Abstract

Understanding informatics logic is an important foundation in programming learning because it plays a role in shaping algorithmic and computational thinking patterns. However, various studies show that students often experience difficulties in understanding the concepts of propositional logic, inference, predicate logic, Boolean algebra, and their application in program control structures. This article aims to conduct a systematic literature review of related studies to obtain a comprehensive picture of the conceptual and practical challenges faced by students, as well as the learning strategies used to overcome them. The research method uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by analyzing relevant and open access articles published between 2017 and 2025. The results of the study indicate a gap between mastery of logic theory and its application in program code. Key findings include misconceptions in propositional logic, difficulties in simplifying Boolean algebra, limited representation skills through flowcharts and pseudocode, weak computational thinking, and recurring errors such as off-by-one errors and variable misconceptions. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating logic teaching with programming, a practice-based approach, and the use of visual media and interactive technology to improve student understanding.

Abstract

Information technology has a transformative impact on various aspects of life and covers all fields, even in government activities. The development of information technology has given birth to many new innovations that can help the government in carrying out the procurement process of goods and services. SiRUP is a web-based general procurement plan information system application used to announce the general procurement plan (RUP) implemented by each Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) in Tabanan Regency. By using the SiRUP application, it will facilitate each OPD in the planning process, transparency and governance of government procurement of goods and services. Achieving the goal of good and transparent government procurement of goods and services, the quality of the system used must be in accordance with what is expected, therefore conducting an evaluation or analysis of satisfaction is very important to do. Based on this, it is necessary to analyze user satisfaction with the SiRUP application which can describe how much user satisfaction is so that recommendations can be given in developing the system according to user needs. Several models and methods have been created to analyze and understand the factors that determine user satisfaction of an application system, including EUCS (End User Computing Statistics) and TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). From the results of the analysis of user satisfaction of the SiRUP application using the EUCS and TAM methods, it was found that the content, form (format), ease of use, and usefulness of the SiRUP application have a positive and significant influence on user attitudes. Relevant information, good design, easy-to-use features, and application benefits are the main factors that increase positive user perceptions. On the other hand, accuracy and timeliness, although they have a positive influence, are not significant on user attitudes, because they are considered basic needs that should be met. In addition, user attitudes are proven to have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction of the SiRUP application.

Abstract

The implementation of the E-Purchasing system in government procurement of goods and services requires an information system strategy that aligns with business needs. ASHA Store is a business actor that utilizes the E-Purchasing application, but its utilization still tends to be operational and is not supported by a structured strategic information system planning. This study aims to analyze and formulate an information system strategy in utilizing the E-Purchasing application at ASHA Store using the Ward and Peppard method. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The analysis is carried out through analysis of the business environment, IS/IT environment, SWOT, and the preparation of an application portfolio using the McFarlan Strategic Grid. The results show that the E-Purchasing application is a key operational system that supports the main business processes. Recommended strategies include the preparation of IS/IT strategic planning, improving human resource competencies, and developing internal support systems to support decision-making.

Abstract

Understanding statistics is a crucial competency for students in the digital age, particularly in supporting data literacy and data-driven decision-making. However, various studies have shown that students still experience difficulties in understanding statistical concepts and applying them in real-world contexts. This study aims to comprehensively examine students' understanding of statistics in relation to data literacy and decision-making in the digital age. The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was used, analyzing various scientific articles published between 2021 and 2025 from reputable databases. The study results indicate that students tend to experience difficulties in understanding basic statistical concepts, interpreting data analysis results, and connecting them to decision-making. Furthermore, students' data literacy remains relatively low, particularly in the aspects of critical data evaluation and utilization. The findings also indicate a gap between statistical analysis skills and data-driven decision-making. Although the use of technology can facilitate the learning process, its effectiveness is highly dependent on a solid understanding of fundamental concepts. Therefore, innovation in statistics learning is needed through a more contextual, applicable, and integrated approach with data literacy. This research is expected to contribute to the development of more effective statistics learning strategies in the digital age.

Abstract

The digitalization of village governance in Indonesia faces significant challenges in the form of inconsistencies in the server environment (environment drift) that hinder the stability and scalability of the Village Information System (OpenSID). This research aims to implement the Container-Based Deployment method as an operational approach based on the DevOps paradigm to standardize village digital infrastructure. The method used is Infrastructure as Code (IaC) by integrating OpenSID applications and MariaDB databases into isolated Docker containers, with service access through specific port mapping for both primary application access and database management. The results showed that the use of containerization successfully overcame the complexity of manual configuration, with a 100% success rate of meeting system dependencies. This architecture allows for identical system replication, deployment time efficiency, and ease of service access. This research produces a reliable, portable, and efficient system architecture model for village governments in supporting the transformation of digital public services that are more stable and accessible.
