Abstract

Meaningful learning proposed by David Ausubel is a process that connects new information with relevant concepts that exist in the cognitive structure of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of understanding of the concept of elementary school students through meaningful learning (meaningful learning) David Ausubel. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The results show that the use of Ausubel's meaningful learning theory in learning is the main attraction for students in carrying out learning activities, because the use of this strategy is a new way for them to acquire and develop their knowledge, in which students' cognitive abilities increase. In the learning process with Ausubel's meaningful learning theory, there are factors that support and hinder the learning process. Supporting factors such as teacher pedagogic competence and adequate infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors, namely the differences in the abilities and characteristics of students who are different and the spirit of learning is different.

Abstract

A This study discusses the application of the Critical Path Method (CPM) to optimize the execution time of a two-story house extension project. Through network analysis, CPM helps identify the critical path and determine which activities must be prioritized to ensure the project is completed on time. The analysis results show that the project duration can be shortened to 41 days by effectively managing critical activities and utilizing float time optimally. Therefore, CPM has proven to be an effective tool in improving the scheduling efficiency of construction projects

Abstract

This research is motivated by the decline in appreciation for local culture and the marginalization of indigenous issues, such as the Batin Tribe in Tabir District, due to modernization. The focus of this research is to analyze the use of dance performances as an innovative educational medium to raise local issues of the Batin Tribe and instill cultural awareness in students at MI Darussalam Jelutung, Jambi City. As a crucial step, this research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a mentoring approach, which includes stages of material preparation, intensive practice, and development of performance creativity. The main findings indicate that dance art that raises the theme of traditional life is successful as an effective means to communicate the values of local wisdom symbolically and emotionally. This activity has a significant impact on improving students' contextual understanding of their culture, fostering empathy, and strengthening self-confidence and teamwork. In conclusion, dance performances have proven to be a powerful pedagogical strategy for cultural preservation. By integrating local issues into artistic expression, schools create meaningful, relevant, and transformative learning experiences for the younger generation. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh lunturnya apresiasi terhadap budaya lokal dan terpinggirkannya isu-isu masyarakat adat, seperti Suku Batin di Kecamatan Tabir, akibat arus modernisasi. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan pertunjukan seni tari sebagai media edukasi inovatif untuk mengangkat isu lokal Suku Batin dan menanamkan kesadaran budaya pada siswa di MI Darussalam Jelutung, Kota Jambi. Sebagai langkah penting, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan pendampingan, yang meliputi tahapan persiapan materi, latihan intensif, dan pengembangan kreativitas pertunjukan. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa seni tari yang mengangkat tema kehidupan tradisional berhasil menjadi sarana yang efektif untuk mengkomunikasikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal secara simbolis dan emosional. Kegiatan ini berdampak signifikan pada peningkatan pemahaman kontekstual siswa terhadap budaya mereka, menumbuhkan rasa empati, serta memperkuat rasa percaya diri dan kerja sama tim. Kesimpulannya, pertunjukan seni tari terbukti menjadi strategi pedagogis yang kuat untuk pelestarian budaya. Dengan mengintegrasikan isu lokal ke dalam ekspresi seni, sekolah menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna, relevan, dan transformatif bagi generasi muda.

Abstract

The construction of residential housing is a complex process that requires optimal time management to ensure timely project completion. Delays in construction project implementation are often caused by various internal and external factors, such as limited resources, weather conditions, and challenges in coordinating project activities. This research aims to optimize the construction duration of a type 130 residential house in Bontang City through the application of the Critical Path Method (CPM). This method functions to identify the critical path in the stages of project activities and determine the estimated minimum project completion duration. Project activity data were obtained through field observations and interviews with the project implementers, then analyzed using the CPM approach by calculating Early Start (ES), Early Finish (EF), Late Start (LS), and Late Finish (LF). The analysis results indicate that by identifying and managing the critical path, the project—which was initially estimated to take 166 days—can be completed in 135 days with a total of 13 main activities, resulting in a time acceleration of 31 days. This study demonstrates that the CPM method is effective in controlling project execution time and has the potential to serve as a strategic solution to minimize delays in similar future projects

Abstract

Metacognitive ability and student learning achievement are two things that needed in the learning process, especially on science subject. By using Team Assisted Individualization Method it can improve metacognitive ability and student learning achievement. This research aims to know about the process of appliying the influence of Team Assisted Individuality (TAI) method on science subject in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hidayatut Thowalib Pare. This research uses quantitative research method of quasi experiment control group design. It uses TAI method in experiment class and conventional in control class. After doing the learning process, metacognitive ability is measured by using questionnaires and learning achievement is measured by using pre'test and postest. The results can be seen from the cumulative average of students’ metacognitive ability of 30 students amount 93.3% in the ekserimental class and 85.1% in the cotrol class. The difference between the experimental and control class is 8.2%. While teh average result of student achievement in the experimental class using TAI Method taken from 30 student is 83.16 and the average result of student achievement in the control class is 77.37. this research uses the validity test and the reliabilty of the questionnaire that amount 20 items and followed by 57 repondents both in the experimental class and the control class. The are 30 student repondents in the experimental class and 27 student repondents in the control class that are valid. This data can be seen with significant level = 0.05 and rtable = 0.36. an item is called to be valid when rcount  ≥ rtable. While for the reliabilty of item in the experimental class and in the control class are reliable, with cronbach’s Alpha = 0.731 ≥ 0.70. in this research, normality test distributed normaly because it has asymp. Sign ≥ 0.05 while the result learning of the experimental class has a significant 704 and 432 for the control class. It means that the data is normally distributed.  The experimental class consisting of 30 student respondents has the average 9.333 Tcount 5.234 while Ttable 2.045 with significant level of 0.05 or 5%. Based on the data, it can be counclude that Tcount  ≥ Ttable. It means Ho is rejected and Ha is accpeted. Based on the explanation above, TAI method has an influence on metacognitive ability and student achievement of grade IV on science subjects in MI Hidayatut Thowalib Tegalsari Pare For Academic year 2017-2018.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on stock prices in metal and mineral mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data for this research was obtained from the financial reports of metal and mineral mining companies listed on the IDX. The study uses secondary data collected through observations made at the Capital Market Information Center (PIPM). The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that, partially, the variables inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates have a negative and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The demographic bonus is the window of opportunity enjoyed by a country as a result of the large proportion of the productive population. Currently, Indonesia is experiencing a demographic bonus, and this article aims to explain the demographic and intellectual bonus as an early development of the productive age, as well as its role in fostering innovation in science through contemporary modeling. Using a descriptive analysis approach, this research draws from relevant sources such as books, articles, and studies related to the topic. The findings suggest that the demographic bonus in the productive age can be beneficial if the education system produces graduates who are productive, forward-thinking, skilled, qualified, and capable of recognizing opportunities. Conversely, it could be detrimental if the quality of human resources is low-skilled and unable to capitalize on existing opportunities. The demographic bonus that occurred was also the window of opportunity with the dependency ratio reaching its lowest point of 44 of 100 which only happened once in the history of a population. Meanwhile in the field the development of science with contemporary modeling is the Science Technology Society . Science learning with the Science Technology Society approach means using technology as a link between science and society. That means that society must be more active and carry out scientific designs on all aspects of life including its application in the field of education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji profitabilitas, opini audit, ukuran perusahaan dan solvabilitas terhadap ketepatan pelaporan keuangan pada perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan mengunjungi bursa efek Indonesia (idx.co.id). Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: secara persial profitabilitas, opini, ukuran perusahaan dan solvabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan.
