Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has opened up new opportunities in education, one of which is through the implementation of personalized learning. This study aims to investigate the impact of using AI in personalizing education on improving the quality of student learning in schools. The research method used a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The results show that the application of AI in personalized learning can significantly improve student learning outcomes, with an average increase of 15% compared to conventional methods. In addition, students’ learning motivation also increased by 20%, as learning becomes more relevant, interactive, and tailored to individual needs. However, this study also found some challenges, such as gaps in technology access, data privacy concerns, and the need for training for teachers to maximize the potential of AI. Overall, this research shows that personalization-based AI has great potential to revolutionize the education system by creating a more inclusive and effective learning environment. The implications of this research can be used as a basis for the development of future technology-oriented education policies.

Abstract

The issue of murder (qathlu) remains a serious problem in various countries. Often, a lack of in-depth understanding of Islamic law related to qathlu leads to misunderstandings or even the misuse of the law. Therefore, this article aims to comprehensively explore the concept of qathlu from the perspective of fiqh jinayah (Islamic criminal jurisprudence). The research method used is library research, which is descriptive and analytical in nature. The data collection procedure was carried out through document analysis. Document analysis was performed using literature studies in the form of books and journal articles related to the topics discussed in this article. It can be concluded that qathlu (murder) refers to an act that results in the loss of another individual’s life, whether the act was intentional or unintentional. Based on the perpetrator’s intent in committing the murder, qathlu is divided into three categories: premeditated murder (al-qathlul ‘amdi), semi-premeditated murder (al-qathl syibhul ‘amdi), and unintentional murder (al-qathlul khata’). As for the sanctions imposed on perpetrators of qathlu from the perspective of fiqh jinayah: First, the sanction for premeditated murder (al-qathlul ‘amdi) consists of the primary punishment of qisas (retribution), a substitute punishment in the form of paying diyat (blood money), and an additional punishment involving the revocation of the right to inherit or receive a bequest from the victim. Second, the sanction for semi-premeditated murder (al-qathl syibhul ‘amdi) involves paying diyat mughallazah (a heavy fine). Third, the sanction for unintentional murder (al-qathlul khata’) consists of paying diyat mukhafafah (a lighter fine).

Abstract

Currently, the profession of a presenter is increasingly in demand by many people. To become a professional presenter, theoretical and practical knowledge of this profession is required. So this article aims to explain how a presenter can achieve a high level of professionalism. This research method is a descriptive analytical library research. The procedure for obtaining the data is carried out through document analysis. Document analysis is carried out by studying literature in the form of books and journal articles related to the material discussed in this article. It can be concluded that a presenter has a very crucial role in an event, where he plays a role in guiding the event from beginning to end. The basic techniques that must be mastered by a presenter include: mastery of language and articulation, control of emotions and body gestures, interaction with the audience, and preparation of materials and improvisation. The strategies that can be applied to become a presenter in order to be able to become a successful presenter in every event include: knowing the event and audience, preparing yourself thoroughly, practicing public speaking skills, building chemistry with the audience, controlling time well, self-evaluation after the event. A presenter must understand the role, techniques and strategies of being a presenter so that he/she can be a professional presenter.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas teknik dan strategi yang digunakan oleh seorang Master of Ceremony (MC) untuk mengelola waktu dan menciptakan suasana acara yang efektif. MC berperan sebagai pengarah jalannya acara serta pengendali suasana agar setiap rangkaian kegiatan berlangsung harmonis dan sesuai harapan. Keterampilan mengatur durasi, kemampuan improvisasi, serta kepekaan membangun komunikasi yang menarik dengan audiens menjadi kunci utama dalam menjalankan perannya. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan kajian literatur dari berbagai buku dan jurnal akademik, sehingga memperkaya pembahasan dengan beragam perspektif teoritis. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan bahwa keterampilan komunikasi, pengelolaan waktu, serta kepekaan membaca situasi sangat mempengaruhi keberhasilan seorang MC dalam setiap jenis acara. MC yang mampu menjaga kesinambungan acara tanpa mengabaikan dinamika yang berkembang di lapangan cenderung lebih berhasil menciptakan pengalaman yang berkesan bagi audiens. Selain keahlian teknis, faktor kesiapan mental dan fleksibilitas juga menjadi elemen penting yang mendukung performa MC secara keseluruhan. Artikel ini memberikan gambaran menyeluruh mengenai pentingnya persiapan, ketepatan waktu, serta interaksi positif sebagai dasar membangun suasana acara yang hidup dan berkesan.

