Abstract

Kinerja proyek konstruksi ditentukan oleh banyak indikator. Salah satu indikator yang menentukan kinerja proyek adalah proyek dapat diserahterimakan sesuai jadwal. Untuk bisa menjalankan proyek konstruksi tepat waktu, indikator yang tepat harus memiliki hasil yang maksimal. Dari semua indikator yang ada, perlu dilakukan analisa sehingga seorang pemimpin bisa mengambil keputusan yang tepat untuk mengatasi keterlambatan proyek. Analisa Key Performance Index (KPI) Proyek dilakukan dengan cara menganalisa keterkaitan antar KPI dan menyimpulkan susunan KPI yang paling mempengaruhi keterlambatan proyek. Membuat 4 macam scenario sesuai dengan contoh kasus yang diambil, kemudian mengolah dengan KPI sehingga didapatkan skenario yang paling memungkinkan untuk bisa dilakukan pada percepatan contoh kasus.

Abstract

Untuk menanamkan pemahaman tentang lingkungan dan keberlanjutan kepada anak usia dini, pengetahuan tentang siklus air dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam menjadi sangat penting. Di kawasan perkotaan, masalah seperti kekurangan air tanah dan banjir merupakan tantangan serius. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, solusi praktis seperti penggunaan sumur resapan dan pemanfaatan air hujan diperkenalkan. Proyek ini dilaksanakan di TK Tunas Nusantara, Madiun, yang terletak di lereng Gunung Wilis. Daerah ini dipilih karena potensinya dalam meresapkan air hujan dan padat penduduk. Diharapkan anak-anak dapat memahami pentingnya pengelolaan air hujan. Kolaborasi dengan Ikatan Alumni SMA Negeri 2 Madiun (IKASDA) juga menjadi bagian dari proyek ini, agar solusi tersebut dapat diterapkan secara lebih luas dan berkelanjutan dalam kebijakan daerah. Dengan mengintegrasikan konsep ini ke dalam kurikulum TK, kualitas pendidikan dan kesadaran lingkungan dapat meningkat. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan teoritis, tetapi juga pengalaman praktis kepada anak-anak tentang pentingnya pengelolaan air hujan dan sumur resapan. Hasil kegiatan ini akan disebarluaskan melalui berbagai platform, termasuk artikel ilmiah dan publikasi online, untuk menjangkau lebih banyak pihak.

Abstract

Structural damage in buildings is often initiated by small cracks in lightweight brick elements, which, if undetected, may compromise structural safety. This study developed a vibration-based classification system using the ADXL345 accelerometer, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), and Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) for early detection of such damage. Vibration data were collected along three axes (X, Y, and Z) with excitation frequencies ranging from 10–50 Hz. FFT analysis revealed clear distinctions between intact and cracked bricks, where cracked samples exhibited higher amplitudes and multiple resonance peaks. These frequency-domain features were then processed by ELM classifier. ELM achieved high computational efficiency and demonstrated strong predictive capability, correctly classifying 7,855 intact and 4,548 cracked samples. However, it also produced 1,879 false positives and 5,100 false negatives, resulting in an RMSE of 0.548. While the model proved more accurate in identifying intact bricks, its sensitivity to crack detection remains a challenge. Overall, FFT–ELM framework shows promising potential as a fast, non-destructive, and scalable approach for structural health monitoring, with further refinements needed to improve detection accuracy of damaged materials.

Abstract

According to Road Safety (2002), traffic accidents result from vehicles, humans, road environments, and their interactions. Addressing these issues is crucial for improving road safety, particularly for operational roads and those under maintenance, to prevent recurring accidents in the same locations. This study examines the effectiveness and benefits of two road safety assessment methods: the iRAP ranking analysis method and the Bina Marga ranking analysis method. The Karanglo–Batu City Border (Karang Ploso) road segment, spanning 7.99 km, was selected as the study area. Both methods analyze five key accident types: roadway departure, head-on collisions due to loss of control or overtaking, intersection accidents, and accidents at property access points. Factors influencing these accidents include probability, severity, operational speed, external traffic, and median traversability, with star ratings assigned based on the Star Rating Score (SRS). The iRAP method, utilizing the iRAP Demonstrator application, yielded an SRS score of 8.92 (3 stars), while the Bina Marga method, using manual calculations as per the Road Environment and Safety Guidelines Number 06/P/BM/2024, produced a score of 7.13 (3 stars). After implementing rehabilitation recommendations, both methods improved the score to 2.78 (4 stars). Effectiveness values were 35.68 for iRAP and 31.69 for Bina Marga, both categorized as effective. Post-improvement, the effectiveness value was 12.36, categorized as very effective. The iRAP method demonstrated higher direct benefits, particularly in data input, sampling, and implementation, making it more suitable for precise safety assessments.
