Abstract

At the time of admission of new students, the committee usually experiences difficulties with all incoming files and data. Registrants also experience time and effort difficulties during the registration process. Errors in the process of entering and processing data by administrators are also unavoidable, so a new student admission application is needed. The new student admission application is an application used for prospective new students who want to enter college at the ISB Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang campus, making it easier for prospective new students to register via the online web and smartphone without having to come to campus. The problem with prospective new students is the lack of knowledge about the use of the application. The socialization activities carried out are expected to facilitate the service of new student admissions. The application contains the online registration process for new students, from data entry, data processing to reports. The target of using this new student admission application is all class XII students of all majors, both MA/SMA/SMK schools throughout the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. The method used is a lecture method, question and answer, and simulation. The results of the socialization activities for the new student admissions application show: (1) prospective new students who will register have knowledge about the use of the application, (2) prospective new students who will register will have knowledge in carrying out the registration process (3) prospective new students will get admissions information such as schedules, tests and briefings, tuition fees, etc.

Abstract

Modern dance or dance today, is developing very quickly along with the times. Modern Dance originated in Europe, in 1930. The United States became the center of Modern Dance for experimentation. Modern Dance has several types of movements such as: Break Dance, Hip - Hop Dance, Popping Dance, Locking Dance, Ballroom Dance, and Shuffle Dance. These types of dances are different but after being performed, they are almost the same. Although the movements created have no explanation when expressed, many people like the movement. Dance Dances which are trending among young people are much liked by the public. At the sportsman level, there is a big influence in Indonesia. One of the popular enthusiasts in the community such as Modern Dance. The problems that often occur in Modern Dance are many people, namely information about how the lack of promotion so that many people do not know information about Dance. So we need a website to create a Dance information system. The goal is to facilitate the promotion of dance information. In developing this Dance information system website, it is necessary to analyze and design a website using the UML concept, Database Design with MySql. The result to be achieved is to implement a Dance Information System Website

Abstract

Abstract— The high demand for tin mining commodities has pushed the development of mining product processing technology quite significantly. However, the more difficult it is to obtain available reserves and the lower the processed Tin content, the lower the selling value. One of the tools that can be used to get good quality tin with fine grains according to its level is a rocking table. Currently, the processing of data from the processing of Tin ore using a rocking table has not been carried out optimally. This situation causes the monitoring system and optimization of the use of the rocking table to not be implemented properly. The formulation of the  problme is using a mobile-based data collection system . So that the data obtained can be used as the basis for optimizing the use of the existing rocking table in each mining unit as well as increasing the ease of access to recheck on land production, especially from processing rocking table tools. For the system development model using a waterfall and the Database Management System (DBMS) used is using a SQLite database. Based on the test results, the system provides convenience in monitoring the use of the rocking table, so that tool optimization is achieved

Abstract

Short message service (SMS) adalah salah satu media komunikasi yang penting untuk mendukung kecepatan pengunaan ponsel oleh pengguna. Sistem hibrid klasifikasi SMS digunakan untuk mendeteksi sms yang dianggap sampah dan benar. Dalam penelitian ini yang diperlukan adalah mengumpulan dataset SMS, pemilihan fitur, prapemrosesan, pembuatan vektor, melakukan penyaringan dan pembaharuan sistem. Dua jenis klasifikasi SMS pada ponsel saat ini ada yang terdaftar sebagai daftar hitam (ditolak) dan daftar putih (diterima). Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa algoritma seperti support vector machine, Naïve Bayes classifier, Random Forest dan Bagging Classifier. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelesaikan semua masalah SMS yang teridentifikasi spam yang banyak terjadi pada saat ini sehingga dapat memberikan masukan dalam perbandingan metode yang mampu menyaring dan memisahkan sms spam dan sms non spam.  Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa Bagging classifier algorithm ini mendapatkan ferformance score tertinggi dari algoritma yang lain yang dapat dipergunakan sebagai sarana untuk memfiltrasi SMS yang masuk ke dalam inbox pengguna dan Bagging classifier algorithm dapat memberikan hasil filtrasi yang akurat untuk menyaring SMS yang masuk.

