Abstract

The Sharia Supervisory Board is obliged to direct, review, and supervise the activities of financial institutions so that it can be believed that they comply with Islamic sharia rules and principles, the fatwa of the Sharia Supervisory Board rules binding the Islamic financial institutions. The Shari'ah Supervisory Board has a heavy and strategic task so it takes a high professional to live it.The objectives of this research are: To find out the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board in supervising and handling the issue of Compliance with Islamic principles in Islamic Banking; To find out the obstacles faced by the Sharia Supervisory Board in upholding sharia economic principles in Sharia Banking; and to find out the steps shown by the Sharia Supervisory Board in upholding the principle of Independence in Sharia Banking.This research uses a conceptual approach that explains the concept of the independence of the Sharia Supervisory Board in carrying out sharia supervision activities in sharia banking.The result of this research is that Supervision in Sharia Banking is carried out to ensure the suitability of all bank operations with sharia principles and rules, namely by issuing fatwas, rules, and directives in fiqh issues which are used as guidelines for management in operating Islamic banks. With regard to independence, members of the Sharia Supervisory Board must not be part of the employees of the Islamic bank. Although he was appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders, however, the matter of approval must come from the National Sharia Board. The Shari'ah Supervisory Board also has a work system and certain tasks as do other oversight bodies. The absence of influence from directors, commissioners and employees in Sharia Banking is able to shake the decision of the Sharia Supervisory Board in assessing fund distribution and internal audit activities in the Sharia compliance report in Sharia Banking.

Abstract

putrimalu or what is known by its scientific name Mimosa pudica, is a plant that has extraordinary sensitive properties. Each part of this plant shows different levels of sensitivity to stimuli, making it an interesting object to study. The blushing plant has a unique mechanism called turgor pressure, which plays an important role in the plant's reaction to touch. When air levels in plant cells decrease, reactions to stimuli become more visible. The movements that occur in this plant are included in the category of seismonastic movement, where the direction of the plant's movement is influenced by the source of the stimulus it receives. Interestingly, the time it takes for each part of the mollusk plant to respond to stimulation varies. This is influenced by various factors, such as weather conditions, air humidity, and the softness or roughness of the stimulus provided. Thus, the mollusk is not just a plant, but is also an amazing example of the adaptation and response of plant life to its surrounding environment.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin maju, media sosial dan platform digital berperan penting dalam menyebarkan pengetahuan serta meningkatkan minat publik terhadap ilmu falak dan astronomi Islam. Ilmu falak, yang mempelajari pergerakan benda langit untuk menentukan waktu ibadah, arah kiblat, dan kalender Hijriah, kini kembali menarik perhatian generasi muda melalui Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, serta berbagai aplikasi dan situs edukatif berbasis Islam. Studi pustaka ini menganalisis bagaimana media sosial berperan dalam mendemokratisasi akses informasi, membentuk komunitas virtual, dan melawan misinformasi seperti mitos bumi datar yang sering menyebar secara masif di ruang digital. Dengan memadukan perspektif historis, kontemporer, dan etika Islam, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi komunikasi modern secara bijak dapat memperkuat moderasi beragama, rasionalitas ilmiah, serta semangat keilmuan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Selain itu, dakwah digital menjadi sarana strategis untuk meningkatkan literasi ilmiah, kesadaran spiritual, dan keterlibatan publik dalam kajian keislaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan konten digital yang autentik, kontekstual, dan berbasis riset sangat diperlukan agar ilmu falak dan astronomi Islam tetap relevan, inklusif, dan mampu menjembatani warisan keilmuan klasik dengan tantangan era modern. Pendekatan ini juga diharapkan dapat mendorong terciptanya masyarakat Muslim yang kritis, inovatif, moderat, dan berdaya saing global.

Abstract

Farmer group institutions play a strategic role in supporting agricultural development; however, many farmer groups still face limitations in data management and institutional administration. These limitations often hinder effective planning, accurate decision-making, transparency, and access to various agricultural development programs and partnerships. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance farmers’ understanding and practical skills in data management and institutional administration through structured extension activities conducted at the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) of Bukit Kapur Subdistrict, Dumai City. The methods applied include lectures to introduce basic concepts, interactive discussions to encourage knowledge exchange, and hands-on practice in preparing, organizing, and managing farmer group administrative records. A participatory approach was employed to actively involve participants throughout the program. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills related to farmer group administration, along with increased awareness of the importance of orderly and accountable administrative management. In addition, the program fostered a collective commitment to implementing sustainable and systematic record-keeping practices. Furthermore, the activities encouraged the emergence of local leadership and strengthened farmer group institutions as social capital, contributing to greater farmer independence, organizational resilience, and long-term welfare improvement.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) was motivated by the limited understanding and skills of farmer groups in managing administrative systems, which are essential prerequisites for developing agribusiness partnerships. Farmer groups under the supervision of the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) of Dumai Timur District, Dumai City, have not yet implemented well-organized data recording and administrative management, resulting in low institutional readiness to establish agribusiness partnerships. This program aimed to apply administrative management practices to strengthen farmer group institutions and support the development of agribusiness partnerships. The methods used included extension activities through lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in preparing and managing farmer group administrative records. The results indicate an improvement in farmers’ understanding of the importance of administrative management in agribusiness partnerships, enhanced skills in organizing and maintaining administrative records, and the emergence of collective awareness of institutional governance. Furthermore, the program contributed to behavioral changes within farmer organizations, increased leadership roles among group administrators, and initiatives to develop more structured and sustainable agribusiness partnerships
