Abstract

The socialisation of election supervision regulations is crucial for maintaining transparency and integrity in the electoral process. It ensures stakeholders, including organizers, participants, observers, and voters, understand the rights, obligations, and procedures, leading to increased legal compliance and a fair process. Effective socialisation can also reduce conflicts and disputes, fostering public trust in the election supervisor's integrity. Activities were conducted to increase understanding of Bawaslu regulations and non-regulations during the 2024 General Election. In collaboration with Bawaslu Baubau City, participants included Sub-District Supervisory Committees and Election Monitors. Understanding rules promotes equality, fairness, and social stability by preventing abuse and utilizing legal loopholes. It also allows for organized and productive interactions, preventing conflicts and chaos. Prioritizing rules is crucial for individuals and organizations to make informed decisions, maintain equality, and preserve social stability. Conclusion in this article, Understanding regulations is essential for societal stability, justice, and order. It provides a transparent framework for interactions, promoting equality and fairness. It prevents conflicts and disorder, ensuring a more organized society. Election organizers must have a thorough understanding of electoral law to perform their duties professionally and maintain integrity. This knowledge strengthens the capacity of electoral management authorities and creates democratic elections with integrity.

Abstract

Sebagian besar masyarakat yang tinggal di Kabupaten Buton Tengah , terlibat dalam Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (“UMKM”). Ada berbagai jenis usaha di antara UMKM ini, seperti Perdagangan, Industri Pertanian, dan Industri Non-Pertanian. Namun, masih banyak pelaku usaha dalam bisnis UMKM yang belum mendaftarkan merek dagang mereka karena tidak punya uang atau tidak tahu betapa pentingnya merek tersebut. Tujuan dari program PKM ini adalah untuk membantu para pelaku bisnis UMKM di Desa Wakambangura akan pentingnya pendaftaran merek bagi palaku usaha UMKM. 2. Menyadarkan para pelaku usaha UMKM akan pentingnya merek dan pendaftaran merek bagi UMKM di Desa Wakambangura, Kecamatan Mawasangka, Kabupaten Buton Tengah; dan 3. Mendorong para pelaku usaha UMKM untuk melindungi produk baru mereka melalui kekayaan intelektual (KI) melalui penyampaian materi penyuluhan hukum. Selain itu, metodologi yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian Masyarakat ini melibatkan pendekatan lokakarya, dilengkapi dengan ceramah pada sesi tanya-jawab di akhir acara.

Abstract

Various acts of persecution that often occur in Baubau City, especially serious persecution, are a big task for law enforcement officials of Baubau Police in overcoming them. the problem that will be used as a source of reference to be researched is how to overcome the crime of serious persecution by Baubau Police satreskrim and its inhibiting factors. This type of research is normative empirical with primary and secondary data types and will then be analysed using descriptive qualitative. based on the results of the study it was found that the handling of cases experienced fluctuations in the number where there was a significant increase in the last year. The conclusion is that the process of overcoming crimes of serious maltreatment committed by the Baubau resort criminal police unit in the jurisdiction of the Baubau resort police must build a pattern of cooperation with other agencies in order to overcome the obstacles experienced in overcoming crimes of serious maltreatment influenced by the lack of personnel members of the Criminal Investigation Unit infrastructure facilities, and community culture