Abstract

Salah satu Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan public bagi masyarakat pedesaan adalah dapat dengan dilakukan melalui sebuah penyelesaian pengaduan yang mendapatkan respon yang cepat dari penyedia layanan yaitu dalam hal ini instansi pemerintah terkait baik di pusat maupun daerah. Segala bentuk kritik, saran maupun aduan yang disampaikan masyarakat pada suatu instansi merupakan sebuah koreksi untuk perbaikan pelayanan tersebut. Banyak Kantor Desa di Indonesia belum memiliki sistem layanan pengaduan yang teridentifikasi dan terdokumentasi dengan baik, sehingga timbul kendala dalam memberikan layanan pengaduan kepada masyarakat, seperti respon time pelayanan yang lambat dan dokumentasi pengaduan tidak tertata dengan rapi. Kendala lain timbul saat masyarakat kebingungan untuk menyampaikan keluhan tersebut dikarenakan tidak mengetahui harus mengadu kemana. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, akan dirancang aplikasi layanan pengaduan berbasis Android yang menggunakan model prototype dan menggunakan MySql sebagai database pada server yang digunakan. Dengan itu diharapkan agar dapat  memudahkan masyarakat dalam membuat laporan pengaduan. Aplikasi Android ini dapat digunakan masyarakat untuk melakukan layanan pengaduan secara online. Aplikasi ini juga dapat memudahkan Pemerintah desa dan kabupaten dalam melakukan dokumentasi dan mengevaluasi sistem layanan  pengaduan masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Tersedianya Layanan SPAB (Sarana Penyedia Air Bersih) merupakan salah satu usaha yang dimiliki oleh BUMDes di desa - desa. Pada layanan SPAB ini masih dihadapkan pada beberapa permasalahan yang cukup kompleks dan masih belum diatasi sepenuhnya. Terutama dalam info tentang layanan air bersih, kendalanya karena kurangnya sosialisai pelayanan tersebut. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini akan memberikan informasi tentang Sistem informasi Layanan SPAB( sarana Penyedia Air Bersih) berbasis Web. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dibutuhkan pembaruan sistem yang terintegrasi database agar proses pencatatan seperti data pelanggan, dan data pengguna lebih efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan System Developmet Life Cycle (SDLC) dan model penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) serta alat bantu analisa dan desain sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan menggunakan Basis Data. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah meningkatkan tagihan pelanggan bisa dilakukan petugas dengan efisien demi meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan dan memudahkan pelanggan dalam memperoleh informasi tagihan SPAB (Sarana Penyedia Air Bersih) bagi masyarakat. Dengan adanya Pengembangan Sistem Layanan SPAB (Sarana Penyedia Air Bersih) berbasis Web maka   proses pendaftaran hingga pengaduan pelanggan dapat dilakukan dengan efektif karena dilakukan secara online dan pelanggan pun bisa melihat informasi tagihannya di website. Dengan  adanya  sistem  ini  dapat  mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan proses sehingga proses pelayanan jasa lebih mudah dan fleksibel dari segi waktu dan tempat.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems related to the not-yet optimal implementation of the performance assessment of tri dharma lecturers and work behavior on the ISB Atma Luhur campus. The importance of this research is because the tri dharma lecturer performance appraisal system and work behavior are useful for study program accreditation and university accreditation. The purpose of this study is to make lecturers responsible for the tri dharma and work behavior. The method used in this study is the ANFIS logic method. The results of this study are in the form of a lecturer's report card or a lecturer's performance assessment for one semester issued by SPMI. The variables used are education and teaching 40%, research 20%, dedication 10%, and work behavior 30%. The main result is the report card for each lecturer. The main finding from the lecturers' report cards, a decision can be made for SPMI to reprimand lecturers whose lecturers report cards to fall into the category of "BAD" lecturer performance. The average teaching value obtained is 3,624 plus the research value is 2,920 plus the service value is 2,800 plus work behavior, the value is 2,908. Lecturer performance value = 0.4 teaching plus 0.2 research plus 0.1 community service plus 0.3 work behavior. Equals 1.450 plus 0.584 plus 0.280 plus 0.872 equals 3.186. So the performance value of this lecturer is included in the category of "GOOD" lecturer performance.

Abstract

The development of information technology is very influential for the progress of a business, one of which is in organizations or companies such as finance. Where Mandala is a leasing company engaged in motorcycle credit services for credit applicants and taking advantage of credit interest payments. Mandala is a company that upholds its commitment to provide the best service to consumers and business partners, through optimal services supported by directed, integrated and sustainable human resource management, one of the most important. With the help of computers can make it easier for anyone to carry out various activities effectively and efficiently. Here the team conducts training for credit analysts in Mandala by making applications with the aim of being an alternative for credit analysts to help make decisions faster with the ANSIS application. In other words, knowledge of computers is one of the most important needs in today's era. One of them is in an effort to assist Credit Analysts in consumer decision-making activities in terms of creditworthiness, a computer-based decision support system model is needed that can provide convenience in conducting analysis.

Abstract

Multimedia has entered an expertise program that is in great demand and has many opportunities in the 4.0th Industrial Revolution era because many companies need IT workers in the Multimedia field to introduce their companies and advance their businesses. The purpose of the test is to improve multimedia skills, to be able to master expertise in their area, not only to be able to work for companies but also to have a very important opportunity to create jobs or own a business. Mastery in designing multimedia products as well as mastery of techniques in making multimedia effects and creativity in presenting designed products. Themes in multimedia such as video making design, video editing, effects, moving animation in audio visual management, product design such as video formats, cover labels, DVDs and packing. The result of increasing expertise in the form of Video Design, Brochures is the achievement of the skills aspect consisting of preparation, implementation, design results.

Abstract

Ilmu komputer merupakan salah satu media terpenting dalam terlaksananya pembelajaran praktik bagi siswa tingkat SMK. Jurusan Teknik Komputer Jaringan pembelajaran dalam praktik perakitan dan instalasi komputer maksimal memberikan potensi kepada siswa praktek kerja industri di Laboratorium Komputer STMIK Atma Luhur. Beberapa hal materi yang diajarkan adalah mulai dari perkenalan perangkat hardware dan software, perakitan komputer, dan proses instalasi sistem operasi dan software pendukung. Adapun harapan dari terlaksananya pengabdian ini memberikan bekal ilmu, pengarahan, kesiapan siswa menghadapi uji kompetensi.
