Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance between bank and non-bank financial institutions in Indonesia with a case study of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk and PT Prudential Life Assurance for the 2023–2024 period. The research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the analysis of financial statements which includes balance sheets, profit and loss, and financial ratios. The results show that banks have a more stable performance with diversified asset structures and consistent income, while non-bank financial institutions show high profitability but are more sensitive to market and investment risks. These differences reflect the characteristics of each institution's business model and funding sources. Abstract

This study examines the linkage between digital literacy, workforce development, and macroeconomic growth in the context of an increasingly digitalized economy. Moving beyond descriptive approaches, it investigates how digital competencies function as a critical mechanism shaping labor productivity, innovation capacity, and economic performance. Using cross-sectoral data and workforce survey evidence, the study analyzes the extent to which digital skills contribute to workforce adaptability and organizational efficiency. The findings reveal that higher levels of digital literacy significantly enhance workforce development by improving skill alignment, fostering innovation, and increasing competitiveness across industries. At the macro level, these improvements translate into measurable contributions to economic growth through productivity gains and structural transformation. Furthermore, the study underscores the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration among educational institutions, industry, and government in designing integrated digital literacy programs. Such coordinated efforts are essential to ensure sustainable skill development and long-term economic resilience. This research contributes to the literature by providing an integrated perspective that explicitly links digital literacy to both workforce development and macroeconomic outcomes, offering practical implications for policymakers and stakeholders in shaping inclusive and sustainable growth strategies.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the capacity of goat farmers by optimizing livestock management in Sanging-Sanging Village, Pattallassang District, Gowa Regency. The main challenges faced by the partners included limited knowledge of feed management, suboptimal housing systems, and a lack of understanding of livestock health. The activity was conducted in February 2026 and involved five small-to-medium-scale goat farmers, each with between 40 and 100 goats. The methods used included observation, counseling, training, and participatory mentoring. The results showed an increase in farmers' knowledge and skills in feed management, improved housing systems, and the implementation of better husbandry practices. Farmers began implementing more regular feeding, maintaining clean pens, and utilizing livestock waste as organic fertilizer. Furthermore, there was an increase in farmers' awareness of the importance of more efficient business management. Although income increases were not yet significant in the short term, there were indications of improved business efficiency, which has the potential to increase profits in the long term. This activity demonstrated that the counseling and mentoring approach is effective in increasing farmer capacity and supporting the development of goat farming businesses at the community level.
