Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sarana dan prasarana yang ada di SMK Negeri 2 Panyabungan, untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik di  SMK Negeri 2 Panyabungan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sarana prasarana terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di SMK Negeri 2 Panyabungan. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode penelitian survey. Dengan peserta didik yang menjadi responden sebanyak 74 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Angket (Quisioner). Angket ini terdiri dari 30 pernyataan yang terdiri dari pernyataan untuk sarana prasarana belajar. Data diolah dan di analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 25 for windows dan Excel 2010. Teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas data, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji parsial (t) dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil data olah terdapat korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y pada uji parsial (uji-t) dapat dilihat bahwa variabel sarana prasaraa (x), thitung adalah 23.366 dan ttabel diperoleh 0,361 yang menunjukkan bahwa thitung >ttabel (23.366 > 0,361). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa h0 ditolak ha diterima. Jadi, hasil parsial (t) menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh sarana dan prasarana  berdampak positif secara parsial terhadap hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sarana prasarana belajar peserta didik di SMK 2 Negeri Panyabungan berpengaruh terhadap keaktifan siswa sebesar 88,3 % dan berada dikategori baik. Dan 11,7 %  di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif sarana dan prasarana belajar terhadap hasil belajar Peserta didik. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh peserta didik di SMK Negeri 2 Panyabungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi pendidikan yang di selenggarakan oleh pesantren yang berada di lingkungan pesantren dengan mengembangkan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan ciri khas pesantren berbasis kitab kuning dengan pola pendidikan muallimin. Asrama menerapkan disiplin santriwati melalui peraturan dan kebiasaan-kebiasaan yang positif yang dilaksanakan di setiap harinya yang bertujuan untuk mendidik karakter santriwati melalui penerapan disiplin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Disiplin santriwati di Musthafawiyah Purba Baru (2) Manajemen Asrama dalam Penerapan Disiplin Santriwati di Pesantren Musthafawiyah Purba Baru.Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif deskristif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan pengambilan informan melalui teknik snowball sampling. Informan yang ditentukan peneliti Pembina asrama dan santriwati, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa tahap pemahaman, penerapan, pembiasaan, pembudayaan, dan internalisasi metode ini secara positif mempengaruhi disiplin santri melalui beberapa faktor pendukung, seperti anjuran, peraturan, dan hukuman sangat memberikan dampak terhadap kedisiplinan santriwati di pondok pesanrtren Musthafawiyah Purba Baru.

Abstract

Islamic economics is a growing topic along with the increasing awareness of the importance of Islamic values ​​in various areas of life, including ethics and morals in economics. One of the influential figures in this field is Sayyed Hossein Nasr. Nasr argues that ethics and morality are an important part of human life that distinguishes humans from animals. Ethics are teachings that discuss good and bad, while morals are the limits given to distinguish good or bad human actions, so that in his view of ethics and morals in modern times is a modern scientific worldview that is limited and reductive with it has caused the loss of spiritual and ethical values, he proposed that economic activities in Islamic science should be based on the principles of tawhid, adab, and akhlaq. Meanwhile, in Islamic economics, spiritual and ethical values ​​are a set of moral values ​​and principles that govern economic behavior in Islam. This ethics is based on the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith as the main guideline. The principles of Islamic economic ethics reflect the goal of Islam to create a just, fair, and moral society.

Abstract

This research examines the role of communication and employee engagement in promoting inclusion in the workplace, with a specific focus on the creative industry. The study utilizes a case study approach to gain insights into the strategies and practices employed by organizations in fostering an inclusive work environment. The research objectives are twofold: first, to explore the communication channels and mechanisms utilized by organizations to promote inclusion, and second, to investigate the impact of employee engagement on fostering a culture of inclusion. A mixed-methods approach is employed, combining qualitative interviews with employees and management, as well as quantitative surveys to gather comprehensive data. The findings of the study highlight the crucial role of communication in promoting inclusion. Organizations within the creative industry employ diverse communication channels, such as town hall meetings, intranet platforms, and diversity training programs, to facilitate open dialogue and exchange of ideas. Effective communication practices contribute to enhanced employee understanding, collaboration, and mutual respect, thereby fostering an inclusive work environment. Furthermore, the study reveals that employee engagement plays a pivotal role in promoting inclusion. Engaged employees exhibit higher levels of commitment, motivation, and willingness to embrace diversity. They actively contribute to the creation of an inclusive culture by participating in diversity initiatives, providing feedback, and advocating for inclusive practices. The implications of this research that organizations in the creative industry should prioritize effective communication strategies and employee engagement to foster inclusion. By creating an inclusive work environment, organizations can harness the benefits of diversity, such as increased creativity, innovation, and employee satisfaction.
