Abstract

The study bakso mas pur warung business is a well-known culinary business in bekasi regency, which is located at jl. Pisangan, kebon cassava, rt.01/rw.001 satriajaya village, tambun utara district, bekasi regency, this study aims to identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses), and external factors (opportunities and threats) as well as to determine the marketing strategy. The method used in this study is a case study with a descriptive approach and data analysis consisting of an ife matrix, an efe matrix, an ie matrix and a swot matrix. The results of this research on the warung bakso mas pur business are in cell i position. The position of using the strategy that should be applied by the warung bakso mas pur business is grow and build or a strategy of growing and building. This strategy is in line with the so strategy of creating product variations at competitive prices, the wo strategy of optimizing the internet as a promotional medium and online marketing to expand marketing reach, and the wt strategy of maintaining a good name and maintaining prices to face competition well.

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to determine the effect of the ability to prepare financial statements, entrepreneurial characteristics, innovation, and financial literacy on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kampar Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The population in this study were all MSMEs in Kampar Regency, with a sample size of 150 MSMEs selected using accidental sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression to test the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. Research findings:  The results showed that the ability to prepare financial statements, entrepreneurial characteristics, innovation, and financial literacy had a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Theoretical contribution/Originality: These findings emphasize the importance of increasing the capacity of MSME actors in terms of financial recording, entrepreneurial attitudes, innovation development, and understanding of financial literacy to support improved business performance. Practitioner/Policy implication: The study recommends that MSMEs need for training and mentoring for MSME actors in financial reporting, strengthening entrepreneurial spirit, enhancing innovation, and improving financial literacy to boost business performance.

Abstract

Legal efforts from the government carried out by law enforcers for criminal acts of online gambling. The implementation of legal applications in society does not only depend on legal awareness in society, but is also greatly influenced by law enforcement officials. Current developments that encourage progress in the field of technology have a positive impact on society so that people can easily access various websites on electronic media. Developments in internet-based electronic media can also have negative impacts such as online gambling. Online gambling is a form of betting between fellow players who use money as a bet, so online gambling users can do this via electronic media connected to the internet. Online gambling is one of the unlawful acts carried out by adults and teenagers, but it also violates the values ​​and norms that exist in society. Therefore, legal efforts from the government against online gambling players are increasingly common in society due to developments in science and technology. One type of gambling that will be followed up is online slots. The government requires strict criminal action to be imposed on online gambling users. Criminal acts for online gambling perpetrators in Indonesia are regulated in Article 303, article 303 bis of the Criminal Code, article 2 paragraphs (1), (2), (3) of Law no. 7 of 1974 concerning Controlling Online Gambling and also article 27 paragraph 2 Jo. Article 45 paragraph 2 of the ITE Law.

Abstract

Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan keamanan, termasuk separatisme, terorisme, konflik etnis dan agama, serta kejahatan lintas batas. Semua itu berpotensi mengganggu stabilitas nasional. TNI dan Polri mempunyai peran besar dalam menjaga keamanan dan stabilitas negara. TNI bertanggung jawab atas pertahanan negara dari ancaman eksternal dan keamanan dalam negeri dalam situasi tertentu, sedangkan Polri bertanggung jawab atas penegakan hukum dan keamanan dalam negeri secara umum. Lingkungan keamanan Indonesia terus berubah dengan cepat, terutama seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan dinamika geopolitik di kawasan Asia Pasifik. Hal ini menuntut TNI dan Polri untuk terus beradaptasi dan meningkatkan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Analisis dengan metode SWOT menggunakan beberapa faktor antara lain kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan hambatan dalam rangka menunjang kinerja TNI dan Polri. Berdasarkan hasil strategi yang diolah menggunakan SWOT di atas, maka dapat diambil empat strategi dengan memanfaatkan seluruh peluang (opportunities) dan seluruh kekuatan (Strength), yaitu 1) Mewujudkan disiplin TNI dan Polri yang ketat guna mengoptimalkan kinerja yang efektif dan efisien. melalui regulasi, koordinasi dan sosialisasi dengan mengoptimalkan kinerja TNI dan Polri guna mewujudkan stabilitas nasional. 2) Mewujudkan reward dan punishment yang konsisten bagi TNI dan Polri guna mengoptimalkan kinerja yang efektif dan efisien melalui regulasi, koordinasi dan sosialisasi dengan memberikan apresiasi/penghargaan kepada anggota yang berprestasi dan memberikan punishment kepada anggota yang melanggar aturan. 3) Mewujudkan sinergi yang harmonis antara TNI dan Polri melalui regulasi, koordinasi dan sosialisasi dengan menjalin komunikasi yang lebih intensif dalam menghadapi permasalahan bangsa secara bersama-sama. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) TNI dan Polri sama-sama berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kinerja, 2) Memberikan apresiasi kepada anggota TNI dan Polri, 3) Memberikan hukuman kepada anggota yang melanggar peraturan wajib, 4) Menjalin komunikasi yang baik lebih intens antar anggota TNI dan Polri. TNI dan Polri, 5) Berbagai upaya dilakukan melalui regulasi, koordinasi, kolaborasi, sinergi dan sosialisasi antara pemerintah, Mabes TNI atau Mabes Polri, dan 6) Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia TNI dan Polri melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan transformasional.
