Abstract

PHK massal merupakan tantangan besar bagi perusahaan karena dapat memengaruhi produktivitas, stabilitas operasional, dan kesejahteraan karyawan, seperti yang dialami PT Primissima, perusahaan tekstil milik BUMN. Hal ini menimbulkan dampak sosial dan emosional bagi karyawan, serta merusak citra perusahaan. Artikel bertujuan menganalisis strategi manajemen krisis SDM yang dapat mengurangi dampak negatif bagi karyawan sekaligus menjaga keberlangsungan operasional perusahaan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menganalisis data sekunder dari berbagai sumber, termasuk berita dan jurnal akademik. PT Primissima perlu menerapkan strategi manajemen krisis sumber daya manusia melalui pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan unsur ekonomi, sosial, dan psikologis, dengan mengembangkan keterampilan baru, komunikasi efektif, layanan dukungan psikologis, dan program outplacement

Abstract

In the era of globalization, branding is an important factor in determining consumer purchasing decisions, especially for MSMEs such as Pop Ice Pak Farel. This study aims to analyze the effect of branding on purchasing decisions of students at Medan State University and other factors that influence customer loyalty. The method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique on 31 respondents who have purchased products in the last six months. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that branding, especially product taste and variety, plays a major role in shaping purchasing decisions, followed by packaging design and brand logo. However, price and promotion factors do not significantly affect purchase frequency. These findings indicate that loyalty-based marketing strategies, product innovation, and strengthening visual identity can be effective steps in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs. In addition, a more structured payment system is needed to overcome transaction constraints. By implementing a more effective strategy, MSME Pop Ice Pak Farel is expected to be able to retain customers and increase consumer loyalty in the long term.

Abstract

This article aims to formulate an effective human capital management strategy to address work stress and improve the work environment to enhance employee performance at PT Garuda Indonesia Bali Branch in the post pandemic period. This study uses a qualitative approach in the form of a conceptual review and primary data analysis sourced from previous research, statistical data, and contextual information from national media reports. The research results of this article indicate that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has a positive influence. Based on these findings, this article integrates empirical data with theoretical studies to produce an evidence-based human capital strategy framework consisting of four main pillars: improving employee well-being and mental health, strengthening work culture and internal communication, developing a potential based performance management system, and enhancing competency through continuous training. These four strategies complement each other and are designed to build organizational resilience while continuously improving employee performance. This article contributes a conceptual model that can be used as a basis for formulating human resource management policies in service organizations, particularly the aviation industry.
