Abstract

The 2024 Presidential Election brought new dynamics to Indonesia's democracy, with social media emerging as the primary platform for political movements. This study aims to address the research problem regarding how social media influences political participation patterns and the direction of democracy after the election. A qualitative approach with phenomenological research design was employed to explore the experiences of individuals and groups in forming and participating in social media-based political movements. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, online participatory observation, and analysis of social media posts. Manuel Castells' network society theory served as the basis for understanding the role of digital society in political interactions. The findings reveal that social media enhances inclusive political participation but also increases the risks of polarization and disinformation, which can impact the quality of democracy. The research findings indicate that social media has emerged as a new political arena, displacing the dominance of traditional actors. Influencers and buzzers act as emotional bridges between political policies and public perception, while civil society groups leverage digital platforms for advocacy and democratic oversight.

Abstract

Complaints of vaginal bleeding since 5 hours before admission to hospital. In this case, a physical examination and supporting examination in the form of ultrasonography were carried out so that it could be concluded that the cause of vaginal bleeding was placenta previa totalis with a single live fetus in the latitude. Placenta previa is a placenta that implants in the lower segment of the uterus so that it covers all or part of the internal uterine ostium. The frequency of antepartum bleeding is around 3% to 4% of all deliveries. The incidence of placenta previa varies between 0.3-0.5% of all births. Placenta previa is the most common cause of all cases of antepartum hemorrhage. This study is a case report of a pregnant woman, 32 years old, G2P1A0 34 weeks, who came with complaints of vaginal bleeding without pain and abnormalities in the position of the fetus. During the obstetric physical examination, it was found that the results of the inspection showed vaginal bleeding, the results of the palpation showed that the fetus was in a horizontal position, the results of the inspection showed that there was flux coming out of the external uterine ostium. Supporting examinations revealed an Hb level of 8.2 g/dl. Therefore, the patient was diagnosed with placenta previa totalis and the fetus was transversely located. The management of this patient was expected to be discharged in good condition and scheduled for a cesarean section cesarean.

Abstract

Dalam persaingan bisnis kuliner, mempertahankan pelanggan saat ini sama pentingnya dengan menarik pelanggan baru. Diera globalisasi saat ini, banyak bisnis dan industri yang berkembang dengan pesat, termasuk industri kuliner. Untuk membedakan dirinya dari pesaing, pertumbuhan Perusahaan dapat menyebabkan persaingan yang ketat, yang mengharuskan perusahaan memiliki keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan terhadap minat beli ulang pada produk Marugame Udon. Studi ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Masyarakat di Kecamatan Telukjambe Timur, Kabupaten Karawang, yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Marugame Udon, peneliti mengambil sampel 100 responden. Uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi dan determinasi, serta kelayakan uji model adalah beberapa teknik data yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang pada Marugame Udon di Telukjambe Timur, Kabupaten Karawang.
