Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh peranan budaya organisasi, kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja organisasi pada koperasi di kota semarang. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya penurunan Penurunan laba bersih (SHU) badan hukum koperasi di kota semarang selama kurun waktu tahun 2013 sampai tahun 2014. Penurunan SHU pada tahun 2014 mencapai 28% dari tahun 2013. Kemampuan koperasi dalam memperoleh sisa hasil usaha (SHU) mengakibatkan profitabilitas koperasi di Kota Semarang turun dan turun pula kinerjanya. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada meneliti pengaruh budaya orgainsasi dan kompetensi kerja organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria: koperasi yang memenuhi criteria penilaian berkualitas. Berdasakan purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sejumlah 48 koperasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variable bebas dengan variabel terikat dari paket software statistik SPSS digunakan dalam pengembangan model dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil uji hipoteses yang dilakukan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif dari variabel budaya organisasi dan kompetensi kerja secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja organisasi koperasi di Kota Semarang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Secara simultan Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai F hitung 32,716 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho di tolak. Pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja organisasi Koperasi di Kota semarang nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,574, budaya organisasi dan kompetensi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja organisasi sebesar 57,4% dan 42,6% lainya di pengaruhi oleh faktor faktor yang lain selain variabel budaya organisasi dan kompetensi kerja. Secara parsial nilai t hitung 2,412 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,020 jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima. Variabel kompetensi SDM juga menunjukkan hal yang sama dengan t hitung 3,224 nilai signifikansi 0,002 sehingga menerima Ha. Hasil koefisien determinasi secara parsial, kontribusi dari pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi pada koperasi di Kota Semarang sebesar 11.42%. besarnya pengaruh kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja organisasi pada koperasi di Kota Semarang sebesar 18,92%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Workplace Bullying and Perceived Supervisor Support on Turnover Intention of Employees of a Private University in Yogyakarta.. This research is a quantitative research through a survey method using a questionnaire. The sample in this study were some employees of a Private University in Yogyakarta with a total sample of 71 employees. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling with the Incidental Sampling method. The unit of analysis used in this study is the individual, namely the employee of a Private University in Yogyakarta. This study uses an instrument test conducted with validity and reliability tests as a condition before testing the hypothesis, while the multiple regression analysis method is used to test the hypothesis. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis indicate that the first hypothesis is accepted, namely the effect of work bullying has a positive and significant effect on turnover intentions, the second hypothesis is rejected, namely the influence of supervisor support perceptions has no significant effect on turnover intention.

ABSTRACT This study aims to map and analyze the performance of corporate social responsibility in the cigarette industry. This is done to assess the extent of the cigarette industry's contribution to the social aspects with the company's value benchmark. This research is a quantitative research using content analysis method. The unit of analysis in this study is the annual report of tobacco companies listed on the BEI. The results showed that market valuation had a significant effect on the performance of the social responsibility of cigarette companies in Indonesia on aspects of labor and human rights. In addition, the distribution of social responsibility contributions was less optimal so there needed to be rules that technically direct the activities of tobacco companies so that the benefits are acceptable to all stakeholders optimally. Keywords : cigarette, stakeholder, social responsibility.Correspondence to : arsolihudin@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan dan menganalisis kinerja tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan padaindustri rokok.Hal ini dilakukan untuk menilai seberapa jauh kontribusi industri rokok pada aspek sosial dengan tolak ukur nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis konten. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan tahunan perusahaan rokok yang terdaftar pada BEI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian pasar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan rokok di Indonesia pada aspek tenaga kerja dan hak asasi manusia.Selain itu, pemerataan kontribusi tanggung jawab sosial kurang optimal sehingga perlu ada aturan yang secara teknis mengarahkan aktifitas tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan rokok agar manfaat dapat diterima semua stakeholder secara optimal.Kata kunci :rokok;stakeholder;tanggung jawab sosial.Korespondensi : arsolihudin@gmail.com

