Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital dan media sosial telah membentuk pola konsumsi baru di kalangan mahasiswa Gen Z, yang dikenal sebagai generasi digital native. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Social Media Marketing (SMM) dan Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO) terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Gen Z. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert lima poin dan disebarkan kepada mahasiswa Gen Z yang aktif menggunakan media sosial. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji T, uji F, serta analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social Media Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Gen Z. Strategi pemasaran melalui konten kreatif, influencer, live shopping, dan iklan yang dipersonalisasi mampu meningkatkan dorongan membeli secara impulsif. Selain itu, Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO) juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan, di mana perasaan takut tertinggal tren, pengalaman atau informasi di media sosial memperkuat perilaku konsumtif tersebut. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap meningkatnya perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Gen Z. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pemasar dalam merancang strategi pemasaran digital  yang efektif sekaligus etis sesuai karakteristik generasi muda Kata Kunci: Social Media Marketing, Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO), Perilaku Konsumtif, Gen Z, Pemasaran digital

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived value, customer trust, and security on customer satisfaction levels with online transportation services in Sukabumi. The study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 200 online transportation users in Sukabumi. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, partial T-tests, simultaneous F-tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results showed that all three variables simultaneously had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, partially, only trust and security had a significant effect, while perceived value did not.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Work Life Balance (WLB) on the performance of elementary school teachers in Sukabumi Regency. The background of this research is based on the low performance of teachers, most of whom hold honorary status, and the large number of school principal positions filled by acting officials (PLT), indicating that organizational support for educators has not been optimized. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with 208 teachers selected through purposive sampling from a population of 9,352 teachers. Data were collected using questionnaires adapted from the Survey of Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) instrument (Eisenberger et al., 1986), the Work Life Balance Scale (Fisher et al., 2009), and The Danielson Framework for Teaching (Danielson, 2022), and were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that POS has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (sig. = 0.011), whereas WLB does not have a significant effect (sig. = 0.388). Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect teacher performance (sig. = 0.002), contributing 5.1% of the variance. It is concluded that organizational support is the dominant factor in improving teacher performance. Schools and education departments are recommended to strengthen organizational support through proportional recognition and the provision of adequate work facilities.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Corruption is a serious crime that has widespread impacts on social welfare, economic development, and public trust. Ironically, corrupt practices are also found within police institutions, which are responsible for law enforcement and anti-corruption efforts. This study aimed to examine the influence of love of money, salary satisfaction, and integrity on corruption tendencies among police officers. A quantitative survey design was employed in this research. Data were collected using questionnaires consisting of four measurement scales from 222 police officers serving at the East Jakarta Police Resort, Indonesia. Multiple regression analysis was applied to determine the effects of the independent variables on corruption tendencies. The findings revealed that love of money and integrity significantly influenced corruption tendencies among police officers, whereas salary satisfaction had no significant effect. In addition, the results indicated that 51% of respondents were classified as having a high potential for corruption. These findings suggest that psychological factors, particularly excessive attachment to money and low integrity, play a more substantial role in explaining corruption tendencies than salary satisfaction. The study highlights the importance of strengthening integrity and ethical values as key strategies for preventing corruption within police institutions. These findings suggest that psychological and moral factors, particularly love of money and integrity, play a more substantial role in predicting corruption tendencies among police officers than salary satisfaction. Strengthening integrity-based interventions may therefore be an effective strategy for corruption prevention within law enforcement institutions. ABSTRAK Korupsi merupakan salah satu kejahatan yang berdampak luas terhadap kehidupan sosial, ekonomi, dan pembangunan suatu negara. Ironisnya, praktik korupsi juga ditemukan pada institusi kepolisian yang memiliki tugas utama dalam penegakan hukum dan pemberantasan korupsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh cinta uang (love of money), kepuasan gaji, dan integritas terhadap kecenderungan perilaku korupsi pada anggota kepolisian. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang terdiri atas empat skala pengukuran dan melibatkan 222 anggota Kepolisian Resort Jakarta Timur, DKI Jakarta, sebagai responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap korupsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cinta uang dan integritas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecenderungan korupsi pada anggota kepolisian, sedangkan kepuasan gaji tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 51% responden berada pada kategori potensi korupsi yang tinggi. Dengan demikian, faktor psikologis berupa kecintaan yang berlebihan terhadap uang serta rendahnya integritas menjadi faktor yang lebih dominan dalam menjelaskan kecenderungan korupsi dibandingkan faktor kepuasan gaji. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan integritas dan pembinaan nilai-nilai etika sebagai strategi pencegahan korupsi di lingkungan kepolisian.
