Abstract

Economic growth has long been a key indicator in measuring a country's progress. However, an excessive focus on gross domestic product (GDP) growth without considering aspects of equity and social welfare often results in social inequality and marginalization of vulnerable groups. Therefore, an inclusive economic approach is a strategic solution to balance economic growth and the improvement of social welfare in a sustainable manner. This research aims to examine how an inclusive economic approach can be applied as a comprehensive and equitable development strategy. Through literature studies and analysis of development policies in various countries, this study highlights the importance of integration between macroeconomic policies and social programs, such as strengthening the social security system, improving access to education and health, and creating equitable employment. The results show that countries that adopt an inclusive development approach tend to have stronger social resilience, sustained economic stability and higher levels of public satisfaction. Thus, a balance between growth and welfare is not only possible, but a prerequisite for achieving sustainable development. The study recommends the need for economic policy transformation that places people at the center of development and ensures the active participation of all groups in the economic process

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dan Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) periode 2020–2024. Produktivitas tenaga kerja merupakan indikator kritis bagi percepatan ekonomi dan pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Development Goals/SDGs). Saat ini, NTT masih menghadapi tantangan besar berupa tingkat produktivitas dan PDRB per kapita yang relatif rendah dibandingkan skala nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel dengan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model (FEM) untuk mengolah data dari berbagai kabupaten/kota di NTT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel IPM dan UMP secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja dengan nilai R-Squared sebesar 90,17%. Secara parsial, IPM memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan; peningkatan kualitas pendidikan serta kesehatan secara langsung meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan produktivitas pekerja. Demikian pula dengan UMP yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan, memperkuat teori upah efisiensi bahwa imbalan yang mencukupi dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan daya upaya pekerja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan modal manusia dan kebijakan upah yang adil merupakan kunci utama dalam memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Ekosistem danau memberikan nilai ekonomi dan ekologi yang penting bagi masyarakat sekitar, namun generasi muda di Kampung Yobeh Distrik Sentani Kota Kabupaten Jayapura belum sepenuhnya memahami nilai ekonomi tidak langsung dari Danau Sentani dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengenalan kepada generasi muda usia Sekolah Dasar di Kampung Yobeh mengenai nilai ekonomi sumberdaya alam dan lingkungan, khususnya manfaat langsung dan tidak langsung Danau Sentani, tindakan menjaga kelestarian danau, serta pola pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam yang ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan alat bantu poster melalui tahapan pre test, penyampaian materi, diskusi kelompok, dan post test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta telah memahami manfaat langsung sumberdaya alam (hutan, sungai, danau, dan laut), namun belum memahami manfaat tidak langsungnya, seperti pencegahan erosi, penyerapan karbon, dan penyedia habitat. Penggunaan poster dan diskusi kelompok meningkatkan antusiasme peserta serta kemampuan mereka dalam menggali dan menjelaskan informasi dari media visual. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran sejak dini pada generasi muda mengenai pentingnya pemanfaatan Danau Sentani secara berkelanjutan bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the allocation of Village Funds in supporting community empowerment in Nafri Village, Abepura District, Jayapura City in the 2022–2024 Fiscal Year, analyze the realization of Village Funds in supporting community empowerment in the same period, and analyze the conformity between the allocation and realization of Village Funds in supporting community empowerment in Nafri Village. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the interactive analysis model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The data collection technique was carried out through documentary study of official documents in the form of the Nafri Village Government Work Plan (RKP), the Nafri Village Budget (APBK), and the Nafri Village Budget Realization Report for the 2022–2024 Fiscal Year, supplemented by supporting documents in the form of laws and regulations and scientific literature. The results show that the allocation of Village Funds in Nafri Village experienced changes in development priorities each year. In 2022, the largest allocation was allocated to the Development Implementation Sector, while in 2023 and 2024 the budget priority shifted to the Government Administration Sector. The allocation for the Community Empowerment Sector increased in 2023 before experiencing adjustments in 2024. Based on the Budget Realization Report documents, all programs that had been budgeted in each sector showed a realization rate of 100%, indicating conformity between the planning documents and budget realization. Thus, the Village Fund in Nafri Village has been allocated and realized to support the implementation of community empowerment programs in accordance with the applicable planning and budget realization documents, although the allocation amount fluctuated each year. This study only analyzes the aspects of budget allocation and realization based on documentary study, so it does not measure the effectiveness or impact of empowerment programs on the socio-economic conditions of the community.
