Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal status of illegitimate children from the perspective of Islamic law and civil law in Indonesia, focusing on aspects of lineage, inheritance rights, and legal protection. This study uses a literature study method with descriptive-analytical analysis to compare regulations in Islamic law and positive law. In Islamic law, illegitimate children only have lineage and inheritance rights through the mother and her family, while in civil law, illegitimate children can obtain legal recognition from their parents through a process of recognition or a court decision. This study also highlights the role of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 which provides further legal protection for illegitimate children, especially regarding civil rights. Although there are fundamental differences in the recognition of lineage and inheritance rights, both legal systems agree on the importance of protecting children's basic rights

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze nutritional and socioeconomic factors that influence wasting in children under five through a systematic literature review. Wasting, or low weight for height, is a form of acute malnutrition that is common in children in developing countries and negatively impacts their physical and cognitive development. This study used data sources from various scientific articles published in the last 10 years and included studies related to nutritional factors, such as dietary diversity and micronutrient intake, as well as socioeconomic factors, including maternal education and family income. The review results showed that poor nutritional quality, limited access to health services, poor sanitation conditions, and low food security were the main determinants that increased the risk of wasting. These findings emphasize the need for a holistic approach to addressing wasting, including nutritional interventions, increasing access to health services, and educational programs for parents. This study provides recommendations for more integrated health policies to reduce the prevalence of wasting in children under five and improve their quality of life.

Abstract

The abstract should summarize the context, content and conclusions of the paper in less than 200-300 words. It should not contain This study examines the relationship between content creation activities on the Facebook platform and the development of public speaking skills. Through a quantitative analysis of 120 Facebook content creators, this study investigates the correlation between content creation experience, self-confidence, and public speaking skills. The research methodology uses a survey approach with a questionnaire that includes variables such as duration of experience as a content creator, amount of content produced, level of self-confidence, and public speaking skills. The results of the Pearson correlation analysis showed that self-confidence has a very strong positive relationship with public speaking skills (r = 0.83), while the amount of content produced showed a strong correlation (r = 0.72), and experience as a content creator had a moderate correlation (r = 0.65). Linear regression analysis confirmed these findings, with self-confidence emerging as the strongest predictor (B = 0.58, p < 0.001) of public speaking skills. The age factor showed a weak correlation (r = 0.18), indicating that the development of public speaking skills through content creation is not limited by age factors.