Abstract

Bughat merupakan tindakan perlawanan terhadap pemerintahan yang sah, dan hal ini bisa berdampak besar, tidak hanya pada stabilitas negara tetapi juga pada kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Dalam hukum pidana Islam, bughat dianggap sebagai kejahatan serius yang harus ditangani secara khusus. Oleh karena itu, tujuan kajian ini membahas dampak bughat terlihat dalam kehidupan masyarakat, baik dari sisi hukum Islam maupun kondisi sosial yang terjadi akibat konflik bersenjata. Metode penyelesaiannya menggunakan studi pustaka terhadap literatur klasik dan kontemporer, ditemukan bahwa bughat bisa menyebabkan kerugian fisik, kerusakan sosial, ketegangan antarwarga, hingga trauma yang dialami bersama. Penanganannya perlu memperhatikan kondisi sosial masyarakat secara luas, sehingga menghasilkan penelitian yang berbasis pemahaman implikasi bughat. Tidak hanya itu, hasil lainnya menyebutkan bahwa tindakan bughat bisa mengguncang tatanan sosial dan membawa masyarakat dalam ketidakpastian. penyelesaiannya pun tidak langsung keras, melainkan melalui proses yang adil dan berjenjang. Hal itu nantinya menjadi pekerjaan besar jika banyak ditemukan masyarakat yang mempunyai inisiatif konsep tersebut. Kehidupan juga tidak akan menemukan stabilitas yang baik jika perlawanan selalu hadir di setiap lapisan masyarakat.

Abstract

Qadzaf is one of the acts that is strictly prohibited in Islam because it is related to accusations of adultery without valid evidence. In Islamic jurisprudence, qadzaf is seen as a serious criminal act that can damage a person's honor and dignity. Islam highly protects human honor and strictly prohibits the act of accusing without a basis in truth, because this kind of accusation can have negative impacts, such as slander, division, and social damage. The method used in this study is a descriptive-analytical library research. Data collection was carried out through document analysis, by reviewing books and journal articles that are relevant to the topic discussed. The results of this study indicate that qadzaf linguistically also means accusing, throwing stones or other objects, while terminologically, qadzaf means accusing of adultery. So qadzaf is accusing a muhsan (adult, sane, free, Muslim, and good person) of committing adultery. Then the elements of qadzaf are three, namely the accusation of adultery or eliminating lineage, the accused person is a muhshan person and there is evil intent and unlawful intention. In addition to the elements of qadzaf in qadzaf there is a punishment for the perpetrator, namely the main punishment (volume or lashing eighty times) and additional punishment (not accepting his testimony).

Abstract

Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools is very interesting to study, because firstly, there are many assumptions about the quality of Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools which state that Islamic boarding schools are old-fashioned Islamic education that is not in harmony with the development of the current modern era, so it is necessary to take strategic and urgent steps in in order to develop Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools, for example by collaborating on traditional Islamic boarding schools with modern Islamic boarding schools, secondly, Islamic boarding schools need to carry out development so that they can meet the expectations of the community, third, in the era of globalization which is marked by advances in science and technology. In writing this article, the author tries to analyze the collaborative implementation of the Salaf Education curriculum at the Miftahussudur Campor and Khalaf Islamic boarding schools at the Misbahul Ulum Campor Islamic Boarding School. From the research that the authors conducted on the implementation of education in the two Islamic boarding schools, in the implementation of Islamic education, there were two things that the authors wrote about in this thesis, namely 1. the implementation was carried out at the Miftahussudur Campor Islamic Boarding School and the Misabahul Ulum Campor Islamic Boarding School with the origin of responding to current developments 2 The results of interviews with Islamic boarding school caretakers who are of concern in the implementation of the collaboration between the two schools. During an interview with the author, he stated that what became the basis and continued survival of Islamic boarding schools in implementing this system were the factors of sincerity and sincerity as well as adequate human resources.This is an open-access article under the license
