Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan bentuk sinergi antara guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK) dalam menumbuhkan efikasi diri siswa di MAN 3 Bantul. Fenomena yang diamati menunjukkan bahwa sebagian siswa yang berlatar belakang pondok pesantren memiliki kecenderungan merasa telah menguasai ilmu agama, sehingga cenderung menyepelekan proses pembelajaran formal di sekolah. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya efikasi diri dan minat belajar siswa, terutama dalam mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak. Desain/metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan desain studi kasus, yang menggali proses kolaborasi antara guru PAI dan BK serta efektivitas strategi yang diterapkan dalam konteks pendidikan madrasah. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan – Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara guru PAI dan BK mampu memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap penguatan efikasi diri siswa, dengan adanya berbagai program kolaboratif yang berbasis spiritual dan psikologis. Faktor pendukung sinergi antara lain komunikasi yang terbuka, antusiasme siswa, serta komitmen guru, sedangkan kendala utama mencakup keterbatasan anggaran dan beban kerja guru.

Abstract

Islamic education is a lifelong process encompassing all stages of human development, from early childhood and adolescence to adulthood. This paper aims to analyze the concept of cross-age education in Islam by interpreting the meaning of the hadith “Laisa Minna man lam yarham shaghirana wa yuwaqqir kabirana” and the educational values contained in the story of Prophet Yusuf (AS). The study employs a qualitative approach based on literature review with descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that Islamic education emphasizes compassion towards children, character building and self-control in adolescents, and social and spiritual responsibility in adulthood. The main challenges in implementing age-based Islamic education in the modern era include the influences of digitalization and globalization, as well as limited awareness among parents and teachers regarding developmental psychology approaches. This paper recommends collaborative efforts among families, schools, and communities to develop a contextualized, humanistic, and relevant model of Islamic education that addresses the developmental needs of learners today.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the potential of the Ruang Nderes Instagram account in improving the psychological resilience of Quran memorizers. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, data was collected through interviews with the account manager and two active followers to understand their experiences and perceptions regarding the content. The results show that the psychological resilience of Quran memorizers is influenced by internal factors such as spiritual commitment, self-efficacy, and emotional regulation, as well as external factors such as digital social support. Ruang Nderes content, such as inspirational stories, motivational reels, and humortivation, strengthens psychological resilience by creating a sense of community and indirect learning from collective experiences. Users view the content as a holistic support that transforms memorization challenges into growth opportunities, while the manager emphasizes content strategies to maintain intention and istiqomah. This study concludes that Ruang Nderes serves as a digital mentorship model that integrates Quranic values with technology, supporting resilient huffaz in the digital era.