One of Ahmad Dahlan University's business incubation activities is to provide training and assistance for online-based startups and SMEs (Online Business). This method is considered appropriate with the conditions of the Covid Pandemic, which requires less contact-based business activities. This program is expected to maintain the resilience of entrepreneurs, including SMEs in the culinary field, using information technology as the basis for their competitive advantage. The pattern used in this business incubation uses the Experience Learning (EL) approach. This approach gives treatment to tenants to gain experience, competence and basic entrepreneurial character. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role and contribution of campus business incubation in maintaining the resilience of MSMEs from among alumni in the face of a pandemic. This research uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The data collected in the form of secondary data includes company reports, archives, and notes on the opinions of sources. The results of the analysis show that the online marketing training program and business model innovation training are effective in increasing the understanding and skills of tenants in dealing with the pandemic. In addition, the model of mentoring and mentoring by best practice companies that are in accordance with the pandemic conditions is very urgent to be designed and implemented immediately. BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Risky Catering sebagai mitra memiliki berbagai kendala terlebih dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operasionalnya masa pandemi covid-19 ini. Permasalahan prioritas yang dihadapi mitra yaitu pemasaran terkendala kebijakan bekerja dari rumah, pembatasan kegiatan keramaian. tidak ada pendapatan sedangkan beban usaha masih harus dibayar, terhambatnya koordinasi dan komunikasi antara karyawan dan manajemen catering. Disisi lain, Risky Catering belum memiliki sistem dan kapabilitas untuk mengelola usahanya dengan kondisi dan situasi pandemi. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah suatu sistem pembelajaran bernama “Smart UMKM” guna mengefisienkan pelatihan pengelolaan usaha terlebih dimasa pandemi Covid-19 yang membatasi kemampuan karyawan menjalankan kegiatannya. Tujuan dan target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah menciptakan dan mengimplementasikan teknologi informasi dan digital untuk meningkatkan kapasitas karyawan dan menyelesaikan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada di usaha. Metode dan prosedur implementasi inovasi pada program pengabdian ini adalah tahap persiapan menggunakan metode online system untuk sosialisasi program dan pembahasan bersama proses bisnis dan proses organisasi dari UMKM Risky Catering. Hasil analisis menunjukkan program pelatihan pemasaran online dan pelatihan inovasi model bisnis efektif meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan mitra dalam menghadapi pandemi. Selain itu, model pendampingan dan mentoring oleh perusahaan best practice yang sesuai dengan kondisi pandemi sangat urgnet untuk segera dirancang dan dijalankan.

This study examines the effect of change management in improving the organizational performance of cooperatives in Purbalingga Regency. Prior studies showed that cooperatives that excel in the long term are cooperatives that emphasize the ability to adapt to existing changes (resilience). However, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, cooperatives are now experiencing many obstacles that make cooperatives slower to develop and even decline the organizational performance. This study aims to explain the concept of organizational change and its benefits for the organization, providing essential ways to implement practices that improve the organizational performance of cooperatives in the Pubalingga Regency. The research sample in this study was 50 cooperatives in Purbalingga Regency as the respondents to the survey questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis. This study concludes that technological change has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, organizational leadership change does not have a significant effect on organizational performance, and organizational cultural change has a significant effect on organizational performance.

One of the fundamental problems in an organization or company is the employee's desire or intention to leave (turnover intention). The high desire of employees to leave their workplace can be caused by many factors, one of which is workplace bullying, in addition, supervisor support can also weaken or strengthen the influence of workplace bullying on turnover intention. The aim of this research is to examine and analyze perceptions of supervisor support as a moderating variable on the influence of workplace bullying on turnover intention among security employees. This kind of study employs survey techniques and is quantitative in nature. The participants in this study were all of the security personnel at an educational institution in Yogyakarta, totaling 140 employees, while the sample was some of the security employees of an educational institution in Yogyakarta. The sample strategy employed in this study was non-probability sampling with the Incidental sample approach. The unit of analysis is the individual, namely the security employee. For instrument testing, this research uses tests for reliability and validity as requirements the multiple regression analysis approach is utilized to test the hypothesis after it has been the direct effect and also the moderating effect using the interaction test or Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The outcomes of a hypothesis test using multiple regression analysis showed that the initial hypothesis was rejected, namely that the influence of workplace bullying did not have a major impact on the intentions of turnover, while the second hypothesis was also declined, specifically that supervisor support did not moderate the influence of workplace bullying on turnover intentions.

Purchase decisions are fundamentally the most important aspect for consumers when making purchases. Consequently, consumers often feel confused and carefully consider many factors during the purchasing process. In this context, Shopee needs several supporting factors that can influence purchase decisions. This study aims to determine the influence of security, ease of use, and online consumer reviews on online purchase decisions on the Shopee application. The sample in this study consists of 90 respondents who are users of the Shopee application in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a quantitative approach and uses the SEM-PLS program for data analysis. The results of this study indicate that security has a positive and significant influence on online purchase decisions on the Shopee application. Ease of use has a positive and significant influence on online purchase decisions on the Shopee application. Online consumer reviews do not have a significant influence on online purchase decisions on the Shopee application. It can be used to improve marketing performance as an effective marketing strategy for online shop providers. This research is expected to contribute to the development of knowledge and provide companies with an effective marketing strategy.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Employee Training, Counseling Skills,dan Career Development Terhadap Employee Work Efficiency KSPPS BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan BMT BIF Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 90 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 90 karyawan dengan a=5% dan menggunakan metode sampel jenih. Data yang digunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Employee Training, Counseling Skills dan Career Development berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Emplyee Work Efficiency KSPPS BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogakarta. Dengan nilai B (bernilai positif) sebesar 3,160 dan signifikan sebesar 0,046. Employee Training memiliki nilai B (bernilai positif) sebesar 0,115 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,035. Counseling Skills memiliki nilai B ( bernilai positif) sebesar 0,180 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,011. Career Development memiliki nilai B (bernilai positif) sebesar 0,204 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000.
