Abstract

Dalam sebuah organisasi yang terdiri dari berbagai macam orang dengan berbagai macam karakter yang berbeda, akan mengakibatkan kumpulan interaksi yang menciptakan sebuah budaya organisasi yang khas. Persepsi anggota organisasi berbeda-beda sesuai dengan motivasinya, demikian juga degan konsep diri  dan value pada tiap individu akan menentukan bagaimana sebuah keputusan organisasi diambil. Organisasi yang ingin mencapai tujuannya secara efektif dan efisien harus bisa mengontrol factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas dari persepsi, konsep diri dan value dari tiap individu. Sehingga dapat memimimalisir konflik dan dapat mencapat tujuan organisasi sesuai yang direncanakan.

Abstract

Kestabilan suhu dan kelembaban serta proses pembalikan berperan penting dalam proses penetasan telur bebek. Suhu yang dibutuhkan pada masa penetasan telur adalah 36° C - 38° C dengan kelembaban kelembaban 60% - 70%. Selain itu proses pembalikkan telur yang dibutuhkan adalah minimal 3-6 kali dalam satu hari. Untuk menangani kondisi tersebut, dibutuhkan sebuah alat penetas yang mampu bekerja secara otomatis dalam menjaga kestabilan suhu ruang dan proses pembalikan telur. Pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah inkubator penetas telur yang dapat bekerja secara otomatis. Inkubator ini dapat mengendalikan suhu dan kelembaban, serta melakukan pembalikkan telur secara otomatis. Metode logika fuzzy digunakan pada sistem pengendali suhu dan kelembaban ruang inkubator. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan lampu pijar dan humidifier sebagai aktuator dan sensor yang digunakan adalah sensor suhu dan kelembaban. Pada pengujian, sistem ini dapat bekerja dengan baik, hal ini dapat ditunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat menjaga suhu dan kelembaban ruang inkubator pada rentang suhu 36° C - 38° C dan kelembaban 60% - 70%. Selain itu conveyor dapat bekerja secara otomatis setiap pukul 07:00, 10:00, 13:00, 16:00, 19:00, 21:00. Tingkat keberhasilan penetasan pada pengujian pertama sebesar 91,6 %, sedangkan tingkat keberhasilan penetasan pengujian kedua sebesar 41,6 %.

Abstract

In addressing the problem of poverty, the media also has a very important role. Inaddition, with media, especially the internet, we can find out information about theweather and the sea and fishing information globally accessible. Further explained thatthe resources of this example is FIGIS (fisheries global information system) that provides arange of statistical information such as fisheries, fish distribution maps by species, issueand topic of the actual fisheries, aquaculture, marine fisheries, and fishing technology. Thedata is available anytime and anywhere needed. Based on the background is exactly theservice activities based on this urgent research to be conducted. The activity goal is toprovide knowledge for women and families of fishermen on the media, especially theInternet and equip the women and families of fishermen to learn new media like theinternet. The target audience of the utilization of the internet is for girls and coastal fishingfamilies who live in the city of Bengkulu Malabero coastal areas totaling 10 people whohave a product that can be sold in the market. The activities are lectures, discussions andsimulations use the internet with the ultimate goal the establishment of a blog that can beused to sell their products.Keywords: Internet, women, economics, blogs, information

Abstract

The use of communication media, especially mobile phones is unfortunately not felt right. It sees a lot of users who do not 'unethical' when using mobile phones; for example manychildren of school age or adolescent even adults use phone while driving a motorcycle or acar. Another case is the misused of mobile phones such as pornographic video recordingmade by one of the school students in the city of Bengkulu. The video then uploaded to theinternet media like youtube.com. It looks like the users of communication media is not orshould not even understand how to communicate well using the media. The rise of the'sights' of this makes the basis for the holding of this service activity. The activity goal is toprovide knowledge to students with regard to communication media, helping students todevelop a critical understanding and adequate information about the use of goodcommunication media, providing knowledge to students on how good ethics in the use ofcommunication media, especially mobile phones and equip students early capable ofcommunicating with both to make use of existing media, especially mobile phones. Thetarget audience of the communication media education activities is students of SMP 1 andSMP 11, and SMP 7 representing students in the city of Bengkulu with the number ofattending students in this event each grade level were 10 people representing his friends.The activities are lectures, discussion, and simulation of media education with the ultimategoal of improved understanding of the students in the use communication media, especiallymobile phones. Abstract

