform digital untuk mempromosikan produk mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan langsung. Pelatihan difokuskan pada penggunaan WhatsApp Business, Instagram, dan Facebook untuk promosi produk secara digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam membuat konten, mengatur katalog produk, dan berinteraksi dengan pelanggan secara daring. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, pelaku UMKM diharapkan mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal.

Abstract

Language is the identity of a country or region that is used as the main communication tool. Everyone needs language when interacting, expressing ideas and opinions and other social relationships. In its development, the use of Indonesian began to shift to be replaced by the use of the language of teenagers, one of which was the use of the word bestie. The use of the word bestie is not only used by teenagers, not infrequently educated people also use this bestie language, both in oral and written form, both in formal and non-formal times, resulting in the use of language being bad and incorrect so that it will have an impact on the existence of the Indonesian language. It would be nice if we can use good and correct Indonesian, so that the existence of Indonesian as the national language is maintained. Indonesian is the language of unity, so as Indonesian people who care and respect their national language, we must maintain and help preserve our language, namely Indonesian. If we have used good and correct Indonesian, people around us will be infected directly.

Abstract

This research aims to assess and analyze the impact of work culture, social concern, and organizational commitment on enhancing employee performance at the Regional Financial Management Board of Pekalongan Regency. The study adopts a quantitative approach, specifically causal associative research. The variables considered include work culture, social concern, and organizational commitment, while employee performance improvement is the dependent variable. The sample comprises 88 employees from the Regional Financial Management Board of Pekalongan Regency. Data collection is carried out using a questionnaire. The collected data undergoes statistical analysis, including validity and reliability tests for the questionnaire instrument. The path analysis is conducted, and before that, classical assumption tests, such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, are performed using SPSS ver. 24.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan potensi ubi ungu sebagai produk lokal unggulan di Kelurahan Mangunsari, Kecamatan Gunungpati, Kota Semarang, melalui pengembangan inovasi olahan pangan dan penguatan kapasitas usaha masyarakat. Selama ini, ubi ungu telah dibudidayakan oleh masyarakat, namun pemanfaatannya masih terbatas sebagai konsumsi rumah tangga dengan nilai tambah ekonomi yang rendah. Keterbatasan pengetahuan pengolahan, manajemen usaha, dan strategi pemasaran menyebabkan produk ubi ungu belum berkembang sebagai sumber pendapatan yang berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan: (1) pemetaan potensi dan kebutuhan masyarakat; (2) pelatihan inovasi produk olahan ubi ungu (brownies, cookies, stik, keripik, dan minuman fungsional); (3) pelatihan manajemen usaha sederhana (pencatatan keuangan, perhitungan harga pokok produksi, dan analisis laba rugi); (4) pelatihan pemasaran, termasuk pengemasan, branding, dan pemasaran digital sederhana; serta (5) pendampingan dan monitoring implementasi usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengolah ubi ungu menjadi produk bernilai jual, serta terbentuk beberapa kelompok usaha kecil yang mulai memproduksi dan memasarkan produk secara rutin di lingkungan kelurahan, acara lokal, dan melalui media sosial. Program ini berdampak pada penguatan kemandirian ekonomi, peningkatan rasa percaya diri, dan tumbuhnya jiwa kewirausahaan di kalangan ibu rumah tangga dan pemuda. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan modal, kontinuitas pasokan bahan baku, konsistensi kualitas produk, penguasaan teknologi informasi, dan legalitas produk. Melalui pendampingan berkala, pembentukan kelompok usaha, dan jejaring dengan pemerintah kelurahan serta mitra eksternal, beberapa tantangan tersebut mulai dapat diatasi secara bertahap.
