Abstract

Permainan NIM merupakan permainan yang dapat melatih pengguna untuk belajar cara memenangkan permainan tanpa ada kata seri. Pemain secara bergantian mengambil biji pada papan NIM dan pemain yang mengambil biji terakhir memenangkan permainan. Tentunya akan sangat menarik untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberikan perlawanan tangguh terhadap lawan mainnya. Untuk menjadi lawan yang tangguh, komputer harus dapat memprediksi langkah yang akan diambil oleh komputer dan pemain. Salah satu algoritma yang dapat digunakan adalah algoritma Minimax. Algoritma Minimax yang digunakan akan men-generate tree kemungkinan langkah komputer, kemungkinan langkah pemakin dan kemungkinan langkah komputer setelah pemain bermain. Algoritma ini akan membentuk tree kemungkinan langkah sampai node paling dalam, kemudian diikuti dengan node selanjutnya. Setiap node akan diberi nilai untuk menjadi nilai pada node diatasnya dengan menerapkan prinsip min dan max. Penulis telah menerapkan algoritma Minimax pada permainan NIM. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, penggunaan algoritma Minimax mampu memberikan perlawanan terbaik dengan tingkat kemenangan yang lebih besar dari peman. Akan tetapi, semakin bertambahnya jumlah baris dan jumlah biji, akan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan tree yang panjang untuk menemukan langkah terbaik.

Abstract

Sistem pakar untuk pemilihan varietas padi yang dibangun berhasil memberikan solusi berupa alternatif jenisvarietas padi sesuai dengan fakta yang diinputkan user pada sesi konsultasi. Hasil evaluasi sistem mengindikasikan bahwasistem yang dibangun efektif. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah penilaian terhadap konsistensi basis pengetahuan danakurasi keluaran sistem. Hal ini dicapai dengan menerapkan metode forward chaining sebagai mesin inferensi sistem.Selain itu, basis data dan basis aturan dibangun sebagai basis pengetahuan sistem, dimana 422 aturan yang terdapat dalambasis aturan dibagi menjadi tujuh prosedur.

Abstract

Jaringan pada sebuah perusahaan ataupun pada sebuah instansi pasti akanberkembang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan. Mengakibatkan perusahaanharus menambah atau bahkan merubah struktur jaringan atau topologi jaringanuntuk mendukung kebutuhan perusahaan. Jika hal tersebut terjadi maka seorangadministrator jaringan harus merubah dokumentasi jaringan yang dibuat sesuaidengan perkembangan,Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas seorang networkadministrator harus merubah dokumentasi jaringan seiring dengan berubahnyatopologi jaringan. Dokumentasi tersebut berisikan informasi dari tiap-tiap deviceyang ada dalam jaringan. Perubahan topologi ini dapat menyulitkan administratorjaringan dalam mengelola jaringan jika tidak memiliki dokumentasi yang baik.Sistem yang dibangun oleh penulis terbukti membantu dalam pembuatandokumentasi jaringan. Sistem menyedikan dan membantu administrator jaringandalam membuat topologi dan mendokumentasikan dalam bentuk hasil cetak yangdapat digunakan sebagai dokumentasi jaringan oleh perusahaan tersebut. Sehinggadapat membantu administrator jaringan dalam mengelola dan memaksimalkanjaringan.

Abstract

The bonus malus system is one of the systems used to determine the premium amount for the next period based on the claim history of the policyholder. If the policyholder has no claims history or did not file a claim in the previous year, then the policyholder will get a bonus or in other words will get a reduction in the premium rate in the following period. Meanwhile, if the policyholder has a history of claims in the previous year, then the policyholder will be subject to a malus or must pay an increase in the premium rate in the following period. The purpose of this study is to calculate motor vehicle insurance premiums using the classic and optimal bonus malus method which takes into account the frequency of claims with a geometric distribution and the size of claims with a Weibull distribution. The results of this study indicate that the optimal bonus malus system is fairer for policyholders who renew their policies because the premium paid by the policyholder depends on the number of claims and the size of the claim, so that each policyholder will pay a different premium to the number of claims.

Abstract

Performing arts play a significant role in the cultural diversity of Indonesia. However, there are still few media outlets that publish information related to performing arts in one centralized platform. Based on the described issue, a performing arts website is needed to display information related to performing arts and have a well-designed user interface. In this study, an interface design for a performing arts website is developed by applying user interface design patterns as a solution in the interface design process. To achieve a user-centered design that meets users' expectations, the User-Centered Design (UCD) method is employed in the interface design process. The test results indicate that the interface design has a high level of effectiveness and efficiency, with an effectiveness score of 97.85% and an efficiency score of 96.94%. Additionally, website testing was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, which resulted in a usability score of 82.87 for the performing arts website. The obtained results indicate that the performing arts website is well-received and effectively used by users.