The Sharia Supervisory Board is obliged to direct, review, and supervise the activities of financial institutions so that it can be believed that they comply with Islamic sharia rules and principles, the fatwa of the Sharia Supervisory Board rules binding the Islamic financial institutions. The Shari'ah Supervisory Board has a heavy and strategic task so it takes a high professional to live it.The objectives of this research are: To find out the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board in supervising and handling the issue of Compliance with Islamic principles in Islamic Banking; To find out the obstacles faced by the Sharia Supervisory Board in upholding sharia economic principles in Sharia Banking; and to find out the steps shown by the Sharia Supervisory Board in upholding the principle of Independence in Sharia Banking.This research uses a conceptual approach that explains the concept of the independence of the Sharia Supervisory Board in carrying out sharia supervision activities in sharia banking.The result of this research is that Supervision in Sharia Banking is carried out to ensure the suitability of all bank operations with sharia principles and rules, namely by issuing fatwas, rules, and directives in fiqh issues which are used as guidelines for management in operating Islamic banks. With regard to independence, members of the Sharia Supervisory Board must not be part of the employees of the Islamic bank. Although he was appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders, however, the matter of approval must come from the National Sharia Board. The Shari'ah Supervisory Board also has a work system and certain tasks as do other oversight bodies. The absence of influence from directors, commissioners and employees in Sharia Banking is able to shake the decision of the Sharia Supervisory Board in assessing fund distribution and internal audit activities in the Sharia compliance report in Sharia Banking.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and communication requires humans to act faster with attention to efficiency and effectiveness. SDIT Insan Kamil as an institution engaged in the field of Education. The expected goal of this research is to build a P2DB information system that is used to store and utilize new student registrations owned by SDIT Insan Kamil, making it easier to find solutions to the problems at hand. For the data collection method, the researcher did by direct observation. New student enrollment is done by knowledge creation, knowledge sharing and knowledge application. System development method with the V-Model method. The result of this research is to show that the application of new student registration is the solution to the problem.

Abstract

Pendaftaran merek dagang sangat penting untuk melindungi inovasi, memberikan kepastian hukum, dan membedakan produk di pasar, serta memperkuat citra produsen secara global. Namun, data menunjukkan rendahnya kesadaran pelaku usaha mengenai pentingnya pendaftaran merek, dengan hanya 18,7% UMKM di Kota Bandung yang terdaftar antara 2017 hingga 2021. Hal ini mendorong penulis untuk melaksanakan program pendampingan pendaftaran merek di Desa Cipacing, Jatinangor, sebagai kelanjutan dari pendampingan sertifikasi halal, bertujuan meningkatkan kontribusi UMKM terhadap perekonomian sesuai dengan UU No. 20 Tahun 2008 tentang UMKM. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah service learning, yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran akademik dengan praktik di masyarakat. Adapun hasil pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa pendampingan pengajuan merek dagang untuk usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Desa Cipacing, Sumedang, sangat penting dalam memperkuat posisi pelaku UMKM di pasar. Program ini memberikan bimbingan praktis dan dukungan administratif untuk mempermudah proses pendaftaran merek, memastikan pelaku UMKM mendapatkan perlindungan hukum yang diperlukan dan hak eksklusif terhadap merek mereka. Dengan membantu mengatasi kendala teknis dan hukum, program ini mengurangi risiko kesalahan dalam pendaftaran. Perlindungan yang diperoleh tidak hanya menjaga reputasi merek, tetapi juga mendukung keberlangsungan usaha di lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif. Program ini juga berpotensi menjadi model pemberdayaan UMKM bagi daerah lain, menciptakan ekosistem bisnis yang inklusif dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal secara keseluruhan.
