Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tunjangan penghasilan pegawai terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kabupaten Jember. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linier berganda, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi hubungan antara tunjangan penghasilan, motivasi kerja, serta lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada guru-guru SMP di Kabupaten Jember. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tunjangan penghasilan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, di mana peningkatan tunjangan berkontribusi pada peningkatan motivasi dan profesionalisme dalam mengajar. Motivasi kerja juga memiliki dampak terhadap kinerja guru, meskipun tidak sebesar pengaruh tunjangan penghasilan. Sementara itu, lingkungan kerja memberikan kontribusi yang lebih kecil dibandingkan kedua faktor lainnya. Temuan dari penelitian ini sejalan dengan hasil evaluasi pemberian Tunjangan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP) di Kabupaten Situbondo, yang mengindikasikan bahwa efektivitas tunjangan bergantung pada adanya mekanisme pengawasan dan evaluasi kinerja yang ketat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar kebijakan peningkatan tunjangan penghasilan diiringi dengan strategi peningkatan motivasi kerja, perbaikan lingkungan kerja, serta evaluasi kinerja yang lebih komprehensif. Dengan kebijakan kesejahteraan yang lebih baik, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan di Kabupaten Jember dapat terus meningkat secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of allowances and incentives on employee job satisfaction at the Balung Kidul Village Office. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method and purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that incentives had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while allowances had a negative effect. This indicates that employees place higher value on performance-based incentives compared to the existing allowances. The model met the classical assumptions, including normality, multicollinearity, and homoscedasticity. The study concludes that an effective compensation strategy—particularly in the form of incentives—can significantly improve job satisfaction among village government staff.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the process of education in islamic boarding schools in actualizing the values of faith, piety, and noble character, as well as analyzing the contribution of learning practices and habitutation basad on yellow books, quranic memorization, binadzor, and varios islamic activites in forming noble character at Al Fattahiyyah islamic boarding school. This research is motivated by the importance of the role of islamic boarding school as islamic educations institutions to support national education goals as mandated in Article 31 paragraph (3) of the 1945 constution, which emphasizes the importance of faith, piety, and noble character. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation involving several parties of the boarding school including the head of the boarding school, administration, teachers, student, alumni, and the community around the boarding school. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion, while the validity of the data was through triangulation of sources and techniques. The result of this study show that the actualization of what is contained in article 31 pharagraph (3) is carried out through the intregation of formal and non formal education supported by varios activites, ranging from congregation prayers, tahfidz Al Qur’an, binadzor, madrasah diniyah, regular recitation of yellow book. This learning system contributes to creating student character that is religious, disciplined, responsible, and possesses noble character. Thus, Al Fattahiyyah Islamic Boarding School plays an important role in implementing the mandate in Article 31 paragraph (3) through the formation of caracters who are faithful, pious, and have noble chracter.
