Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan transformatif dalam penguatan kompetensi guru pada implementasi Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi (KBK) di MA Miftahul Janna At-Tohir. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan kepala madrasah, guru, pengurus pesantren, wali asuh, dan santri sebagai informan utama. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformatif kepala madrasah berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui strategi motivasi, supervisi humanis, serta penguatan visi bersama. Selain itu, praktik kolaborasi guru seperti Lesson Study dan rapat partisipatif menjadi kunci terbentuknya budaya kerja yang inovatif dan adaptif. Dokumentasi yang tertata rapi juga berperan sebagai instrumen strategis untuk menjaga kesinambungan program- program penguatan kompetensi guru. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformatif yang dilaksanakan secara konsisten dan terstruktur mampu menciptakan transformasi positif dalam budaya organisasi madrasah, khususnya dalam membangun kompetensi guru dan meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan teknologi digital terhadap manajemen pembelajaran diniyah di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, khususnya pembelajaran diniyah, integrasi teknologi digital diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pembelajaran. Meskipun pembelajaran diniyah identik dengan metode tradisional, pemanfaatan media digital seperti aplikasi pembelajaran dan video interaktif dapat memperkaya pengalaman belajar santri. Penulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 43 guru diniyah di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas manajemen pembelajaran diniyah, dengan kontribusi sebesar 35,8% terhadap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi teknologi digital dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan diniyah tanpa mengabaikan nilai-nilai Islam yang mendasarinya. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pesantren mengembangkan kebijakan integrasi teknologi yang terstruktur, termasuk pelatihan bagi guru dan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis digital.

Abstract

Digital transformation has driven the development of education technology (Edutech) not only as a learning tool but also as a strategic business unit in the educational environment. However, the sustainability of Edutech-based educational business units is largely determined by the quality of the business planning implemented. This study aims to analyze business planning in the development of Edutech-based educational business units and examine its implications for business sustainability. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Research informants were selected purposively from managers and stakeholders of Edutech-based educational business units. Data analysis was conducted thematically through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, and was strengthened by triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study indicate that systematic business planning has significant implications for the sustainability of Edutech business units in three main dimensions: economic, social, and operational. Business planning contributes to financial stability, efficient resource management, strengthened relationships with stakeholders, and increased adaptability and innovation of digital services. These findings also confirm that business planning functions as a strategic mechanism that integrates educational objectives, business strategies, and technology utilization. Based on a synthesis of empirical findings and a theoretical framework, this study formulates an ideal business planning model for an Edutech-based educational business unit that is integrative, adaptive, and oriented toward sustainable innovation. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of educational management and Edutech studies, as well as practical recommendations for educational business unit managers in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine innovative quality management strategies to enhance the competitiveness of higher education institutions in the digital era. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations in several university units that have implemented digitally based quality systems. The findings reveal that digital technologies such as quality dashboards, academic information systems, and automated reporting function effectively in supporting data-driven decision-making. However, the success of innovation strategy implementation largely depends on an adaptive and collaborative organizational structure with a strong quality culture. The study also highlights the importance of integrating technology, human resources, and internal regulations to create a sustainable quality system. The implications of this research suggest that digitalization of quality management must be accompanied by organizational capacity building so that innovation is not merely administrative, but can genuinely enhance institutional competitiveness

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven higher education institutions, including Islamic universities, to adopt E-Learning systems as a means to support the learning process. However, the effectiveness of these systems is largely determined by user satisfaction and their perception of system quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of student satisfaction on their perception of E-Learning system quality by employing a quantitative approach using a simple linear regression method. The population of the study consists of students from Nurul Jadid University, selected through purposive sampling, with a total of 42 respondents. The research instrument was developed based on the five dimensions of the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that student satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the perceived quality of the E-Learning system, with an R Square value of 0.481 and a significance level (p) < 0.001. This indicates that 48.1% of the variation in perceived system quality can be explained by user satisfaction. These findings suggest that the higher the students' satisfaction with the content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness of the system, the higher their perception of the overall quality of the E-Learning system. The study recommends further development of E-Learning systems with a stronger focus on enhancing user experience and comfort.
