Abstract

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to find out the reality of policies regarding women's human rights as a space that provides an opportunity to lead in the realm of politics and government. This study uses a literature study with a SWOT analysis method on existing policies. The results show that in the history of the Indonesian government, Megawati Soekarnoputri and Puan Maharani were executive and legislative leaders who represented women. Although the existence of these two figures is an important model in the role of women's leadership, at the level of implementation, the involvement and participation of women in leading politics and government is still very low and there is often a marginalization of women due to the weak legal system, policies that are not gender friendly, and the perpetuation of patriarchal culture rooted in the point of view of the Indonesian people. ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui realita kebijakan mengenai hak asasi perempuan sebagai ruang yang memberi kesempatan untuk memimpin dalam ranah politik dan pemerintahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan dengan metode analisis SWOT terhadap kebijakan yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam historis Pemerintahan Indonesia, Megawati Soekarnoputri dan Puan Maharani menjadi pemimpin eksekutif dan legislatif yang mewakili kaum perempuan. Meskipun keberadaan dua tokoh tersebut menjadi model penting dalam kiprah kepemimpinan perempuan, namun dalam tataran implementasinya keterlibatan dan partisipasi perempuan dalam memimpin politik dan pemerintahan masih sangat rendah dan kerap terjadi marginalisasi terhadap kaum perempuan yang diakibatkan karena lemahnya sistem hukum, kebijakan yang tidak ramah gender, serta langgengnya budaya patriarki yang mengakar pada sudut pandang masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Mahasiswa merupakan generasi penerus bangsa, partisipasinya senantiasa diharapkan masyarakat sehingga kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara terbangun dengan sehat dan kondusif. Sebagai ujung tombak pembangunan nasional, partisipasi mahasiswa dalam membangun desa diharapkan bukan hanya sekedar wacana, melainkan terealisasi dengan baik. Tujuan kajian ini akan mendeskripsikan tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa sebagai modal sosial berbasis 4C (Kritis, Komunikatif, Kreatif, dan Kolaboratif) dalam konteks Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN).  Kajian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposif bagi penentuan sampel, metode analisis untuk mendeskripsikan data, metode pendampingan dalam pelaksanaan partisipasi mahasiswa. Selain itu, dilakukan pula observasi langsung ke lapangan. Hasilnya, mahasiswa melaksanakan partisipasi pada kegiatan posyandu, donor darah, kewirausahaan, kebersihan, dan mengaji serta  mengajar. Di lapangan mahasiswa berkolaborasi dengan Masyarakat, Kader Posyandu, Petugas Palang Merah Indonesia Kabupaten Cianjur, Pengusaha, dan Keluarga Besar Yayasan Pendidikan Al-Kausar Cianjur.  Jumlah mahasiswa yang ber-KKN di Desa Muka ada 15 orang dengan latar belakang keilmuan yang berbeda, yakni Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia, Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Pendidikan Matematika,  Ilmu Hukum, Ekonomi Syariah, Agribisnis, Agriteknologi, dan Teknik Sipil.   Melalui perhitungan persentase, efektivitas dan produktivitas mahasiswa dalam berpartisipasi pada KKN di Desa Muka Kecamatan Cianjur berkategori sangat baik. Rerata partisipasi mahasiswa pada semua program yang dilaksanakan sebesar 86.3%.   Partisipasi ini merupakan potensi modal sosial yang sangat berharga bagi peningkatan kesehatan, kecerdasan, dan  kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Muka Kecamatan Cianjur Kabupaten Cianjur Provinsi Jawa Barat. ABSTRACTStudents are the next generation of the nation whose participation is always expected by the community, so that the life of the nation and state is built in a healthy and conductive manner. As the sprearhead of national development, it is hoped that student participation in village development is not just a discourse, but is well realized. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of student participation as social capital during Social and Community Service (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) program which is based on 4C (critical thinking, communicative, creative, and collaborative). This study was conducted using a purposive method for determining the sample, an analytical method for describing the data and a mentoring method in implementing students’ participation.  In addition, direct field observations were also carried out. As a result, students served in many communities such as Posyandu (Pos Pelayanan Terpadu/Integrated Healthcare Centre), blood donation program, entrepreneurship, cleaning, and teaching activities. They also collaborated with the head of healthcare centre, Indonesian Red Cross Officers, entrepreneurs, and an education foundation.  There are 15 students participated in this Social and Community Service Program and they come from different major backgrounds, namely Indonesian Language Department, English Language Department,  Mathematics Department, Law Studies, Sharia Economics, Agribusiness, Agritchnology and Civil Engineering. By calculating the percentage, the effectiveness and productivity of students in Social and Community Services in Muka Village Cianjur District is categorized as very good. The average of student participations in all programs implemented is 86.3 %. The participation is a potencial social capital that is very valuable to increase the community’s health, intelligence and well-being in Cianjur.

Abstract

Writing a review of literary works is one of the objectives of learning literary theory in higher education. This learning relies on the aspects of reading the object of the review and the writing aspect. Each learning requires a strategy that is appropriate to both the learning objectives and the character of the students. The dual strategy through a Google Form-based teaching module with a file upload option is believed to be effective. The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) the learning procedure for writing a review of the Amir Hamzah saga using a dual strategy through a Google Form-based teaching module with a file upload option; 2) the learning outcomes of writing a review of the Amir Hamzah saga using a dual strategy through a Google Form-based teaching module with a file upload option. The study took place in the odd semester of 2025/2026 at SMK Ar-Rahman Cianjur. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The study population was 11th grade students who participated in the learning activity of writing a review of the Amir Hamzah saga. They numbered 17 students. The study used a total sample, namely all members of the population were made sample members. Data on writing a summary review of Amir Hamzah was collected using a test instrument in the form of a Google Form-based performance test. The data of Amir Hamzah's summary review writing were analyzed using descriptive statistics, namely mean, percentage, mode, and standard deviation. The results of the study: 1) the learning procedure for writing Amir Hamzah's fable review using a dual strategy through a Google form-based teaching module with the file upload option involved 3 initial activities, 11 core activities, and 2 final activities; 2) the learning outcomes of writing Amir Hamzah's fable review using a dual strategy through a Google form-based teaching module with the file upload option were in the high category.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of using audio-visual media in improving listening skills in aural texts among 10th grade students at SMK Ar-Rahmah, Cianjur. The method used was quantitative with a pre-experimental design and a one-group pretest-posttest pattern. The data collection techniques included tests, observations, and questionnaires. The data analysis process in this study used N-Gain calculations to determine the extent of improvement in listening skills. In addition, a t-test (paired sample t-test) was used. The results showed that the use of audio-visual media was effective, resulting in an improvement in students' listening skills. This was evident from the test results, which showed an increase with an n-gain value of 80.12%, which was classified as high. Student activity during learning also showed excellent engagement, with a 90% percentage. In addition, student responses to learning through questionnaires obtained an average score of 91%, which means that students responded very positively to the use of audio-visual media in learning.
