Abstract

This study aims to: 1) analyze compliance in the implementation of MBKM policies for teaching assistance programs; 2) describe the smooth implementation of the MBKM policy for the teaching assistance program; and 3) describe the performance of the implementation of the MBKM policy of the teaching assistance program. The grand theory using Franklin & Ripley's policy implementation theory consists of; compliance, smoothness, and performance. The research was carried out at the State High School of Palu City with a qualitative method for 4 months with data collection techniques; interviews, documentation, and observations. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman include; data collection, condentation, data display and conclusions. Viewed from the point of view of school needs, the results of the study show: 1) elements of Palu City State High School such as; school principals, vice principals for curriculum affairs and teachers have compliance in the implementation of the teaching assistance program; 2) the implementation of the teaching assistance program runs smoothly without significant obstacles seen in the smooth learning, completeness of learning administration, and the involvement of students of the teaching assistance program in various school programs; and 3) the implementation of the teaching assistance program on performance indicators, still needs development, especially in aspects; Innovation of learning models, application of learning technology, strengthening scientific content, and strengthening in the development of literacy and numeracy-based instruments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of P5 as a strengthening of Civic Culture and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of P5 activities as a strengthening of Civic Culture at MAN 2 Model Mataram. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Informants in this study were determined by purposive sampling technique. To collect data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman method with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing stages. To test the validity of the data using three types of triangulation, namely source, time, and method. The results of this study indicate that, the form of implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project (P5) as a strengthening of Civic Culture at MAN 2 Mataram Model is: 1). Visiting cultural sites, 2) Oral literature, 3) Traditional food, 4) Traditional games, 5) Regional songs, 6) Folklore, 7) Traditional musical instruments, 8) Traditional clothing, 9) Customary law, 10) Religious moderation, 11) Sasak traditional dance, and 12) Sasak traditional wedding procession. Supporting factors for the implementation of P5 activities include the competence of teachers as P5 implementers, support and cooperation of teachers/staff/community, availability of a place to implement P5 activities, availability of implementation facilities, participation and enthusiasm of students and the availability of implementation guidelines and P5 teaching modules. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in the implementation of activities is the lack of support from parents in the implementation of P5.

Abstract

Youth participation is crucial in emerging democracies in Baubau City, where political knowledge and understanding are limited. Identity politics, including ethnicity and culture, often dominate conflicts, leading to collective frustration and dissatisfaction. The challenge of involving youth in political participation is not only mobilizing contestants but also assisting organizers in monitoring the course of the upcoming regional head elections. This research aims to direct the role of youth through participatory movements towards efforts to prevent violations in the dimension of contestation, specifically in the right to be elected, which may result in potential social insecurity in the community. This research uses normative legal research. Methodologically, this research is descriptive qualitative. The author uses data collection techniques with library research. The author's data analysis technique in this research uses logical and systematic analysis. The conclusion of this research is that youth voter participation is decreasing due to the disconnect between the political process and pressing issues. To empower the next generation, understanding the determinants and implementing outreach initiatives can empower them. Youth participation in regional elections, education, socialization programs, and the formation of cross-identity communities can prevent violations of identity politics and increase solidarity between different groups.

