Abstract

This study aims to: 1) analyze compliance in the implementation of MBKM policies for teaching assistance programs; 2) describe the smooth implementation of the MBKM policy for the teaching assistance program; and 3) describe the performance of the implementation of the MBKM policy of the teaching assistance program. The grand theory using Franklin & Ripley's policy implementation theory consists of; compliance, smoothness, and performance. The research was carried out at the State High School of Palu City with a qualitative method for 4 months with data collection techniques; interviews, documentation, and observations. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman include; data collection, condentation, data display and conclusions. Viewed from the point of view of school needs, the results of the study show: 1) elements of Palu City State High School such as; school principals, vice principals for curriculum affairs and teachers have compliance in the implementation of the teaching assistance program; 2) the implementation of the teaching assistance program runs smoothly without significant obstacles seen in the smooth learning, completeness of learning administration, and the involvement of students of the teaching assistance program in various school programs; and 3) the implementation of the teaching assistance program on performance indicators, still needs development, especially in aspects; Innovation of learning models, application of learning technology, strengthening scientific content, and strengthening in the development of literacy and numeracy-based instruments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of P5 as a strengthening of Civic Culture and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of P5 activities as a strengthening of Civic Culture at MAN 2 Model Mataram. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Informants in this study were determined by purposive sampling technique. To collect data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing stages. To test the validity of the data using three types of triangulation, namely source, time, and method. The results of this study indicate that, the form of implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project (P5) as a strengthening of Civic Culture at MAN 2 Mataram Model is: 1). Visiting cultural sites, 2) Oral literature, 3) Traditional food, 4) Traditional games, 5) Regional songs, 6) Folklore, 7) Traditional musical instruments, 8) Traditional clothing, 9) Customary law, 10) Religious moderation, 11) Sasak traditional dance, and 12) Sasak traditional wedding procession. Supporting factors for the implementation of P5 activities include the competence of teachers as P5 implementers, support and cooperation of teachers/staff/community, availability of a place to implement P5 activities, availability of implementation facilities, participation and enthusiasm of students and the availability of implementation guidelines and P5 teaching modules. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in the implementation of activities is the lack of support from parents in the implementation of P5.

Abstract

The fifth-grade students at SDN 3 Katobengke, who engaged well in learning activities, inspired this research. The fifth-grade students were very enthusiastic about learning. When the teacher asked a short question, the students quickly raised their hands to answer. This was evident in their reactions. The next research objective was to determine whether the use of the Problem-Based Learning learning style increases student engagement in science subjects. Furthermore, the researcher was interested in determining the variables that influence the learning activities of fifth-grade students at SDN 3 Katobengke. This research was descriptive qualitative. The following approaches were used to collect data for this study: observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. According to research findings obtained from teacher interviews, children became more engaged when using the Problem-Based Learning pedagogy.

Abstract

Various acts of persecution that often occur in Baubau City, especially serious persecution, are a big task for law enforcement officials of Baubau Police in overcoming them. the problem that will be used as a source of reference to be researched is how to overcome the crime of serious persecution by Baubau Police satreskrim and its inhibiting factors. This type of research is normative empirical with primary and secondary data types and will then be analysed using descriptive qualitative. based on the results of the study it was found that the handling of cases experienced fluctuations in the number where there was a significant increase in the last year. The conclusion is that the process of overcoming crimes of serious maltreatment committed by the Baubau resort criminal police unit in the jurisdiction of the Baubau resort police must build a pattern of cooperation with other agencies in order to overcome the obstacles experienced in overcoming crimes of serious maltreatment influenced by the lack of personnel members of the Criminal Investigation Unit infrastructure facilities, and community culture
