Abstract

The Indonesia's Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) is 5.45% or reached 7.99 million people as of February 2023. Therefore, government support and continuous improvement of the training-based curriculum system are needed. Link and match between Indonesian vocational education and the industrial world needs to be built so that Indonesian vocational graduates are significantly absorbed by the industry. The Indonesian vocational education curriculum needs to be developed together by involving the Business and Industrial World with a vision of implementation based on needs. The purpose of this research is to find out the educational service variables in Indonesian vocational learning needed by the industrial world. So that it can be used as a reference for vocational education in improving service quality. The results of research using EDUQUAL-IPA integration show that there are four priority variables that are the focus of improvement, namely; learning outcomes 1 (ability to use the latest technology), learning outcomes 2 (practical orientation in education), Physical facilities 8 (effective classroom management) and academics 4 (channeling the interests and talents of graduates).

Abstract

Based on an estimate for 2030, Indonesia's workforce needs are estimated to reach 113,000,000 people. From data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in Indonesia reached 8.42 million people as of August 2022. The highest TPT, namely 9.42%, was contributed by SMK graduates. Seeing this, an action is needed to align learning in the classroom to suit the needs of the industrial world. The literature review approach is used to find research gaps in the application of lean learning in vocational education using VosViewers. Based on the results of the VosViewers analysis and the SOTA matrix, it was found that the use of SERVQUAL has been quite widely applied in the service sector, but the combination of EDUQUAL and KANO has not been widely studied in the education world, especially in LEAN LEARNING research in vocational education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya pengaturan jadwal produksi dalam mencapai operasi bisnis yang efektif dan efisien. Proses penjadwalan produksi melibatkan perencanaan dan pengelolaan alokasi sumber daya, waktu, dan tenaga kerja guna mencapai produksi barang atau layanan secara optimal. Dengan memiliki jadwal produksi yang baik, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan aset, mengurangi waktu tunggu, meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, serta merencanakan kegiatan bisnis secara lebih efektif. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam penjadwalan produksi adalah Algoritma Heuristik Pour, khususnya pada industri Oil Seal. Penelitian telah menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Heuristik Pour menghasilkan efisiensi waktu yang lebih tinggi dengan mengurangi makespan, yaitu waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan seluruh pekerjaan. Dari tahapan penelitian dengan aturan First Come First Serve (FCFS) yaitu pengurutan Job 1 sebagai urutan pertama didapatkan proses produksi Oil seal membutuhkan waktu  sebesar 1.373 jam. Tahapan selanjutnya yaitu memilih waktu terkecil sebagai urutan yang selanjutnya dengan dilakukan penambahan waktu (completion time) yaitu dengan urutan pengerjaan 1-4-3-2-5 proses produksi membutuhkan waktu  sebesar 1.480 jam, urutan pengerjaan 2-3-4-5-1 waktu proses produksi 1.373 jam, urutan pengerjaan 3-4-5-1-2 waktu proses produksi 1.480 jam, urutan pengerjaan 4-5-1-2-3 waktu proses produksi 1.199 jam, dan yang terakhir urutan proses produksi 5-1-2-3-4 waktu proses produksi 1.160 jam.  Jadi didapatkan hasil penelitian menggunakan metode Heuristik Pour memberikan efisiensi waktu sebesar 213 jam dari 1.373 jam menjadi 1.160 jam. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa metode Heuristik Pour dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam penjadwalan pekerjaan di perusahaan produsen Oil Seal.