Abstract

Butuh adanya penyegaran terhadap kata hur, kata ini termasuk kata kunci yang penting dalam kajian tafsir dan gender yang kemudian berimbas pada terjemahan tertentu, dalam konteks Indonesia yang memiliki masyarakat multikultural, terjemahan al-Quran memegang peranan penting dalam menciptakan keseimbangan dan pemahaman antar budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kritik terjemahan dan terjemahan alternatif terhadap kata Hur dalam Al-Qur'an, yang oleh Kementerian Agama Indonesia (Kemenag) diterjemahkan dengan ‘bidadari’. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-deskriptif dengan menganalisis kata hur dalam al-Quran (Āl-Ṭūr 20, Al-Dukhān 54, dan Al-Wāqi‘ah 22) melalui pendekatan Qira’ah Mubadalah serta penerjemahan semantik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hur tidak terbatas pada perempuan semata, melainkan merujuk pada sosok dengan karakteristik spiritual tinggi yang dapat berlaku bagi laki-laki maupun perempuan serta memberikan terjemahaan alternatif kata tersebut dengan ‘pasangan surgawi’. Temuan ini mengkritik stereotip gender dalam penerjemahan al-Quran dan menekankan pentingnya pendekatan yang lebih inklusif dalam memahami teks suci. Dengan mempertimbangkan konteks historis dan linguistik, penelitian ini menawarkan alternatif terjemahan yang lebih netral dan resiprokal, sesuai dengan nilai-nilai keadilan gender. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya pemahaman masyarakat tentang al-Quran dan mendorong kajian lebih lanjut dalam studi tafsir dan penerjemahan al-Quran.

Abstract

Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, melalui sumber data primer dan sekunder, degan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi sebagai tehnik pengumpulan data.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah upaya konselor dalam pembinaan imtaq di laksanakan di sela-sela waktu belajar peserta didik. Program imtaq yang di lakukan oleh konselor di ataranya adalah asmaulhusna dan zikir, membaca al’quran, sholat duha, menghafal al’quran dan hadist, khutba, ceramah dan do’a agar menumbuhkan sifat dan karakter peserta didik agar kelak mereka menjadi peserta didik yang berakhlak dan berkembang secara wajar dan normal karena ketaqwaan nya kepada Allah swt. Faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan program imtaq di sekolah peserta didik yang lulus dan melanjutkan pendidikan nya ke jenjang atas mendapat apresiasi baik karena perubahan iman dan taqwa mereka menjadi teladan bagi peserta didik lainya. proses pembinaan imtaq terdapat hambatan-hambatan yang biasa terjadi seperti kekurangan air saat hendak melakukan wudhu dan kurang nya daya serap peserta didik dalam menerima materi program imtaq.Adapun saran, bagi konselor dan guru-guru MTs DDI Karya Hasanah Desa Ponggerang agar tetap menjadi yang terbaik dalam membina imtaq kepada peserta didik.

Abstract

This study investigates how linguistic analysis influences Islamic legal construction in determining the beginning of Hijri months, particularly when the crescent is not visible. It focuses on three variant hadith formulations, fa in gumma, fi in gummiya, and fa in gubbiya; imperative word ṣūmū and afṭirū based on ru’yah; and the paired imperatives faqdurū lah and fa akmilū. The research employs a qualitative design using semantic and pragmatic analysis, supported by lexical, morpho-syntactic examination and Uṣūl al-Fiqh reasoning. Primary data are drawn from authoritative hadith compilations, while supporting evidence is taken from classical Arabic lexica and contemporary astronomical discussions. The findings show that ru’yah is polysemous and cannot be restricted to sensory sight alone; it also denotes epistemic certainty. The wording gumma/gummiya indicates external obscuration and corresponds to faqdurū, which semantically implies precise measurement, thus providing linguistic support for astronomical calculation (ḥisāb). In contrast, gubbiya reflects informational limitation and reinforces istikmāl as an operational legal mechanism. This study argues that hisab and istikmāl are not mutually exclusive but complementary, and they may be operationalized through imkān al-ru’yah computation with tolerance for local, regional, or global maṭla’. These results offer a linguistic basis for integrating fiqh and astronomy in authoritative lunar-month determination.

Abstract

This study discusses the important role of Pancasila and its challenges at SMKN 2 Gerung in the digital era. The purpose of this study is to find out teachers in implementing Pancasila values in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, namely data collection through interviews, observations and documentation. It explores how the role and challenges of teachers in implementing Pancasila values in this digital era. The interview was conducted with one of the teachers, namely Mrs. Tanti Rizkian Sari, S.Pd. on December 5, 2024. The results show that many children are influenced by foreign cultures such as negative content that causes students to be less able to apply Pancasila values. This study is expected to provide useful insights for teachers to apply Pancasila values.