Abstract

Abstract This paper is the result of the leadership training that was conducted by the DWCU Faculty of Information Technology Service Team in the first of the three stages of mentoring that was agreed by the GKJ Wirobrajan assembly. The leadership training was intended for church activists, consisting of assemblies, commissions and regional administrators, with the aim of strengthening motivation as servants at GKJ Wirobrajan after the COVID-19 pandemic. The next goal is to introduce a steward leader model in the church that emphasizes a participatory approach in the ministry of the church, so that it does not rely on the pastor as the figure of the church. The final result from the leadership training is that the servants of the church can reinterpret their understanding of the meaning of service, a participatory approach in ministry and have a commitment to serve that is heard and supported by the other church activists. To achieve this goal, the method used in the leadership training is interactive -reflective, with a training flow done in the form of a combination of models between worship, lectures, group dynamics, and self-reflection. The final result that can be obtained after the training of the first stage of the board has three important things as the basis for the next stage, namely interpreting the meaning of authenticity service, a new awareness of being a participatory servant, and personal reflection that touches the spiritual aspect of a servant. Abstract

Tarakanita Senior High School (SMA) Magelang is one of the private high schools in Magelang, Central Java, which was established in 1984. The problem faced by Tarakanita Senior High School is the lack of teaching staff who can train students to prepare themselves to take part in the 2024 OSN in mathematics. Community service activities aim to help Tarakanita Senior High School students prepare themselves for the OSN Mathematics. The mentoring was attended by 8 students in grades 10 and 11 who were approved by the school to take part in the OSN Mathematics. The method of implementing the activity includes: technical coordination of activities with the vice principal and mathematics teacher, mentoring in preparation for the OSN Mathematics in the form of completing and discussing practice questions, and evaluation with teachers and students of Tarakanita Senior High School Magelang. The series of activities were carried out in November 2023 - April 2024. Evaluation of the success of the activity was carried out at the end of the mentoring for 5 students who actively participated in the activity until the end and 2 mentoring teachers using Gform. The results showed a value of 4.75 (teachers) and 4.58 (students) on a scale of 1 (very bad) to 5 (very good). These results indicate that the implementation of community service has been very good. These results are also reinforced by verbal input from teachers at the end of the activity who expect similar activities to be carried out again in 2025.

Abstract

This study develops a Python-based configuration file management application to automate backup and recovery of network devices in the Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana laboratory, which uses Cisco and Mikrotik devices. The goal is to understand the impact of automation on the effectiveness of backup and recovery, support for remote configuration file management, reduction of recovery time, and its impact on operational sustainability. The Waterfall method is applied with the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and evaluation, using network topology data, device information, and network protocols collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Testing includes scenarios of full and partial backup and recovery, error handling (credentials, lost files, unresponsive devices), and FTP server and database failure conditions on a network topology consisting of four identical blocks with Mikrotik routers and switches. The test results show that the application functions as expected, with all scenarios running smoothly without significant failures, including the ability to filter data according to parameters and detect credential errors. This system is concluded to have met the test objectives and is ready to be implemented.

Abstract

Germanium (Ge) is extensively utilized in various technological applications, particularly in optoelectronic devices due to its favorable electronic properties. In this study, Ge thin films were deposited onto soda-lime glass substrates using the thermal evaporation technique. The deposited films were subsequently subjected to annealing at temperatures ranging from 200 to 700 °C. Comprehensive characterization of the films was performed using XRD to analyze crystallinity, UV-Vis spectroscopy to evaluate optical properties, and SEM to investigate surface topography. The annealing process induced a significant phase transformation from an amorphous state to a co-existing Ge and GeO2 structures, as evidenced by XRD measurements. This structural evolution was accompanied by notable changes in the optical properties of the films. Specifically, an increase in annealing temperature resulted in a higher absorbance in the longer wavelength regions of the UV-Vis spectrum. These findings highlight the possibility of a controlled manipulation on the structural and optical characteristics of Ge thin films by thermal treatment, with potential applications in optoelectronic devices.

Abstract

This research is intended to develop a media of comic math learning based on android and mathematics literacy for the materials of linear equations system in two variables. This study is a research and development by using ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The instruments are validation sheet, students’ response sheet and students' and teachers' interview guideline. The subjects of research are 27 students of grade VIII Sornsasana Sasanupathum School. The object of research is media of Math Comic for the material of linear equations system in two variables. Technique of data collection in the research was questionnaire distribution and interview, meanwhile the researcher analyzed the questionnaire and interview result data quantitatively by changing the qualitative data to be quantitative data to find out the appropriateness of math comic media. The assessment results in the research of math comic media were achieved by the assessment done by content expert with "very excellent" category, while the media expert assessed the media with "very excellent" category and the questionnaire response of students was categorized as "very excellent". All assessments that included assessments of content expert, media expert, and students' response were "very excellent". Based on the result of the assessments, it can be concluded that math comic learning media based on android and mathematics literacy for the materials of linear equations system in two variables is appropriate to use in the math learning teaching.
