Abstract

Cigarettes are addictive substances that threaten health because they contain substances that harm the body. From the survey results, it turns out that there are still 68 students who smoke in the school environment of SMAN 5 Batu Aji, Batam City, the purpose of the study is to determine the attitude of young men in class X SMAN 5 Batu Aji Batam City in 2015, the research design used is descriptive, the time of the study which was conducted at SMAN 5 Batu Aji, Batam City in May-June 2015 this research was all teenage boys of class X SMAN 5 Batu Aji totaling 154 students with a total sampling technique, the instrument used in this study was a questionnaire, data collection was carried out during The research is in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire by submitting several statements to the respondents who are proposed as research objects, analyzing data to find the frequency distribution. Based on the results of research conducted on the attitudes of young men about cigarettes in class X SMA N 5 Batu Aji Batam City, it shows that 86 respondents (56%) with a positive attitude (the tendency to avoid the attitude of young men about smoking) and 68 respondents (44%) with a positive attitude. negative (tendency to approach young men's attitudes about smoking). According to the conclusion of the researcher, from the results of the research, the positive attitudes of young men have looked good, but there are still negative ones because teenagers do not realize that cigarettes can damage health and need additional information about the attitudes of young men about cigarettes. It is expected that young men in class X SMAN 5 will continue to improve their attitudes to understand and understand smoking and participate in counseling events and seminars on health, especially about the attitudes of young men about cigarettes.

Abstract

Nyeri pasca bedah kanker payudara merupakan masalah umum yang dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan manajemen nyeri yang optimal melalui penggunaan analgesik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji karakteristik penggunaan analgesik pada pasien pasca bedah kanker payudara di RS Ibnu Sina Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif observasional menggunakan data sekunder dari rekam medis periode Oktober 2023–Oktober 2024, dengan 134 subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh pasien adalah perempuan, dengan kelompok usia terbanyak 46–55 tahun (39,6%). Jenis anestesi yang paling banyak digunakan selama operasi adalah anestesi umum (77,6%).  jenis Analgesik ketorolac menjadi yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu (31,5%), dengan dosis 30 mg setiap 8 jam selama 2 hari. penggunaan analgesic lebih sering diberikan secara intravena (58,6%). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pasien pasca bedah kanker payudara didominasi kelompok usia 46–55 tahun, perempuan, dan menerima terapi analgesik berupa ketorolac 30 mg setiap 8 jam selama 2 hari secara intravena.
