Abstract

This research is designed as a case study. This quantitative case study with the research unit is the Twilight Eatery Restaurant from April 2023 to June 2023. The obstacles faced in marketing the Senja Eatery Restaurant products include a lack of employees and minimal promotion, namely only relying on social media such as Instagram which also has various limitations. Promotional activities offline such as distributing brochures, availability of highly disciplined employees. The marketing strategy carried out by Senja Eatery Restaurant is to carry out a marketing mix related to product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence. Marketing opportunities for Senja Eatery Restaurant are through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, WA, Google, and Tiktok.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to analyze the strategies implemented by the Human Resources Development (HRD) department to improve the quality of employees at the Meruorah Komodo Labuan Bajo Hotel. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis at the Meruorah Komodo Labuan Bajo Hotel. The results show that the HRD at Meruorah Hotel has implemented several key strategies that significantly contribute to improving employee quality. First, training and development. Second, the Internal Development Program (IDP) or mentoring and coaching. Third, career development. Fourth, consistent recognition and rewards increase employee motivation and loyalty or retention. Fifth, a focus on employee well-being has been proven to increase job satisfaction and productivity. The implementation of comprehensive and integrated HRD strategies is key to improving the quality of employees at the Meruorah Komodo Labuan Bajo Hotel.

Abstract

This study examines the feasibility of developing Compang Wesang Village in East Manggarai Regency as a community-based tourism village destination through a human resource management approach. The selection of this topic is based on the importance of sustainable tourism development in rural areas and the gap between natural and cultural potential and the capacity of local human resources. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study design, through interview, observation, and documentation study techniques. The results of the study show that although the village has strong cultural and natural assets, tourism management has not been carried out professionally due to the lack of training, institutions, and a structured work system. The public's enthusiasm to participate is quite high, but it has not been properly facilitated by the government or external parties. These findings show the importance of combining HR management strategies with the principles of community empowerment so that the development of tourism villages can take place in a participatory, inclusive, and sustainable manner. Strengthening local institutions and the preparation of systematic training programs are important steps in encouraging sustainable economic and social growth.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) seperti Mesin G Scan Cargo X-ray Scanner di Kantor Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai (KPUBC) Tipe A Tanjung Priok telah menghasilkan perubahan signifikan dalam efektivitas dan efisiensi pemeriksaan fisik barang. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan analisis Balanced Scorecard, penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak penggunaan teknologi ini terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mesin X-ray mempercepat alur pemeriksaan, meningkatkan manajemen risiko, dan mengoptimalkan penerimaan negara. Selain itu, integrasi hasil pemindaian X-ray dengan proses kerja internal memungkinkan penyesuaian aturan dan standar kerja, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna jasa. Dengan demikian, implementasi Mesin G Scan Cargo X-ray Scanner di KPUBC Tanjung Priok memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan efisiensi operasional Kantor Bea dan Cukai. Langkah selanjutnya termasuk pelatihan pegawai, evaluasi reguler, pembaruan peraturan, dan kerjasama dengan pihak eksternal untuk mendukung pengembangan teknologi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kompensasi merupakan salah satu aspek penting bagi karyawan. Tujuan dari pemberian kompensasi adalah untuk memenuhi hak karyawan terkait hubungan kerja dengan perusahaan. Kebijakan kompensasi yang sesuai akan berdampak pada meningkatnya keterikatan karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kebijakan kompensasi finansial dalam meningkatkan keterikatan karyawan asing terhadap PT. Daedong Metal Finishing (DMF). Serta efektivitas kebijakan kompensasi finansial tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif preset. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara terhadap karyawan asing PT. Daedong Metal Finishing (DMF). Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan kompensasi finansial berdampak pada meningkatnya keterikatan karyawan asing terhadap perusahaan. Analisis efektivitas kebijakan kompensasi di PT. Daedong Metal Finishing menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan telah berhasil mengelola kompensasi dengan cara yang efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

Teaching Factory is a learning model at Vocational School based on production/services that refer to standards and procedures applied in the industry. The implementation of the Teaching Factory requires industry involvement. Parameters to measure the achievement of the Teaching Factory implementation are management, facilities, learning patterns, marketing-promotions, products-service, human resources, and industrial relations. The purpose of the research in this paper is to find out the implementation of the Teaching Factory in the Hospitality Program at Public Vocational High School 1 Labuan Bajo. The research uses the qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by reducing, displaying, and verifying data. The results indicate that the achievement of the implementation of the Teaching Factory in the Hospitality Program at Public Vocational High School 1 Labuan Bajo, based on several achievement measurement parameters, there are still some shortcomings in terms of Management, Marketing-promotion, Human Resources, and learning patterns. The need for commitment to the implementation and evaluation of Teaching Factory must be applied to improve the quality of learning to produce graduates who are competent for industry needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami dan memahami sejauh mana gaya kepemimpinan empatik mempengaruhi kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis. Penggumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin yang empatik berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman secara emosial, meningkatkan rasa dihargai, dan memperkuat koneksi sosial di tempat kerja. Kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan tercermin dalam meningkatnya motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan loyalitas terhadap perusahaan. Temuan ini memberikan informasi penting bagi perusahaan dalam mengoptimalkan peran kepemimpinan empatik untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal dan kesejahteraan karyawan dalam organisasi.
