The economic crisis that plagued our country caused the business world has been so sharp decline. This has an impact on the working world that continues to narrow and the community continues to need work. For that, we need a settlement with this problem is to create jobs with entrepreneurship. Students as one of human resources have a big role in creating jobs so thatunemployment can be solved well. The increasingly narrow land in urban areas makes people have to take advantage of the existing land. The concept of urban farming provides a solution by creating green open land in the midst of dense urban buildings. Empowerment of students is a positive effort to realize the goal of Islamic boarding schools to equip students with religious knowledge and general knowledge.The objectives of this activity are: 1) To increase the knowledge and skills of the students in farming on limited land. 2) Provide knowledge about urban farming that can foster an entrepreneurial spirit in the students. 3) Creating a new source of income for the cottage at least from the results of urban farming that can be consumed by the residents of the Islamic boarding school so that they can save on shopping expenses. 4) Empowering productive economic activities in Islamic boarding schools.The implementation method is carried out through training for students, coaches and teachers at Ponpes El Yasmin Banjararum, Singosari, Malang. The result of this activity is to increase the knowledge of the students to learn to live independently, foster an entrepreneurial spirit and fulfill the needs of vegetables independently.

Based on the results of analysis, show that the subsedledger is a record of the details in the ledger in the manufacture of products start from production process to become finished products ready to be marketed, where the data is taken from the source. While the ledger containing the total costs incurred in the manufacture of those products where the data is taken from the daily journal that has been recapitulated. Thus it can be said in the manufacture of these products in total costs appear in the ledger, while the details of such costs in the subsedledger, which the company is based on the order subsedledger stated in the cost of the card or charge card. Based on this , management can determine production costs inherent in the order that has already produced, but on the balance sheet date has not been handed over to the buyer, and are presented in the balance sheet as the cost of finished goods inventory. In addition, management can also determine production costs attached to the orders on the balance sheet date still under construction, and is presented in the balance sheet as cost of product inventory in the process.

This study aims to determine the effect of DKI (Independent Board of Commissioners), DD (Board of Directors), KI (Institutional Ownership), KM (Managerial Ownership), and CSR on the Financial Performance of the Mining Industry listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. Quantitative descriptive approach is the type of this research. With secondary data from the annual financial statements listed on the IDX through (www.idx.co.id) 2015-2019. With a sample of 17 companies from the mining industry taken by purposive sampling method. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques, simple & multiple linear hypothesis testing. This research results that the Independent Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, and CSR have a significant positive effect on Financial Performance. Meanwhile, the Board of Directors and Managerial Ownership have no influence on the Company's Financial Performance.

Abstract In general, this study aims to determine the practice of electronic (online) taxation systems with indicators of the implementation of the e-filling system and tax services. Specifically, this study aims to determine the extent to which the effectiveness of the application of an electronic taxation system (online) and tax services affects tax revenue. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research using three data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that (1) the effectiveness of the application of an electronic (online) taxation system at KPP Pratama Raba Bima is seen from several aspects including the ease of using technology, time efficiency and administration, system readiness, security, and convenience, and the services provided by officers can say to have been effective. (2) The application of the electronic (online) tax system still affects optimizing revenue at the Raba Bima Pratama Tax Service Office but not too high. The application of an electronic (online) tax system has a role as a medium to facilitate tax service providers to more quickly determine strategies to maximize tax revenue.Keywords: effectiveness, electronic tax system, tax revenue

Research conducted on a coffee shop in Malang is intended to examine and analyze the influence of personality, lifestyle, and compensation on employee performance. Data were collected through questionnaires which were distributed to 59 respondents that consisted of managers and employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that personality has no significant effect on employee performance, lifestyle has a negative effect on employee performance, and compensation has a positive effect on employee performance. According to the partial test of each variable, compensation has the highest significant effect on employee performance since compensation is the primary motivation for employees to work to support their daily needs. The service activities at "Omah Jamur Ayu" are a continuation of the business school activities held by "Lazis Sabilillah" and in collaboration with "STIE Malangkucecwara Malang" and other partners. The aim of this service activity is to carry out a study to imitate the experience and success of the achievements made by Omah Jamur Ayu. This mock study was carried out with the aim of bringing benefits, increasing synergy and building cooperation with MSMEs assisted by Sabilillah. The method used was by conducting program outreach, providing materials, training and mentoring. As a result of this activity, MSME participants gained knowledge about developing mushroom seeds, caring for the mushroom growth process, harvesting mushrooms and managing mushrooms into processed dishes that are ready to be served in restaurants. The training material includes making crispy mushrooms with various flavors, namely BBQ, blackpaper and teriyaki; various soups (Ayu mushroom tomyum, Ayu mushroom capjay, Ayu mushroom asparagus) and various snacks (mushroom brontak, mushroom samosa and mushroom lumpiah) trained by experienced trainers

This article aims to show that educators' transfer power to students can be increased through educators' computer literacy. The development of science and technology has gained momentum by discovering and developing the internet and its supporting facilities. The development commonly known as information and communication technology provides effectiveness for life activities, especially in education. Due to an increase in the use of ICT in education and educational institutions, computer literacy is a must for educators and education personnel to carry out their duties. This article seeks to reveal the increase in the transfer of educators' knowledge and the effectiveness of the teaching staff's duties from community service activities in Islamic boarding schools. The community service activities that have been carried out to the educators and education personnel show an increase in the capacity of teaching materials provided to students and the capacity for student’s acceptance. Besides, the increase in computer literacy promotes effectiveness and easiness for the educators in fulfilling the tasks as part of their responsibility.

The study aims to examine the effect family ownership and growth company on firm value by disclosure corporate responsibility as an intermediate variable.. The hypothesis was tasted using PLS-SEM. Family ownership variable are measured by the share of family ownership, the growth company variable is measured by sales growth, the corporate social responsibility disclosure variable measured by CSR disclosure index and the firm value variable is measured by PBV. The result showed that family ownership and growth company has no effect on firm value. CSR disclosure has positive effect on firm value. CSR disclosure is able to intermediate that effect of family ownership in the firm value, while CSR disclosure cannot intermediate the effect of growth company in the firm value.
