Abstract

ABSTRACT In the 21st century, changes in digital technology advancement have become a global phenomenon that has an impact on many aspects including education. Digitalization not only has an impact on the way information is delivered but also on the paradigm in education fundamentally. This study uses qualitative research with a literature review approach by collecting data from various valid and relevant academic sources. The analysis technique used in qualitative literature review research is theme analysis by grouping the findings into major topics that can describe the data patterns obtained. Technological developments present challenges in the form of obstacles to infrastructure and resources, inadequate digital skills and literacy of educators, and gaps between policy formulation and technology implementation in schools. Opportunities that can be utilized are improving the standards and effectiveness of the learning process, improving the technical digital competence of teachers in the field and strategic synergy between policies and technology implementation. Several things that are recommended as strategic planning steps are the formulation and development of more inclusive and adaptive Islamic education planning, developing an open and flexible curriculum by including digital literacy, investing to improve the development of technological infrastructure in educational institutions and implementing a managerial system to carry out continuous data-based monitoring and assessment. Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji secara mendalam persinggungan antara mistisisme Sufi dan psikoterapi dalam kerangka pemikiran intelektual dan spiritual Islam. Kajian ini berupaya menelusuri bagaimana konsepsi Sufi tentang jiwa manusia, dengan berbagai tahap penyucian dan transformasinya, memiliki kesetaraan dan saling melengkapi dengan proses psikoterapi yang berorientasi pada penyembuhan, pengetahuan diri, dan integrasi kepribadian. Inti dari spiritualitas Sufi adalah perjalanan dari ego (nafs) menuju esensi (ruh), di mana individu berupaya melampaui nafsu dan keterikatan duniawi untuk mencapai kesatuan ilahi serta kedamaian batin. Demikian pula, psikoterapi dalam bentuk modern dan integratifnya bertujuan membebaskan individu dari fragmentasi psikologis dan konflik bawah sadar, serta menuntunnya menuju keotentikan dan keseimbangan emosional. Secara metodologis, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan hermeneutik dengan melakukan analisis tekstual dan konseptual terhadap karya-karya klasik tokoh-tokoh Sufi seperti al-Ghazali, Rumi, dan Ibn ‘Arabi, serta membandingkannya dengan kerangka psikologi kontemporer, termasuk psikologi humanistik dan transpersonal. Melalui kajian komparatif ini, penelitian menemukan sejumlah konsep yang beririsan, seperti kesadaran diri (muraqabah), perhatian penuh atau mindfulness (dhikr), katarsis atau penyucian jiwa (tazkiyah al-nafs), serta peran terapeutik cinta dan kepasrahan (mahabba dan fana’). Titik temu tersebut menunjukkan bahwa baik tasawuf maupun psikoterapi sama-sama menekankan pentingnya transendensi diri sebagai jalan menuju penyembuhan dan keutuhan batin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mistisisme Sufi tidak hanya memberikan dasar metafisik, tetapi juga menawarkan psikologi praktis tentang diri yang dapat memperkaya wacana terapi modern. Dengan mengintegrasikan praktik kontemplatif dan transformasi etis dengan wawasan psikologis, muncul suatu model penyembuhan holistik yang memandang manusia sebagai entitas spiritual sekaligus psikologis. Pada akhirnya, sintesis ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan paradigma psikoterapi Islam yang memadukan dimensi sakral dan ilmiah, serta menawarkan perspektif baru tentang kesehatan mental dan pertumbuhan spiritual di dunia Muslim modern.
