This study investigates the effectiveness of the Make-a-Match model in improving vocabulary listening skills in Arabic language learning for elementary school students. The research method used is library research with a literature review approach. This literature review collects and analyses relevant articles, books, journals, and other reference sources using the Make-a-Match model in Arabic language learning. The analysis results show that the Make-a-Match model can effectively improve vocabulary listening skills in Arabic language learning for elementary school students. This model encourages active student engagement in learning, increases learning motivation, and helps students strengthen associations between vocabulary and meaning. Overall, this study provides a better understanding of the use of the Make-a-Match model in improving vocabulary listening skills in Arabic language learning for elementary school students.

A This study discusses the application of the Critical Path Method (CPM) to optimize the execution time of a two-story house extension project. Through network analysis, CPM helps identify the critical path and determine which activities must be prioritized to ensure the project is completed on time. The analysis results show that the project duration can be shortened to 41 days by effectively managing critical activities and utilizing float time optimally. Therefore, CPM has proven to be an effective tool in improving the scheduling efficiency of construction projects

Latar Belakang: Rumah sakit sebagai fasilitas kesehatan utama menghasilkan limbah medis yang berpotensi berbahaya bagi kesehatan manusia dan lingkungan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Hasil survei menunjukkan adanya pencampuran limbah medis dan non-medis, penggunaan wadah kardus untuk benda tajam, dan tidak adanya jalur khusus serta Tempat Penampungan Sementara (TPS) yang tidak sesuai standar, yang mengakibatkan insiden tertusuk benda tajam pada petugas. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan limbah medis padat di RS X Tahun 2025, Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei analitik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas rumah sakit yang mengelola limbah medis padat, bidang sanitarian, dan manajemen di RSUD X sebanyak 90 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, sikap, pelatihan, dan sarana prasarana memiliki hubungan yang signifikan (p-value < 0,05) dengan pengelolaan limbah medis padat. Analisis multivariat mengungkapkan bahwa variabel sarana dan prasarana adalah faktor paling dominan yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan limbah medis padat. Saran: agar dapat meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana pengelolaan limbah medis padat di rumah sakit yaitu dengan melakukan perbaikan tempat penampungan sementara (TPS) limbah medis sesuai standar, penyediaan sarana APD (Alat Pelindung Diri) serta pemantauan dan pengawasan. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Limbah Medis Padat
