Abstract

This research aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education learning using the Cooperative Learning model of the Team Games Tournament type in class IV of SDN 15 Ulu Gadut, Padang City. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research was conducted in two cycles, cycle I with two meetings and cycle II with one meeting. The subjects of the study were teachers (researchers) and students totaling 23 students consisting of 9 male students and 14 female students. The results of this study showed an increase: 1) The average implementation of the learning module in cycle I was 87.5% (B) increasing in cycle II to 95.83% (A). 2) The implementation of teacher activities in cycle I averaged 85.71% (C) increasing in cycle II to 96.42% (A). 3) The implementation of student activities in cycle I averaged 87.49% (B) increasing in cycle II to 96.42% (A). 4) The average student learning outcomes in cycle I were 75.37 (D) increasing to 89.07 (B) in cycle II.

Abstract

This research develops interactive web-based learning media using Google Sites for the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject in grade IV elementary schools to support the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Learning needs were identified through observation, interviews, and questionnaires in six elementary schools in Padang. The media was designed with visual displays, audiovisual elements, and interactive quizzes. Expert validation of content, language, and media reached an average of 94% (very valid). Practicality tests in three schools, involving teachers and students, achieved averages of 93.3% and 90.9% (very practical). Effectiveness testing using the N-Gain formula yielded an average score of 0.51 (moderately effective) and increased student mastery from 32–39% to 82–91%. These results confirm that Google Sites–based media effectively enhances students’ understanding and engagement, making it a feasible and innovative alternative for IPAS learning in the Kurikulum Merdeka framework.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of grade II students in the subject of Pancasila Education. Students tend to be passive, lack critical thinking, and have difficulty understanding the material because the learning method does not actively involve them. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of learning quality through the optimization of teaching modules, learning implementation, and student learning outcomes. This research is a Class Action Research (PTK) with a qualitative and quantitative approach, carried out in two cycles which include the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study are teachers and 15 students of grade II for the January-June 2024/2025 semester. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in all aspects. In Cycle I, the achievement of the teaching module was 85.93% at the first meeting and increased to 90.25% at the second meeting. The activity of teachers and students increased from 82.14% to 89.28%. The average learning outcomes of students in the first cycle reached 77.80% (category B). In Cycle II, the achievement of teaching modules increased to 96.42%, teacher and student activities reached 92.85%, and learning outcomes increased to 90.28% (category A). Thus, the actions taken have proven to be effective in improving the quality of the learning process and outcomes of Pancasila Education in grade II of SDN 04 Talaok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terbatasnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam proses pembelajaran, yang masih didominasi metode ceramah dan penggunaan bahan ajar cetak, sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya minat, motivasi, dan pemahaman peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan e-book berbasis Book Creator untuk pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas IV SD pada materi “Pola Hidup Gotong Royong” serta mengukur validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar validasi dari ahli media, materi dan bahasa; angket respon guru dan peserta didik; serta tes hasil belajar berupa pre-test dan post-test. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri 6 Koba dan SD Negeri 9 Koba. Hasil validasi menunjukkan e-book sangat valid dengan persentase 91,2% (ahli media), 88% (ahli materi), dan 90% (ahli bahasa). Kepraktisan dinilai sangat praktis oleh guru dan peserta didik di sekolah uji coba dan implementasi, dengan persentase di atas 89%. Uji efektivitas menunjukkan nilai N-Gain sebesar 80,97%, yang termasuk kategori tinggi dan efektif. Dengan demikian, e-book berbasis Book Creator ini valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila kelas IV, serta dapat meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan pemahaman peserta didik.
